本发明涉及一种天然洗洁精,洗洁精包括半乳甘露聚糖、烷基糖苷、天然表面活性剂、活性物质、偏硼酸盐和去离子水,其中,半乳甘露聚糖的重量百分比为10~20%,烷基糖苷的重量百分比为15~25%,天然表面活性剂的重量百分比为25~35%,活性物质的重量百分比为8~15%,偏硼酸盐的重量百分比为12~18%,去离子水的重量百分比为15~20%。本发明不仅实现了洗洁精去除餐具上油垢的功能,成份均选择天然物质且呈透明澄清状,对人体及环境影响低;本发明经过现代生物技术加工而成的活性物质具有良好的杀菌消毒功能,具有安全高效的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及日化领域,具体涉及一种天然洗洁精。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的洗洁剂品种繁多,洗涤效果也较好, 但是传统的洗洁剂主要原料来源于化工材料,增大了洗洁精的成本,而且这种洗洁剂使用后对人体皮肤伤害很大,洗涤后污水排出,污染环境,对人类危害极大。另外, 现有的洗洁剂清洗蔬菜、水果、餐具等会有残留,长期使用影响人们的身体健康。
随着人们对生活质量要求的提高,传统的洗洁剂不易被广大消费者所接受。目前也有采用天然表面活性剂制备的天然洗洁剂,但是天然表面活性剂的去污能力差于合成的表面活性剂。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的主要目的是:提供一种天然洗洁精,去污能力强、无污染、对人体健康无害且具有护肤功能。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:提供一种天然洗洁精,洗洁精包括半乳甘露聚糖、烷基糖苷、天然表面活性剂、活性物质、偏硼酸盐和去离子水,其中,半乳甘露聚糖的重量百分比为15~20%,烷基糖苷的重量百分比为15~25%,天然表面活性剂的重量百分比为15~25%,活性物质的重量百分比为10~15%,偏硼酸盐的重量百分比为10~20%,去离子水的重量百分比为15~20%。
优选的,所述半乳甘露聚糖选自瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、香豆胶、田菁胶、皂荚豆胶、刺云豆胶及决明子胶中的至少一种。
优选的,所述偏硼酸盐选自偏硼酸钠及偏硼酸钾中的至少一种 。
优选的,所述天然表面活性剂剂为卵磷脂、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯中的至少一种。
优选的,所述天然洗洁精还包括10~15%的麦麸。
优选的,所述天然洗洁精的PH值为7-10。
优选的,所述天然洗洁精使用温度为20-45℃。
本发明不仅实现了洗洁精去除餐具上油垢的功能,成份均选择天然物质且呈透明澄清状,对人体及环境影响低;本发明经过现代生物技术加工而成的活性物质具有良好的杀菌消毒功能,具有安全高效的特点。

本发明提供一种天然洗洁精,洗洁精包括半乳甘露聚糖、烷基糖苷、天然表面活性剂、活性物质、偏硼酸盐和去离子水,其中,半乳甘露聚糖的重量百分比为15%,烷基糖苷的重量百分比为25%,天然表面活性剂的重量百分比为15%,活性物质的重量百分比为10%,偏硼酸盐的重量百分比为20%,去离子水的重量百分比为15%。
具体的,本实施例中,半乳甘露聚糖选自瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、香豆胶、田菁胶、皂荚豆胶、刺云豆胶及决明子胶中的至少一种;偏硼酸盐选自偏硼酸钠及偏硼酸钾中的至少一种;天然表面活性剂剂为卵磷脂、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯中的至少一种。
此外,天然洗洁精还包括10%的麦麸,天然洗洁精的PH值为7-10,天然洗洁精使用温度为20℃。
实施例二
本发明提供一种天然洗洁精,洗洁精包括半乳甘露聚糖、烷基糖苷、天然表面活性剂、活性物质、偏硼酸盐和去离子水,其中,半乳甘露聚糖的重量百分比为20%,烷基糖苷的重量百分比为15%,天然表面活性剂的重量百分比为25%,活性物质的重量百分比为15%,偏硼酸盐的重量百分比为10%,去离子水的重量百分比为15%。
具体的,本实施例中,半乳甘露聚糖选自瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、香豆胶、田菁胶、皂荚豆胶、刺云豆胶及决明子胶中的至少一种;偏硼酸盐选自偏硼酸钠及偏硼酸钾中的至少一种;天然表面活性剂剂为卵磷脂、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯中的至少一种。
此外,天然洗洁精还包括15%的麦麸,天然洗洁精的PH值为7-10,天然洗洁精使用温度为45℃。
综上所述,本发明不仅实现了洗洁精去除餐具上油垢的功能,成份均选择天然物质且呈透明澄清状,对人体及环境影响低;本发明经过现代生物技术加工而成的活性物质具有良好的杀菌消毒功能,具有安全高效的特点。

1.一种天然洗洁精,其特征在于,所述洗洁精包括半乳甘露聚糖、烷基糖苷、天然表面活性剂、活性物质、偏硼酸盐和去离子水,其中,半乳甘露聚糖的重量百分比为15~20%,烷基糖苷的重量百分比为15~25%,天然表面活性剂的重量百分比为15~25%,活性物质的重量百分比为10~15%,偏硼酸盐的重量百分比为10~20%,去离子水的重量百分比为15~20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然洗洁精,其特征在于,所述半乳甘露聚糖选自瓜尔豆胶、刺槐豆胶、香豆胶、田菁胶、皂荚豆胶、刺云豆胶及决明子胶中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然洗洁精,其特征在于,所述偏硼酸盐选自偏硼酸钠及偏硼酸钾中的至少一种 。
4.根据权利要求1所述的天然洗洁精,其特征在于,所述天然表面活性剂剂为卵磷脂、山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、蔗糖脂肪酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的天然洗洁精,其特征在于,所述天然洗洁精还包括10~15%的麦麸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的天然洗洁精,其特征在于,所述天然洗洁精的PH值为7-10。
