Description

Improved locking mode device for switch safety lock
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an improvement of a switch locking device, and more particularly, to a motor switch locking device capable of improving safety.
Background
Based on the experience of improving industrial safety and on the field, the applicant of the present invention has a series of inventions and creations related to the management of motor switches and power supplies, and the research and development results have been patented and approved in more than ten parts. In particular, the applicant of the present invention has provided a series of practical motor switch locking devices that can be used in combination with various brands and models of motor switches with good results. The applicant of the invention has a series of inventions and creations about the safety of the motor switch, and the invention mainly lacks a practical motor switch locking device in view of the fact that many past electrical accidents at home and abroad occur in the maintenance events of motor machinery. However, the improvement of the locking device applicable to various states is not solved.
The "electrical safety technical data" published in 1999 by the labour safety and health research of taiwan labour committee of taiwan is indicated in the research report conducted by suwenyuan: "the electricity sensing accident is always one of the main causes of the accident injury of the workers, and should be avoided as much as possible to protect the safety of the workers. The main reason for the occurrence of the electricity sensing accident is that the electrical safety is not well known by the public institution and the workers, so that the potential risks such as unsafe environment and unsafe behaviors exist in the working site. "common electrical safety hazards are mainly of two kinds, the first is from mechanical equipment using electricity, and the second is negligence in electrical work. In order to remedy the deficiency of the utility and workers in the recognition of electrical safety and prevent the damage of electrical work, in the forty-fifth item of "safety and sanitation rules for workers", it is further mandatory that the employer must have safety facilities for electrical machinery, i.e. for machinery operating under power, an emergency brake device with a clear mark is provided at a proper position to immediately interrupt power and link with a brake system, so as to quickly stop the operation of machinery in an emergency. In addition, in order to prevent the damage of the work using electricity, in the case of power failure work, the "worker safety and sanitation rule" second fifty-four rules stipulate that the employer should "lock" or mark "power transmission prohibition" and "power failure work" or install a facility monitored by a monitoring person in the work of placing, constructing, inspecting, repairing, painting, etc. the circuit, the circuit holder, or the work near the circuit work after the circuit is opened, and the switch for opening the circuit should be adopted after the circuit is confirmed to be opened. The first type of disaster from mechanical equipment using electricity is caused by the lack of recognition of the principles of electrical safety interruption dynamics by almost most people. Although the "labor safety and sanitation rule" second fifty-four rules further stipulate that the circuit should be "locked" in operation by adopting an open switch, the "locking" rule has been so far always passed through the air and has not been actually implemented.
The shunt switch or circuit breaker for the disconnector is to have a blocking device according to international electrical code nec.422.31.(430.102) (440.14). The isolation device is locked in place within the visual range of the electrical appliance or in the open circuit. The locking mechanism should be in place. The rule principle and the purpose are to prevent power misdelivery and reverse power delivery (under the condition of not influencing public safety!):
1. the private indoor distributor is not locked.
2. Public places need to be locked by electricity.
3. The motor centralized control panel can be locked by using a switch handle.
4. After locking, there is a dangerous situation that the lock is not locked!
The lock device is intended to prevent erroneous power transmission, reverse power transmission …, etc., and may be dangerous because of a condition invisible to the eyes, and therefore, it is desired to lock the lock device at the time of maintenance to ensure safety. In view of this, all manufacturers manufacturing switches in the world have to produce related products. Including the external hanging type, the internal key type … … and the like. Also, there are mandatory regulations and penalties in the United states OSHA, fire code …, etc.
In special places, there are different requirements for switches, for example, in many dangerous places, such as chemical plants, gunpowder storehouses, gas and liquid plants, military facilities …, etc., some electric switches must be closed during power supply, must not be opened by mistake or malfunction, and cause serious loss, such as melting high-temperature and high-pressure liquid in a furnace core, which can cause unrecoverable result, so in some special places, the switch must be locked in a power-ON (closed) state.
In special place environment, some special functions are required, for example, in many unattended rooms, the breaker switch of the machine must prevent the power failure caused by the malfunction of external force in some loops, which causes loss and even accidents. However, in this circuit, when an accident occurs, such as an overload, a fault current, a ground fault …, etc., the circuit breaker must be tripped to avoid damage to the equipment and even a fire! Therefore, the above-mentioned locking device is required to be different from the above-mentioned two states, one is forced to be locked in the ON state and the other is forced to be locked in the OFF state to be opened and closed, and the breaker must be tripped to isolate the accident.
In many cases of an actual power system, there are many situations that two circuit breakers must be mutually locked, that is, the two circuit breakers are interlocked, that is, only one of the two circuit breakers is electrified, and not both of the two circuit breakers are electrified simultaneously, which may cause a short-circuit accident. In the above state, most of the automatic transfer switches (also known as ATS) are used under normal circumstances, but the two automatic transfer switches are generally arranged in parallel on the same case, and the circuit breaker must have the same specification. However, the safety requirement is met only by the electrical and mechanical lock functions.
When three circuit breakers are required to be in a locking state, namely the three circuit breakers are interlocked and interlocked with each other to perform the Tie function, namely the three circuit breakers only allow two circuit breakers to be simultaneously closed to be ON at most, the problem which has been long existed in the past can be solved if the improvement of the switch locking device of the invention can be applied. And because the lock can be mechanically and electrically locked, the absolute reliability of the lock can be improved. And the output of the contact point based on the state is beneficial to identification, and the convenience and the safety of use are improved. The invention also improves the inconvenience and the defect of the patent of the no-fuse switch locking device in the M318184 patent, for example, the mode of only locking the trip position meets the requirement of the locking device which must be locked by power failure during maintenance, but the locking device can not be universally used in the situations with different function requirements. In the prior art, various countries in the world have ON/OFF for locking modes, different modes require different locks and components, and multiple safety lock implementation modes are derived, so that the production cost is increased, the burden ON product management is increased, and the trouble of owners is caused. The above problems have existed for a long time, and domestic and foreign manufacturers have been unable to properly solve the problems to enhance the safety of electrical equipment and operation.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a switch locking device which has a simple structure and is easy to install, can satisfy all the requirements of various functions, and can prevent malfunction by combining electrical and mechanical aspects, thereby improving safety performance of electrical equipment in use.

Detailed Description
The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and specific examples so that those skilled in the art can better understand the present invention and can practice the present invention, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.
The device according to the present invention for improving the locking of a safety lock of a switch is implemented in a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, in which a locking device 20 is composed of a box-shaped lock body 21 and is combined with a fixed bottom plate 22 and fixedly placed beside a handle 11 of a circuit breaker 10. The handle 11 is shown in the closed ON position of the circuit breaker 10 body, when the key 30 is inserted into the lock 23 and turned counterclockwise to the locked position point 25, when the internal transmission mechanism is actuated to move the lever 24 to the locked position and is shown or marked with the locked indication 31, which is not indicated by the normal indication 32 and which is interlocked with the lever 24 and can be actuated using the internal position positioning microswitch 53 (see fig. 6 and 7). The microswitch signal can be connected to the external terminal block 40 or an outgoing line, so as to be used as a state representation output point of the switch safety lock, and also be used as an electrical control point with other switch safety locks.
The second embodiment of the device for improving the locking mode of the switch safety lock according to the present invention is implemented as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 2 shows the handle 11 of the circuit breaker 10 flipped up and fig. 3 shows the handle 11 flipped down. In any case, when the locking device 20 is located at the middle position of the circuit breaker 10, and the stop lever 24 is located at the Trip position of the handle 11, the ON locking function is performed, and the OFF locking function is also performed. At this time, the locking indication 31 is displayed, and the common point COM and the normally open NO in the external terminal block 40 are conducted. Conversely, when the key 30 is rotated clockwise to the normal position 26, the internal transmission mechanism is actuated to retract the shift lever 24 into the body 21 of the lock device 20 (not shown), the normal indication 32 is displayed or marked, the lock indication 31 is not displayed, the internal position positioning microswitch 53 is actuated to connect to the external terminal block 40, and the common point COM and the normally closed NC in the terminal block are turned on.
Referring to fig. 4, a third embodiment of the present invention is shown, in which a switch safety lock 20 body 21 is fixed on the side of a handle 11 of a circuit breaker 10. When the key 30 is turned to the locked position 25, the lever 24 is fully pressed against the handle 11 of the circuit breaker 10 when the lever 24 is located directly below the handle 11, i.e., the handle 11 has been pushed up to the circuit breaker ON position. Thus, the function of forced ON can be achieved, even if the line breaks down, the contact inside the breaker 10 is forced to be closed, and the circuit is not cut off, so that the functional requirement of forced non-power-off is met.
Referring to fig. 5, an embodiment of the forced breaker 10 is shown in an OFF or Trip condition. As shown in fig. 5, the switch safety lock locking device 20 may be installed at a position above the movement direction of the handle 11 of the circuit breaker 10. When the key 30 is turned to the locking position 25, the lever 24 is pushed by the handle 11 and cannot be moved upward, so that the circuit breaker 10 cannot be turned ON, and thus the function of forced OFF is achieved, and malfunction is not generated.

Fig. 6 is an internal schematic view of the locking device 20 in the normal position, wherein the key 30 is at the normal position point 26 and the normal indication 32 is displayed on the body 21, wherein the internal position positioning microswitch 53 is connected to the external terminal block 40 of the locking device 20 as shown with the common point COM and the normally open NO being on. A shift lever positioning pin 50 is located below the shift lever 24, and when the internal power plug 51 is not energized to suck down, the shift lever 24 is restricted from moving (as shown in FIG. 7), and when the internal power plug 51 is actuated to suck down, the shift lever 24 is free to move (as shown in FIG. 6). The power of the internal power plug is from the power input point 42 of the locking device 20, and is electrically connected to the internal position positioning micro switch 53 of the locking device 20 of other fingers, and the locking device 20 is electrically connected at the locking position 25, and the gear lever 24 can move freely after the power is supplied. In fig. 7, the locking device 20 is shown in an internal view in the locked position, wherein the key 30 is at the locked position point 25 and the lock indicator 31 is shown on the body 21, wherein the internal position thereof is located at the microswitch 53. The common point COM is connected to the external terminal block 40 of the locking device 20 by being conducted to the normally closed NC, and a first-gear lever positioning pin 50 is provided below the gear lever 24, so that the gear lever 24 is restricted from moving when the internal plug 51 is not energized and is sucked down, and the gear lever 24 can move freely when the internal plug 51 is energized and is sucked down. The power of the internal power plug comes to the power input point 42 of the locking device 20, and is electrically connected to the internal position positioning micro switch 53 of the locking device 20, and when the locking device 20 is at the locking position 25, the power is connected, and the gear lever 24 can move freely after the power is turned on. Fig. 8 and 9 are schematic views of the locking device according to the present invention, wherein the locking device is linked to a mechanical structure and an electrical structure, respectively, and fig. 8 and 9 are schematic views of the locking device according to the present invention, wherein fig. 8 is a plan view and fig. 9 is a perspective view.
