Abstract

本发明公开了一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其由以下物质组成：去离子水50‑70份，酒精5‑15份，淀粉5‑15份，丙二醇5‑15份，月桂酰肌氨酸钠5‑15份，乳酸1‑3份和乳酸钠2‑6份。本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂添加了性能温和且不易于在皮肤表面残留的月桂酰肌氨酸钠为去油污表面活性剂，同时复配颗粒状的疏水改性淀粉利用其在手部摩擦去除泥巴等污物。同时，本发明还添加了溶解性能较佳且有一定杀菌功效的酒精和丙二醇，进一步增强了所述清洁剂对油污的溶解性。本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂选用的各个组成成分安全性能高，对人体无刺激性，使用者在使用本发明的手部清洁剂后可以有效洗掉手上的油污以及泥巴等脏物，而不会给使用者的手部带来刺激。

一种免水洗型手部清洁剂
技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤剂技术领域，特别是涉及一种免水洗型手部清洁剂。
背景技术
手部清洁工作做的好坏直接影响到人们的身体健康，当位于家中时，手部清洁没有任何困难，但是对于户外或者外出时，手部的彻底清洁往往存在很大困难，这主要是因为在外面洗手的水源使用不方便，而现有的手部清洁剂大多还是需要冲洗掉才能对身体无害。为此，市面上已经有了一些免水洗型手部消毒产品，可以确保在不方便洗手时对手部表面进行消毒。但是，当手上沾染了泥土，食物渣等脏物时，这些已有的手部消毒产品并不会让手变得更干净。而且，有较多的手部消毒产品中酒精的添加量常常高达60%以上，因此，在涂在手上的瞬间会让人有一些刺激感，对于婴幼儿或是皮肤敏感的人群来说，甚至会因为使用了这些添加了酒精的手部消毒产品而造成皮肤过敏。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是：在户外时无法温和而有效的对手部进行清洁的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：本发明提供了一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，按重量份计，由以下物质组成：去离子水50-70份，酒精5-15份，淀粉5-15份，丙二醇5-15份，月桂酰肌氨酸钠 5-15份，乳酸 1-3份和乳酸钠2-6份。
较佳的，所述淀粉为疏水改性淀粉。
较佳的，所述疏水改性淀粉为颗粒状。
较佳的，所述疏水改性淀粉的粒径为0.1-1毫米。
较佳的，所述酒精为脱醛酒精。
较佳的，所述乳酸钠和乳酸的质量添加比为1-3。
较佳的，所述清洁剂的pH小于8.0。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂添加的表面活性剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠为氨基酸表面活性剂，性能温和，配方中添加的颗粒状的疏水改性淀粉，可以吸附手部的油污，并通过在手上进行摩擦而把手部的泥巴，沙子等脏物沾到淀粉表面并掉落，同时，本发明还添加了溶解性能较佳且有一定杀菌功效的酒精和丙二醇，进一步增强了所述清洁剂对油污的溶解性。本发明的手部清洁剂中添加了具有保湿功能的乳酸-乳酸钠体系，在发挥保湿作用的同时还可起到防腐杀菌的效果。本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂选用的各个组成成分安全性能高，对人体无刺激性，使用者在使用后可以有效洗掉手上的油污以及泥巴等脏物，却不会给使用者的手部带来任何的刺激。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1-4：
本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂，按重量份计，其配方组成如下：去离子水50-70份，脱醛酒精5-15份，疏水改性淀粉5-15份，丙二醇5-15份，月桂酰肌氨酸钠 5-15份，乳酸 1-3份和乳酸钠2-6份。
对本发明的手部清洁剂的性能评估方法如下：
（1）pH检测：直接对产品进行测定。
（2）去油效果评估：采用人群评估方法，每组10人，分三组，取各组平均分。试验选用油污为市面普通的色拉油，受试者首先用肥皂把手清洗干净，然后在受试者手部滴1g色拉油，在手部揉搓均匀后，在受试者手部分两次倒上所述清洁剂，每次使用量为10g，由受试者根据使用过清洁剂后手部的清爽感进行评分，最高分为五分，分数越高代表越清爽。
（3）泥巴清洁效果评估：采用人群评估方法，每组10人，分三组，取各组平均分。试验以25%的沙子混悬物作为模拟的泥巴。向受试者手部倒上5g的沙子混悬物并吹干后，在受试者手部分三次倒上所述清洁剂，每次使用量为10g，由受试者根据使用过清洁剂后手部的干净程度进行评分，最高分为五分，分数越高代表泥巴去除效果越好。
各个实施例的具体配方组成如表1所示：

本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂提供的实施例，选用氨基酸表面活性剂月桂酰肌氨酸钠其性能温和，具有一定的去油污性能而且洗后肤感清爽。为了更有效的去除泥巴等脏物，配方中添加了颗粒状的疏水改性淀粉，其可以在手部进行摩擦从而洗掉泥巴。此外，配方中添加了酒精和丙二醇，这二种物质可进一步提高所述手部清洁剂对油污的溶解性能。本发明的手部清洁剂中还添加了具有保湿功能的乳酸-乳酸钠体系，在发挥保湿作用的同时还可起到防腐杀菌的效果。经过人群评估，本发明的免水洗型手部清洁剂在没有外在水源的情况下对于油污和泥巴都有较佳的去除效果。

1.一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，按重量份计，由以下物质组成：
去离子水50-70份，
酒精5-15份，
淀粉5-15份，
丙二醇5-15份，
月桂酰肌氨酸钠 5-15份，
乳酸 1-3份，
乳酸钠2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，所述淀粉为疏水改性淀粉。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，所述疏水改性淀粉为颗粒状。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，所述疏水改性淀粉的粒径为0.1-1毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，所述酒精为脱醛酒精。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，所述乳酸钠和乳酸的质量添加比为1-3。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任意一项权利要求所述的一种免水洗型手部清洁剂，其特征在于，所述清洁剂的pH小于8.0。
