The full-automatic forming machine for the aluminum alloy clothes hanger is further provided with a control electrical part, a PLC (programmable logic controller) and a numerical control touch screen are adopted to be electrically connected with each linear single-shaft module, automatic control of the whole process is achieved, human-computer interaction is conducted through an HMI (human machine interface), tasks and quantity are set, the production process is monitored through a display screen, the production quantity and the production time are recorded, duty-switching records, maintenance records and the like are recorded, and full-automatic forming production of the clothes hanger is achieved.
Although specific embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that these are merely examples and that many variations or modifications may be made to the embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. A full-automatic forming machine for aluminum alloy clothes hangers is characterized by comprising a machine table, a feeding mechanism, a cutting mechanism and a bending forming mechanism; the feeding mechanism, the cutting mechanism and the bending forming mechanism are sequentially arranged on the working table surface of the machine table along the same straight line, the feeding mechanism is used for conveying metal wire raw materials for the bending forming mechanism, the cutting mechanism is used for cutting the metal wire raw materials according to the size of the clothes hanger, and the bending forming mechanism is used for bending the metal wire raw materials into semi-finished clothes hangers; wherein,
the cutting mechanism consists of a first two-dimensional module and a laser cutting head arranged on the first two-dimensional module, and the first two-dimensional module is used for driving the laser cutting head to move along the feeding direction and the direction vertical to the feeding direction so as to realize the fixed-length cutting and punching of the metal wire raw material;
the bending forming mechanism comprises a clothes hanger forming fixing plate, an end part profiling assembly, a hook profiling assembly and a bending assembly; the clothes hanger forming fixing plate is vertically fixed on a working table top of the machine table along the feeding direction, and a wire rod clamping groove for fixing metal wire rod raw materials is formed in the vertical surface of one side of the clothes hanger forming fixing plate; the two end profiling components are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vertical surface of the clothes hanger forming fixing plate and are stamped to profile and bend two ends of the metal wire raw material; the hook profiling component is arranged on the outer side of the profiling component and adopts stamping to bend one end of the metal wire raw material out of the hook; the bending component comprises a pair of bending pieces which are positioned between the end part profiling components and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the wire clamping groove, and the bending pieces are symmetrically rotated to crimp and bend the metal wire raw material so as to close two end parts of the profiling bending to obtain a semi-finished product clothes hanger;
the top of the bending forming mechanism is also provided with a welding mechanism or a riveting mechanism, and the welding mechanism or the riveting mechanism welds or rivets the two closed end parts of the semi-finished clothes hanger to obtain a finished clothes hanger;
the clothes hanger forming fixing plate is provided with a discharging assembly, and the discharging assembly is used for separating a finished clothes hanger from the clothes hanger forming fixing plate.

The aluminum alloy clothes hanger full-automatic forming machine according to claim 1, wherein the feeding mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a conveying groove and a plurality of groups of conveying rollers, the mounting plate is vertically fixed on a workbench surface of a machine table along a feeding direction, the conveying groove and the plurality of groups of conveying rollers are sequentially arranged on the mounting plate along the feeding direction and the same straight line, each group of conveying rollers consists of a concave wheel positioned below and a cam positioned above, and a rotating shaft of at least one concave wheel is connected with a first motor for providing power.

The aluminum alloy clothes rack full-automatic forming machine according to claim 2, wherein each end profiling assembly is composed of a first linear single-shaft module, a first pressing block and a first seat platform, the first pressing block is connected to a movable shaft of the first linear single-shaft module, the first seat platform is fixed on the machine platform, and the first linear single-shaft module drives the first pressing block to move and is matched with the first pressing block to punch metal wire raw materials on the first seat platform.

The aluminum alloy clothes rack full-automatic forming machine according to claim 3, wherein the hook profiling assembly is composed of a second linear single-shaft module, a second pressing block and a second seat platform, the second pressing block is connected to a movable shaft of the first linear single-shaft module, the second seat platform is fixed on the machine platform, and the second linear single-shaft module drives the second pressing block to move and is matched with the second pressing block so as to punch metal wire raw materials on the second seat platform.
5. The full-automatic forming machine for the aluminum alloy clothes hanger according to claim 4, wherein the second seat is a semicircular groove, and the second pressing block is a semicircular lug matched with the groove.

The full-automatic forming machine for the aluminum alloy clothes racks as claimed in claim 5, wherein the bending assembly further comprises a third linear single-shaft module and a second motor, the third linear single-shaft module is arranged on the machine table and is parallel to the fixed plate for forming the clothes racks; the number of the second motors is two, and the rotating shaft part of each second motor is connected with one bending piece to drive the bending piece to rotate; the two second motors are arranged on the moving shaft of the third linear single-shaft module at intervals so that the two second motors and the bending piece move left and right along the feeding direction.

The full-automatic forming machine for the aluminum alloy clothes racks as claimed in claim 6, wherein the riveting mechanism comprises a bidirectional clamping assembly, a hole milling riveting assembly and a rivet conveying assembly; the bidirectional clamping assembly comprises a second two-dimensional module and clamping jaws arranged on the second two-dimensional module, and the second two-dimensional module is used for driving the clamping jaws to move along the feeding direction and the direction vertical to the feeding direction and driving the clamping jaws to clamp or loosen so as to press and clamp the two closed end parts of the semi-finished clothes hanger; the hole milling riveting component comprises a fourth linear single-axis module and a fifth linear single-axis module, the fourth linear single-axis module is arranged at the top of the clothes hanger forming fixing plate in a manner of being perpendicular to the feeding direction, the fifth linear single-axis module is arranged on a moving shaft of the fourth linear single-axis module along the feeding direction, a first rolling head along the feeding direction is arranged at the end part of the fourth linear single-axis module, a second rolling head and a hole milling cutter head are arranged on the moving shaft of the fifth linear single-axis module in parallel along the feeding direction, the fourth linear single-axis module is further provided with a third motor for driving the first rolling head to rotate, and a fourth motor and a fifth motor for driving the second rolling head and the hole milling cutter head to rotate respectively are further arranged on the fifth linear single-axis module; the rivet conveying assembly is arranged at the top of the hole milling riveting assembly and used for providing rivets for the hole milling riveting assembly.
8. The aluminum alloy clothes rack full-automatic forming machine according to claim 7, wherein the driving parts of the first linear single-axis module, the second linear single-axis module, the third linear single-axis module and the fifth linear single-axis module are all servo motors.
9. The full-automatic forming machine for aluminum alloy clothes racks as claimed in claim 8, wherein output shafts of the second motor and each servo motor are connected with a speed reducer.
10. The aluminum alloy clothes rack full-automatic forming machine according to claim 9, wherein the discharging assembly comprises a pair of positioning pins capable of moving in opposite directions and relative to each other, and the positioning pins are arranged on the clothes rack forming fixing plate and are positioned right above the wire clamping grooves so as to be used for supporting the clothes rack frame body when the semi-finished clothes rack is welded or riveted.
