本发明涉及一种工艺真空装饰玻璃及其加工工艺,属于装饰玻璃制备技术领域,一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,包括两片相同大小的玻璃本体,其特征在于:所述两片玻璃本体内表面中间设有凹凸中空装饰面的腔体,两片玻璃本体相对应的四周内表面之间熔接有一层EVA胶层,两片玻璃本体边缘还设有相连接的卡口,本发明结构即达到中空隔音、隔热效果,又达到内置立体装饰图案的效果,中间为真空的腔体,四周边由EVA熔接封口,既然实现两片玻璃的夹胶稳固,又实现保证真空腔体的稳固,真空腔体既然保证隔音、隔热效果持久性,又保证内部装饰效果不会掉色,保证美观效果持久,另外发明的加工工艺简单,省去传统加铝条、加分子筛干燥剂,同时解决由于抽真工困难的问题,本加工工艺加工本低廉,易于实现工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种工艺真空装饰玻璃及其加工工艺,属于装饰玻璃制备技术领域。
背景技术
建筑装饰工程中,玻璃是应用最为广泛的一类装饰材料。随着建筑业的发展,玻璃在建筑上得使用越来越广泛。玻璃从最初单一的采光功能到现在的装饰功能,已逐渐发展未线代建筑的主流。而建筑装饰玻璃是以设计概念和功能为主导,采用玻璃材质和艺术技巧,与被装饰的建筑物成为统一和谐的整体,既丰富了建筑艺术形象,也可提高实用功能,经济价值和社会价值。
现市面上一般的装饰玻璃,是由两玻璃夹胶,即玻璃+胶+玻璃,两玻璃中间夹装饰制造而成,有些在玻璃外表面喷花或雕刻喷花,多数采用湿夹胶的方法,这种装饰效果没有内置立体图案感的效果。
中空玻璃,具有隔热、隔音的功能,一般结构为外四周加铝条、加分子筛干燥剂,在生产工艺中由于抽真工困难,需要釆用激光封口,同时也没有立体图案装饰的效果。
虽然有关装饰玻璃的技术不断发展,但都避免不了是由两玻璃夹胶,这样美观效果简单,而且都平板玻璃,如果有内置凹凸图案装饰且中空的玻璃,很难实现两块玻璃进行胶夹,同时存在着容易掉色,腐蚀颜色变色,美观效果难以持久的缺点。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,实现内置立体图案、不会掉色,美观效果多变、持久,且中空实现隔热、隔音效果装饰玻璃。
为了解决上述问题,本发所采用的技术方案是:
一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,包括两片相同大小的玻璃本体,其特征在于:所述两片玻璃本体内表面中间设有凹凸中空装饰面及腔体,两片玻璃本体相对应的四周内表面之间熔接有一层EVA胶层,两片玻璃本体边缘还设有相连接的卡口。
所述的凹凸中空装饰面表面还设有一层彩釉层。
所述的腔体是一种真空腔体。
所述的EVA胶层设在两片玻璃本体的卡口中间。
所述的EVA胶层的长度1-3mm,厚度为1-5mm。
所述的凹凸中空装饰面其凹凸面是一种立体图案结构面,与彩釉层结合形成彩色艺术装饰图案。
一种工艺真空装饰玻璃的加工工艺:
1)选用两块大小相同的玻璃,在两玻璃相对应的中间内表面打磨成所需的图案或上彩釉备用;
2)在两片玻璃的四周设置相对应卡接的卡口,然后周边放上EVA胶片卡合备用;
3)把卡合好四周带EVA胶片的两片玻璃放入真空袋,然后进行抽真空;
4)抽完真空后直接对其进行加温1小时,温度为110℃~130℃;
5)然后进行降温取出即可形成夹胶、中空装饰玻璃。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃的加工方法,其特征在于:抽真空时,真空袋的压力要求为1x10-1帕。
所述的真空袋是一种硅胶真空袋,耐温要求为300℃以上。
步骤5中,其在降温在90℃取出即可本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,即达到中空隔音、隔热效果,又达到内置立体装饰图案的效果,中间为真空的腔体,四周边由EVA熔接封口,既然实现两片玻璃的夹胶稳固,又实现保证真空腔体的稳固,真空腔体既然保证隔音、隔热效果持久性,又保证内部装饰效果不会掉色,保证美观效果持久,另外其加工工艺简单,省去传统加铝条、加分子筛干燥剂,同时解决由于抽真工困难的问题,本加工工艺加工本低廉,易于实现工业化生产。

具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,包括两片相同大小的玻璃本体1,所述两片玻璃本体1内表面中间设有凹凸中空装饰面11及腔体2,两片玻璃本体相对应的四周内表面12之间熔接有一层EVA胶层3,两片玻璃本体1边缘还设有相连接的卡口13。
所述的凹凸中空装饰面11表面还设有一层彩釉层4。
所述的腔体2是一种真空腔体。
所述的EVA胶层3设在两片玻璃本体1的卡口中间。
所述的EVA胶层3的长度1-3mm,厚度为1-5mm。
所述的凹凸中空装饰面11其凹凸面是一种立体图案结构面,与彩釉层4结合形成彩色艺术装饰图案。
工艺真空装饰玻璃的加工工艺:
1)选用两块大小相同的玻璃,在两玻璃相对应的中间内表面打磨成所需的图案或上彩釉备用;
2)在两片玻璃的四周设置相对应卡接的卡口,然后周边放上EVA胶片卡合备用;
3)把卡合好四周带EVA胶片的两片玻璃放入真空袋,然后进行抽真空;
4)抽完真空后直接对其进行加温1小时,温度为110℃~130℃;
5)然后进行降温取出即可形成夹胶、中空装饰玻璃。
抽真空时,真空袋的压力要求为1x10-1帕。
真空袋是一种硅胶真空袋,耐温要求为300℃以上。
步骤5中,其在降温在90℃取出即可。
在加工工艺过程中,根据装饰的要求,可以不上彩釉或局部上彩釉,或其中间内凹凸中空装饰面可以全部或局部设置成磨砂透光不透明的立体效果,加工后产生的图案非常有立体装饰效果。
本发明结构即达到中空隔音、隔热效果,又达到内置立体装饰图案的效果,中间为真空的腔体,四周边由EVA熔接封口,既然实现两片玻璃的夹胶稳固,又实现保证真空腔体的稳固,真空腔体既然保证隔音、隔热效果持久性,又保证内部装饰效果不会掉色,保证美观效果持久,另外发明的加工工艺简单,省去传统加铝条、加分子筛干燥剂,同时解决由于抽真工困难的问题,本加工工艺加工本低廉,易于实现工业化生产。

Claims (10)

1.一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,包括两片相同大小的玻璃本体(1),其特征在于:所述两片玻璃本体(1)内表面中间设有凹凸中空装饰面(11)及腔体(2),两片玻璃本体相对应的四周内表面(12)之间熔接有一层EVA胶层(3),两片玻璃本体(1)边缘还设有相连接的卡口(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,其特征在于:所述的凹凸中空装饰面(11)表面还设有一层彩釉层(4)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,其特征在于:所述的腔体(2)是一种真空腔体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,其特征在于:所述的EVA胶层(3)设在两片玻璃本体(1)的卡口中间。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,其特征在于:所述的EVA胶层(3)的长度1-3mm,厚度为1-5mm。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种工艺真空装饰玻璃,其特征在于:所述的凹凸中空装饰面(11)其凹凸面是一种立体图案结构面,与彩釉层(4)结合形成彩色艺术装饰图案。
7.一种如权利要求1~6任一所述的玻璃加工工艺:
1)选用两块大小相同的玻璃,在两玻璃相对应的中间内表面打磨成所需的图案或上彩釉备用;
2)在两片玻璃的四周设置相对应卡接的卡口,然后周边放上EVA胶片卡合备用;
3)把卡合好四周带EVA胶片的两片玻璃放入真空袋,然后进行抽真空;
4)抽完真空后直接对其进行加温1小时,温度为110℃~130℃;
5)然后进行降温取出即可形成工艺真空装饰玻璃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种工艺真空饰玻璃的加工方法,其特征在于:抽真空时,真空袋的压力要求为1x10-1帕。
