Abstract
本发明公开了一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，属于药材加工设备技术领域。其包括机体、热风机、喷淋头、电热管、振动筛、搅拌器、旋转刀片，所述的机体外部上端设有控制面板，所述的热风机、喷淋头、电热管从上到下依次设置在所述机体内部两侧，对称设置，所述机体底部设有排水腔，排水腔与电热管中间设有振动筛，所述的搅拌器穿过振动筛设置在机体底部排水腔中间，所述的旋转刀片悬挂在机体顶端，所述机体上还设有进水口与出水口。本发明可实现药材的彻底清洗、快速烘干和切割均匀，自动化程度较高，大大提高了工作效率，降低劳动力，节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及药材加工设备技术领域，具体为一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机。
背景技术
中药材是指以中药理论为指导，有着独特的理论体系和应用形式，用于预防和治疗疾病并具有康复与保健作用的天然药物及其加工代替品，因中药材为纯天然药物，副作用较小，所以成为人们生病后的首选药材。
目前中药材在使用或者储存之前都需要将药材清洗烘干，使用时还需要将药材切割研磨成合适大小才可后续加工利用，现有的中药材加工有些为人力，还有些设备是清洗、烘干、切割分开进行，不仅时间较长，效果不好，而且在移送过程中会使药材浪费。因此，针对上述问题提出一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术，本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，自动化程度高，能够将中药材清洗烘干切割一次性完成，具有耗时少，药材利用率高，效果明显的特点。
为实现所述目的，本发明具体采用如下技术方案：
一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，包括机体、热风机、喷淋头、电热管、振动筛、搅拌器、旋转刀片，所述的机体外部上端设有控制面板，所述的控制面板上行设有电源键、启动/暂停键、程序选择键，所述的程序选择键包括控制面板下行的清洗键、烘干键、切割键、一体键，所述的机体内部两侧分别从上到下设有热风机、喷淋头、电热管，所述机体的喷淋头位置处设有进水口，所述的机体底部设有排水腔，所述的振动筛设置在电热管下端、排水腔上端，所述的搅拌器穿过振动筛设置在机体底部，所述的搅拌器分为下端的搅拌杆和上端的搅拌枫叶两部分，所述的搅拌杆外部设有毛刷，所述的旋转刀片悬挂在机体顶端两侧，左右各一个，所述排水腔右侧设有出水口，所述的机体正前面为机体门。
进一步的，所述的搅拌杆可同时进行旋转和伸缩，并且可拆卸。
进一步的，所述的旋转刀片可上下伸缩，刀片为可拆卸五叶刀片。
进一步的，所述进水口上设有进水阀，出水口上设有出水阀。
进一步的，所述的振动筛可拆卸替换。
本发明的有益效果在于：搅拌器上的搅拌枫叶可以将药材翻转均匀，搅拌杆上的毛刷可以有效的去除药材上的泥土和尘埃，搅拌器的旋转伸缩设计可以使药材与毛刷、搅拌枫叶接触率增加，振动筛可以有效的去除细小的灰尘与泥沙，采用热风机和电热管对药材进行烘干，方便高效，伸缩型旋转刀片左右各一个，使切割更加均匀快速。

以下结合附图1、2对本发明的结构及其有益效果进一步说明。
一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，包括机体1、热风机3、喷淋头4、电热管6、振动筛7、搅拌器10、旋转刀片14，所述的机体1外部上端设有控制面板2，所述的控制面板2上行设有电源键、启动/暂停键、程序选择键，所述的程序选择键包括控制面板2下行的清洗键、烘干键、切割键、一体键，所述的机体1内部两侧分别从上到下设有热风机3、喷淋头4、电热管6，所述机体1的喷淋头4位置处设有进水口5，所述的机体1底部设有排水腔8，所述的振动筛7设置在电热管6下端、排水腔8上端，所述的搅拌器10穿过振动筛7设置在机体1底部，所述的搅拌器7分为下端的搅拌杆11和上端的搅拌枫叶13两部分，所述的搅拌杆11外部设有毛刷12，所述的旋转刀片14悬挂在机体1顶端两侧，左右各一个，所述排水腔8右侧设有出水口9，所述的机体1正前面为机体门15。
所述的搅拌杆10可同时进行旋转和伸缩，并且可拆卸。
所述的旋转刀片14可上下伸缩，刀片为可拆卸五叶刀片。
所述进水口5上设有进水阀，出水口9上设有出水阀。
所述的振动筛7可拆卸替换。
本发明的工作原理是：将药材放入机体1中，通过控制面板2上的电源键接通电源，按下启动键，选择要进行的程序，可单独选择清洗、烘干或者切割中的任一项，也可以选择清洗、烘干和切割一体进行，一体进行时，先开始清洗，将进水口5处的进水阀打开，喷淋头4开始出水，同时搅拌器10开始上下伸缩旋转翻动药材，搅拌杆11上的毛刷12对药材上的泥土和灰尘进行清除，振动筛7将药材中细小的灰尘、泥土过滤出去，清洗时间为15分钟，每隔5分钟自动更换一次水；清洗完成后，开始烘干，机体1两侧的热风机3吹热风，电热管6工作加热，搅拌器10将药材翻动，使烘干更加均匀，烘干时间为15分钟；烘干完成后，开始切割，搅拌器10将药材翻转上来，旋转刀片14高速转动上下伸缩切割药材，切割时间为20分钟。清洗、烘干、切割一体完成后，打开机体门15，将搅拌器拆卸下，取出药材。其中振动筛7可根据药材颗粒的大小进行更换，旋转刀片上的五叶刀片也可根据磨损程度进行更换。

1.一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，包括机体（1）、热风机（3）、喷淋头（4）、电热管（6）、振动筛（7）、搅拌器（10）、旋转刀片（14），其特征在于：所述的机体（1）外部上端设有控制面板（2），所述的控制面板（2）上行设有电源键、启动/暂停键、程序选择键，所述的程序选择键包括控制面板（2）下行的清洗键、烘干键、切割键、一体键，所述的机体（1）内部两侧分别从上到下设有热风机（3）、喷淋头（4）、电热管（6），所述机体（1）的喷淋头（4）位置处设有进水口（5），所述的机体（1）底部设有排水腔（8），所述的振动筛（7）设置在电热管（6）下端、排水腔（8）上端，所述的搅拌器（10）穿过振动筛（7）设置在机体（1）底部，所述的搅拌器（7）分为下端的搅拌杆（11）和上端的搅拌枫叶（13）两部分，所述的搅拌杆（11）外部设有毛刷（12），所述的旋转刀片（14）悬挂在机体（1）顶端两侧，左右各一个，所述排水腔（8）右侧设有出水口（9），所述的机体（1）正前面为机体门（15）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，其特征在于：所述的搅拌杆（10）可同时进行旋转和伸缩，并且可拆卸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，其特征在于：所述的旋转刀片（14）可上下伸缩，刀片为可拆卸五叶刀片。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，其特征在于：所述进水口（5）上设有进水阀，出水口（9）上设有出水阀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种药材清洗烘干切割一体机，其特征在于：所述的振动筛（7）可拆卸替换。
