用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18‑20%、粉煤灰4‑6%、山砂70‑73%、重质碳酸钙4.5‑7%、保水剂0.14‑0.16%、可再分散乳胶粉0.65‑0.75%。本发明在蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块表面抹层的厚度不超过5mm;蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块上墙前不需要浇水,可直接砌筑,能有效解决墙体开裂、渗漏等质量常见问题,既节约建造成本,又可缩减施工工序。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑砂浆配方技术领域。
背景技术
传统建筑砂浆多为现场拌制,由于品种较少、性能较差、材料浪费较大、加之质量不稳定,而且不利于环保,在工程中使用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块表面经常造成抹灰层空鼓、开裂、脱落、渗漏等质量问题,常常导致返工,既影响工期、又造成成本增加,甚至直接影响工程竣工验收。
对于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的砌筑砂浆,薄层专用砌筑砂浆的使用改变了传统的砌筑工艺,砌筑前不需要对砌块和砌筑基面进行浇水湿润,墙体灰缝从10~15mm改为3mm左右,专用砂浆的性能与砌块本身更匹配,这些改变基本解决了墙体“裂、渗、漏”的质量常见问题。而现有的砂浆配方,由于是按普通砂浆设计的配方,其砂浆本身保水性和粘结性较差,在砌筑工艺上砌块在砌筑前需要浇水湿润,加上墙体灰缝较厚(灰缝为10~15mm),其砂浆的性能指标与砌块本身不匹配,极易造成墙体的“裂、渗、漏”等质量常见问题,所以现有的普通砌筑砂浆配方不能满足薄层砌筑砂浆的质量要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种能有效解决蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块墙体开裂、渗漏等质量常见问题,且可缩减施工工序的用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18-20%、粉煤灰4-6%、山砂70-73%、重质碳酸钙4.5-7%、保水剂0.14-0.16%、可再分散乳胶粉0.65-0.75%。
本发明所述水泥为P.S.A水泥或P.C 32.5水泥;所述粉煤灰为Ⅱ级低钙粉煤灰;所述山砂的粒度不超过0.6mm,含泥量低于5%;所述重质碳酸钙的粒度不超过0.1mm;所述保水剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚;所述可再分散乳胶粉为SWF-05。所述羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的粘度为CPNDJ-4旋转粘度计、质量浓度2%水溶液140000mpa.s以上。
本发明配方中的水泥与水形成水泥浆,水泥浆包裹在骨料表面并填充其空隙。在硬化前,水泥浆起润滑作用,赋予拌合物一定的和易性,便于施工,水泥浆硬化后,则将骨料胶结成一个坚实的整体。Ⅱ级粉煤灰(低钙粉煤灰)作为一种活性填料,掺入砂浆中具有一定的火山灰活性,可显著提高砂浆的强度,尤其是砂浆的后期强度增长较为明显。粉煤灰颗粒微细,且含有大量玻璃体微珠呈球形,掺入砂浆中可减少砂浆的内摩擦阻力,有效的改善了砂浆的和易性,粉煤灰的粒径比水泥颗粒细,填充在水泥凝胶体中的毛细孔和气孔之中,使水泥凝胶体更加密实。山砂作为集料在砂浆硬化中起到骨架作用,在砂浆受压时,集料可承受较大荷载。山砂粒度控制在0.6mm以下,含泥量必须低于5%,才能满足薄层抹灰砂浆层较薄(不超过5mm)的工艺要求,否则泥土包裹在砂颗粒表面,会阻碍水泥凝胶体与砂粒之间的粘结,降低界面强度及耐久性,并增加砂浆的干缩性,其后果就是直接导致抹灰墙面开裂。重质碳酸钙为惰性填料,作为腻子具有抗研磨性和一定的遮盖力,同时改变砂浆的致密性与和易性。羟丙基甲基纤维醚为砂浆高效保水剂,具有极强的保水能力,可长时间范围内在砂浆中保持充足的水分,满足施工性能要求,掺入到砂浆中还起着润滑和易拌合的作用,并且由于其高保水性,使得在薄层砌筑时,蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块(砖)不需要湿润,确保了施工的高效快捷和简化工序。本发明确定的高效保水剂的配比是经过大量分析和试验验证确定的最佳掺量,掺入量过少或过多保水效果达不到要求并会引发质量问题。可再分散乳胶粉可进一步增强砂浆的保水性,防止砂浆出现过快硬化、干燥和开裂,增加砂浆的可塑性,改善砂浆的施工性能,提高砂浆的粘结力,使它能够更好地粘结基层,防止施工时出现砂浆滑移现象。本发明确定的可再分散乳胶粉的配比也是经过大量分析和试验验证确定的最佳掺量,掺入量过少拉伸粘接强度达不到要求,超掺又会造成浪费。
本发明使用方便,加清水搅拌均匀即可使用。由于本发明砂浆配方的优异性能,采用其在蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块表面抹层的厚度不超过5mm。蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块(砖)上墙前不需要浇水,可直接砌筑,大大缩减了施工工序,并可有效解决墙体开裂、渗漏等质量常见问题,提高工程质量,并节约建造成本。
具体实施方式
实施例一
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18%、粉煤灰6%、山砂70%、重质碳酸钙5.2%、保水剂0.15%、可再分散乳胶粉0.65%。
实施例二
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥20%、粉煤灰4%、山砂70.11%、重质碳酸钙5%、保水剂0.14%、可再分散乳胶粉0.75%。
实施例三
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥19%、粉煤灰4.0%、山砂70.2%、重质碳酸钙6%、保水剂0.15%、可再分散乳胶粉0.65%。
实施例四
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18.5%、粉煤灰4.5%、山砂71%、重质碳酸钙5.16%、保水剂0.16%、可再分散乳胶粉0.68%。
实施例五
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18.3%、粉煤灰4.2%、山砂70%、重质碳酸钙6.68%、保水剂0.14%、可再分散乳胶粉0.68%。
实施例六
用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18.6%、粉煤灰4.0%、山砂72.0%、重质碳酸钙4.5%、保水剂0.15%、可再分散乳胶粉0.75%。
以上实施例中,所述山砂的粒度不能超过0.6mm,含泥量<5%;重质碳酸钙的粒度不能超过0.1mm。所述保水剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚,其粘度为CPNDJ-4旋转粘度计、质量浓度2%水溶液140000mpa.s以上。P.S.A水泥、粉煤灰、山砂、重质碳酸钙、羟丙基甲基纤维素醚、SWF-05均可市购。
本发明的砌筑砂浆性能及强度的检测结果见下表:

试验证明,本发明的砌筑砂浆配方具有以下显著优点:保水率超过了99%,粘结强度大,28d立方体抗压强度均>7.0MPa,耐候性高、抗裂性能优异、收缩率低,在工程实体上试验未出现开裂、渗漏等现象,各项技术指标均满足国标GB/T25181-2010《预拌砂浆》的有关要求,有效地解决了蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块(砖)墙体开裂、渗漏等常见质量问题。

1.用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于,所述砂浆配方及其质量比如下,水泥18-20%、粉煤灰4-6%、山砂70-73%、重质碳酸钙4.5-7%、保水剂0.14-0.16%、可再分散乳胶粉0.65-0.75%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于,所述水泥为P.S.A水泥或P.C 32.5水泥;所述粉煤灰为Ⅱ级低钙粉煤灰;所述山砂的粒度不超过0.6mm,含泥量低于5%;所述重质碳酸钙的粒度不超过0.1mm;所述保水剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素醚;所述可再分散乳胶粉为SWF-05。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于蒸压加气混凝土砌块和轻型砌块的薄层专用砌筑砂浆,其特征在于,所述羟丙基甲基纤维素醚的粘度为CPNDJ-4旋转粘度计、质量浓度2%水溶液140000mpa.s以上。
