A cooking apparatus provided according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an embodiment of a first aspect of the present invention provides a cooking apparatus, including: the cleaning device 2 is used for cleaning food materials and comprises a cleaning cylinder 22, wherein a feed inlet 221, a discharge outlet 223 and a drain hole for draining water are arranged on the wall of the cleaning cylinder 22; a discharging device 1 connected with the feeding port 221 and used for conveying food materials into the cleaning cylinder 22; the drying device is connected with the cleaning cylinder 22 and is used for drying the cleaned food materials; the conveying device is connected with the cleaning cylinder 22 and is used for conveying the dried food materials to the cooking body through the discharge hole 223; the cooking body is connected with the transmission device and used for cooking food materials; and the power supply device can be connected to the commercial power to supply power to the cooking equipment by using the commercial power.
According to the cooking apparatus provided by the embodiment of the invention, rice and other food materials to be cooked can be stored in the blanking device 1 in advance, so that when cooking is required, the blanking device 1 can be opened to convey the rice and other food materials in the blanking device 1 into the cleaning cylinder 22 through the feeding hole 221, so that the cleaning device 2 can be used for cleaning the rice and other food materials, after the rice and other food materials are cleaned, water and bubbles in the cleaning cylinder 22 can be discharged through the water discharge holes, the drying device can be started almost after the water in the cleaning cylinder 22 is discharged, the rice and other food materials can be dried through the drying device, and the dried food materials can be conveyed into a pot of a cooking body, such as an inner pot of an electric cooker, so that the rice and other food materials can be cooked immediately or the rice and other food materials can be cooked after the reservation time. According to the embodiment, on one hand, a series of operations of discharging, cleaning, conveying, cooking and the like of food materials such as rice and the like can be automatically realized, and further, the automatic cooking from discharging to cooking of the food materials such as rice and the like can be realized, meanwhile, the food materials such as rice and the like are cleaned and dried and then are independently conveyed to a cooking body, and the food materials such as rice and the like are not required to be mixed and conveyed together with water as in the prior art, so that a series of problems such as poor sealing, low reliability and the like caused by mixing and conveying of the food materials such as rice and the like together with water can be avoided, and the reliability of products can be ensured; on the other hand, since the food such as rice is fed into the cooking body after washing and drying, the food such as rice is not soaked in water before the water is not fed into the cooking body, and thus the food such as rice can be stored in the cooking body for a long time after washing, without worrying about the situation that the food such as rice is soaked or spoiled, and further, the cooking body with a reservation timing function can be provided with an automatic water feeding pipe, so that the water is fed into the cooking body after the reservation timing time is reached by the water pipe, or the water is fed into the cooking body in advance, and the dried food is fed into the cooking body after the reservation timing time is reached, so that the problems that the food such as rice is soaked in water or spoiled due to the reservation timing time of cooking are prevented, and the food such as rice can be stored for a relatively long time after the drying, the food such as rice can be reserved for a long time, and the food such as rice is not easy to spoil the food such as rice can be reserved for a long time, and the problem that the food such as rice is easy to spoil can be spoiled due to the reservation timing for the long time can be solved, and the problem that the food such as the food is easy to spoiled due to the reservation time is solved. The power supply device can be plugged into the commercial power to supply power to the cleaning device 2, the blanking device 1, the drying device, the transmission device and the like by using the commercial power, so as to ensure the power consumption requirement of the product.
In the above-described embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning device 2 preferably further includes: a water inlet pipe 5 communicated with the cleaning cylinder 22 for conveying water required for cleaning the food material to the cleaning cylinder 22; the stirring assembly comprises a first driver and a stirrer arranged outside the cleaning cylinder 22, one end of the stirrer is connected with the first driver, the other end of the stirrer stretches into the cleaning cylinder 22, and the first driver is used for driving the stirrer to stir and clean food materials in the cleaning cylinder.
In this embodiment, after the blanking device 1 inputs rice into the cleaning cylinder 22, the blanking device 1 may be closed, and the water inlet pipe 5 may be opened, so that the water inlet pipe 5 conveys water required for cleaning rice and other food materials into the cleaning cylinder 22, after the water inlet is completed, the water inlet pipe 5 may be closed, the first driver may be started, so that the first driver drives the stirrer to stir the rice and other food materials, so as to realize automatic stirring and cleaning of the rice and other food materials, and after the cleaning is completed, most of water in the cleaning cylinder 22 and bubbles generated in the cleaning process may be discharged through the water discharge hole, after that, the rice and other food materials may be dried by the drying device, and after the drying, the rice and other food materials may be conveyed to the cooking body through the discharge hole 223 by the conveying device, so as to wait for cooking of the cooking body.
In addition, other methods may be used to clean the food materials such as rice in the cleaning barrel 22, for example, the cleaning of the food materials may be achieved by shaking the cleaning barrel 22 back and forth.
In the above-described embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cleaning device 2 further includes: and the water storage box 28 is connected with the water drain hole and used for collecting water discharged by the water drain hole.
In this embodiment, a water storage box 28 may be disposed below the drain hole, so that water for washing rice and other food materials can be collected by using the water storage box 28, so that water for washing rice and other food materials can be intensively treated, and further, water for washing rice and other food materials can be prevented from being discharged at will to pollute the environment.
In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the first driver is a first motor 24 and the agitator is an agitating blade 26.
In this embodiment, the first motor 24 is preferably used to drive the stirring blade 26 to stir and clean the food such as rice, because the motor is a common driving device and the stirring blade 26 is a common stirring device, the motor and the stirring blade 26 are easy to obtain and have low price, and thus the cost of the cleaning device 2 can be reduced, so as to reduce the total cost of the product.
In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking apparatus further includes: a first control valve 222 provided between the discharging device 1 and the inlet 221 for opening or closing the inlet 221; a second control valve 52 provided on the water inlet pipe 5 for controlling the opening and closing of the water inlet pipe 5; a third control valve 224 is provided at the discharge port 223 for opening or closing the discharge port 223.
In this embodiment, a first control valve 222 may be disposed between the discharging device 1 and the feeding port 221, so that when the food to be cleaned needs to be added into the cleaning cylinder 22, the feeding port 221 may be automatically opened and closed by the first control valve 222, so as to realize automatic discharging or automatic stopping of the discharging device 1, meanwhile, a second control valve 52 may be disposed on the water inlet pipe 5 to automatically control opening and closing of the water inlet pipe 5, so as to realize automatic water feeding or automatic stopping of the cleaning cylinder 22 through the water inlet pipe 5, and then, a third control valve 224 may be disposed at the discharging port 223, so that the opening and closing of the discharging port 223 may be controlled by the third control valve 224, specifically, during the processes of discharging, cleaning and drying, the discharging port 223 may be closed by the third control valve 224, so as to prevent the food from leaking from the discharging port 223, and when the food needs to be conveyed, the discharging port 223 may be opened by the third control valve 224, so as to realize conveyance of the food. This kind of setting realizes switching on and closing of each water pipe and feed inlet 221, discharge gate 223 etc. through setting up a plurality of control valves to can realize intelligent control of water pipe and feed inlet 221, discharge gate 223 etc. and then can realize the automated control of product promptly.
Among them, it is preferable that the first control valve 222, the second control valve 52, the third control valve 224, and the fourth control valve 226 are all solenoid valves because the control accuracy of the solenoid valves is high, and thus the operations of the respective parts can be precisely controlled.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the drying device includes: a first fan; a first air duct connected between the cleaning drum 22 and the first fan; the heating device 4 is arranged on the first air pipe and used for heating the air in the first air pipe so as to dry the food materials; wherein, be provided with first wind gap on the wash bowl 22, first wind gap is connected with first tuber pipe, is provided with fourth control valve 226 in the first wind gap, and fourth control valve 226 is used for controlling opening and closing of first wind gap.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fan 32 and the heating device 4 may be used to heat the dried food, specifically, when the washed food needs to be dried, the fourth control valve 226 may be opened to open the air port 225, so that the fan 32 may be used to generate air, and then the generated air is input into the washing drum 22 through the air port 225 to intensify the circulation of air in the washing drum 22, and at the same time, the heating device 4 may be provided on the air duct 34 to heat the air generated by the fan 32, so that the washed food in the washing drum 22 can be dried quickly by using hot air.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the conveying device includes a second blower and a second air duct, the second air duct is connected between the cleaning drum 22 and the second blower, and the second blower is used for blowing air into the cleaning drum 22 through the second air duct so as to blow the food material from the discharge port 223 to the cooking body; wherein, be provided with the second wind gap on the wash bowl 22, the second wind gap is connected with the second tuber pipe, is provided with the fifth control valve in the second wind gap, and the fifth control valve is used for controlling opening and closing of second wind gap.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fan 32 may be used to blow the washed and dried food material into the cooking body to achieve low-cost transportation of the food material such as rice, wherein, specifically, when the food material needs to be blown, the air port 225 may be opened by the fourth control valve (the same valve as the fifth control valve), so that the air generated by the fan 32 can enter into the washing tub 22 through the air port 225 to blow the washed and dried food material in the washing tub 22 into the cooking body through the discharge port 223. Of course, the food material such as rice can be transported by a device such as a conveyor belt.
The above arrangement can utilize the same blower 32 to realize the drying and conveying of the food materials such as rice and the like, thereby simplifying the structure of the cooking apparatus and reducing the cost of the cooking apparatus, specifically, the blower 32 and the heating device 4 can be simultaneously turned on in the drying stage, and only the blower 32 can be turned on in the conveying stage without turning on the heating device 4.
Wherein, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the cooking apparatus further comprises: and a discharge pipe 6 connected between the discharge hole 223 and the cooking body.
In this solution, when the second fan is used to convey the food material, a discharge pipe 6 may be further disposed at the discharge port 223, so that the food material can be conveyed into the cooking body through the discharge pipe 6.
In the above embodiment, preferably, the cooking apparatus further includes: the water supply pipe is connected between an external water source and the cooking body and is used for supplying water to the cooking body.
In this embodiment, an automatic water supply pipe may be provided to the cooking body having the reservation timing function, so that water is supplied to the cooking body after the reservation timing time is reached by using the water supply pipe, thereby preventing the food materials such as rice from being soaked with water, from being spoiled or deteriorated due to the excessively long reservation timing time of cooking. Specifically, a sixth control valve can be arranged on the water supply pipe, so that the automatic opening and closing of the water supply pipe can be controlled by a fifth control method, and the sixth control valve can be connected to the reservation timing assembly of the cooking body, so that water is added into the cooking body after the timing reservation time of the cooking body, the food and water can be separated during the reservation time of the cooking body, the condition that the food such as rice is soaked by water and spoiled due to overlong reservation time of the cooking can be prevented, and the food such as rice is dried and stored for a relatively long time, so that the cooking body can carry out the reservation time for a long time and the food such as rice can not spoil, and the problem that the food such as rice is easy to be spoiled due to the long-time reservation time of the cooking body at present can be solved.
In the above embodiment, it is preferable that the hole diameter of the drain hole is smaller than the particle diameter of the food material added to the washing tub 22, and this arrangement can prevent the food material from being discharged from the drain hole, and thus can avoid waste of the food material, specifically, for example, the hole diameter of the drain hole is made smaller than the particle diameter of the rice when washing the rice with the washing tub 22.
In the above embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the discharging device 1 is a cell feeder including: the cell measuring cups 11 are internally provided with accommodating cavities 112, walls of the accommodating cavities 112 are provided with a feeding port 114 and a discharging port 116, and the discharging port 116 can be communicated with a feeding port 221; the plurality of sealing plates 12 are correspondingly and movably covered at the feed openings 116 of the plurality of the dividing measuring cups 11 one by one and are used for opening or closing the feed openings 116; and the second driver is in driving connection with the plurality of sealing plates 12 and is used for driving the plurality of sealing plates 12 to move so as to open the feed opening 116.
In this embodiment, the dividing cup 11 is used for containing food materials such as rice, beans, water and the like, so that the food materials such as rice, beans, water and the like can be contained in one or more dividing cups 11, that is, the food materials such as rice, beans and the like can be divided into multiple parts, and the sealing plate 12 is used for opening or closing the feed opening 116 of the dividing cup 11 under the driving of the second driver, so that when the dividing feeder is used for feeding operation, the feed opening 116 of the dividing cup 11 can be closed in advance through the sealing plate 12, and the food materials such as rice, beans and the like are added into the plurality of dividing cups 11 through the feed opening 114 in advance, and then the second driver can be started to drive the sealing plate 12 to move, that is, slide or rotate, so that the feed opening 116 can be opened, so that the automatic discharge output quantity of the dividing feeder can be realized, and meanwhile, the embodiment can realize accurate quantitative output of the food materials by reasonably setting the quantity of the sealing plate 12 to control the open dividing cup 11. Specifically, the structure of the second driver can be set reasonably, so that the second driver can sequentially open the sealing plates 12 and sequentially open the cell measuring cups 11, so that the cell measuring cups 11 sequentially discharge, namely, one by one, and the structure of the second driver can be set reasonably, so that the second driver can simultaneously open 2 or 3 or N sealing plates 12 (N is an integer greater than 3 and N is less than or equal to the total number of the cell measuring cups 11), and then can simultaneously open 2 or 3 or N cell measuring cups 11, so that 2 or 3 or N cell measuring cups 11 can simultaneously discharge.
