Abstract

The invention relates to a paper filter material of paper-made fiber and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the field of new material development of cigarette filter sticks. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a paper base; (2) preparing a coating liquid; (3) and (5) preparing a paper filter material. The paper base with good tensile strength is obtained by properly cutting paper-making and forming after pulping the paper-making fibers, and the stability of the paper filter stick during processing and rolling is improved. The invention also develops the dark plum and olive fruit extracts for the paper base, and improves the comprehensive sensory quality of the paper filter material of the paper-making fiber. The paper filter material of paper-structure-skin fiber can endow cigarette smoke with fresh and sweet aroma after being used for cigarette filter sticks, reduce the paper taste of the cigarettes with the paper filter sticks during smoking, reduce the irritation, improve the aroma texture and make the mouth sweeter.

At present, the research reports about the modification of paper filter sticks at home and abroad still use pure wood pulp fiber paper or bamboo pulp fiber paper as a carrier, and the defects of the paper filter sticks are not essentially improved. Therefore, the search and development of novel plant fiber materials have become one of new means for improving the quality of paper filter sticks.
In the prior art, studies have been made to blend a certain proportion of bagasse fibers in wood pulp fibers, and the paper filter stick blended with the bagasse fibers can increase the sweetness of smoke when a cigarette is smoked, but the bagasse fibers belong to short fibers, so that the tensile strength of a paper base prepared by using the paper filter stick alone is not enough, and the paper breaking phenomenon can occur in the processing of the paper filter stick, thereby affecting the processing stability.
Paper mulberry bark, which is called paper mulberry bark, milk bark, millet bark, paper mulberry and the like, is a perennial deciduous tree. The paper mulberry has high cellulose and pectin content and low lignin content.
