Abstract

一种检验科用混药振荡器,包括两根平行设置、共处同一水平面的横梁,两根横梁上共同相对旋转连接有转轴,转轴一端传动连接有摇杆,两根横梁之间的转轴上传动连接有转筒,转筒的竖向截面为椭圆形;横梁上面固定连接有竖立设置的弹簧,弹簧上端固定连接有试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒架设在转筒上面,试管盛放盒带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒内固定连接有搁板,搁板上纵横成排开设有多个供试管放置的试管穿孔。每根横梁上以转轴为中心左右对称连接两个弹簧,弹簧固定连接在试管盛放盒的下表面四角。横梁同一端分别共同固定连接有支架,试管盛放盒位于左右支架之间。支架内侧前后对应分别固定连接有挡板,试管盛放盒位于挡板围成的区域内。

本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其涉及一种检验科用混药振荡器。
背景技术
在医疗实践中,很多情况下都要进行振荡操作,如检验人员对样品进行振荡、护理人员将固体药品与液体药品混合后进行振荡等。目前的振荡操作有些采用的是人手拿试管直接摇晃,这种方式不仅麻烦,而且振荡效果不好。为了取得更好的振荡效果,有的医院购置专用的振荡器,但是结构复杂,造价较高。
发明内容
本发明针对不足,提供一种结构简单、价格低廉、使用效果好的检验科用混药振荡器。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种检验科用混药振荡器,包括两根平行设置、共处同一水平面的横梁,其特征在于,两根横梁上共同相对旋转连接有转轴,转轴一端传动连接有摇杆,两根横梁之间的转轴上传动连接有转筒,转筒的竖向截面为非圆形状;横梁上面固定连接有竖立设置的弹簧,弹簧上端固定连接有试管盛放盒,试管盛放盒架设在转筒上面,试管盛放盒带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒内固定连接有搁板,搁板上纵横成排开设有多个供试管放置的试管穿孔。

根据所述的检验科用混药振荡器,其特征在于,每根所述横梁上以所述转轴为中心左右对称连接两个所述弹簧,弹簧固定连接在所述试管盛放盒的下表面四角。
根据所述的检验科用混药振荡器,其特征在于,所述横梁同一端分别共同固定连接有支架,所述试管盛放盒位于左右支架之间。
根据所述的检验科用混药振荡器,其特征在于,所述支架内侧前后对应分别固定连接有挡板,所述试管盛放盒位于挡板围成的区域内。
根据所述的检验科用混药振荡器,其特征在于,所述挡板为三角形、长方形或梯形。
根据所述的检验科用混药振荡器,其特征在于,所述摇杆为“L”型或“[”型。
本发明的主要组成构件是竖向截面为椭圆形的转筒和试管盛放盒,简化了已有振荡器的结构,造价低廉。转动摇杆后,试管盛放盒做上下升降运动,其内的试管便得到摇晃振动,可以根据转筒的转速来控制试管盛放盒振动的幅度,操作简单、使用方便、效果好。

如图1、图2和图3所示,一种检验科用混药振荡器,包括两根平行设置、共处同一水平面的横梁7,两根横梁7上共同相对旋转连接有转轴9,转轴9一端传动连接有摇杆10,摇杆10为“L”型或“[”型。两根横梁7之间的转轴9上传动连接有转筒8,转筒8的竖向截面为椭圆形、三角形或四边形。横梁7上面固定连接有竖立设置的弹簧6,弹簧6上端固定连接有试管盛放盒3,试管盛放盒3架设在转筒8上面,试管盛放盒3带有向上的开口,试管盛放盒3内固定连接有搁板4,搁板4上纵横成排开设有多个供试管放置的试管穿孔5。
在本实施例中,每根横梁7上以转轴9为中心左右对称连接两个弹簧6,弹簧6固定连接在试管盛放盒3的下表面四角。横梁7同一端分别共同固定连接有支架1,试管盛放盒3位于左右支架1之间。支架1内侧前后对应分别固定连接有挡板2,挡板2为三角形、长方形或梯形,试管盛放盒3位于挡板2围成的区域内。
