背景技术
植物油越来越普及,尤其是葵花籽油,葵花籽油淡黄透明,色泽清亮,气味芬芳,滋味可口,是一种比较容易消化的食用油,但是,按照传统制备方法制得的葵花籽油,在将其用进行高温煎、炒、炸等烹调方式进行处理食物时,通常会由于油温过高而产生大量的油烟,从而造成人体伤害。。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种葵花籽油的制备方法,按照该方法制得的葵花籽油,在用于烹调食物时,不会因为其高温而产生大量的油烟。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种葵花籽油的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤 :
A、先将葵花籽去壳,得到葵花籽仁,并将得到的葵花籽仁粉碎;
B、将经过步骤 A 处理得到的葵花籽仁碎末进行入锅炒制,控制含水量小于5%;
C、将经过步骤 B 蒸制得到额度葵花籽仁碎末放入螺旋榨油机压榨出毛油;
D、将步骤 C 得到的毛油进行恒温恒压的精制,所述精制温度为 250℃,精制真空度为1.5KPa,精制时间为 2 小时。
本发明的有益效果为:按照本发明制备方法制得的葵花籽油在不损失原有营养成分的同时,还可以使其在用于烹调食物时,不会因为其高温而产生大量的油烟。
