Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强度V带,包括本体,所述本体由上至下依次设有背胶、缓冲胶和底胶,所述缓冲胶设有线绳,所述本体外表面设有帆布,所述帆布通过粘接层分别与底胶、缓冲胶和背胶相连,所述线绳采用钢化棕丝,本发明的制造工艺,包括原料预处理、帆布处理、线绳处理、包布处理、硫化处理和质检步骤。本发明采用钢化棕丝为骨架线绳,填补了普通聚酯线绳高温度收率大,动态生热高,易松弛等缺陷,本发明的产品在运转过程中受力均匀,不剪切,不松驰,不松散,不跑长,耐屈挠,粘合强度高,外包布采用乳胶浸渍处理,提高了胶布粘合力。

技术领域
本发明涉及V带生产加工技术领域,特别涉及一种高强度V带及其制造工艺。
背景技术
V带是断面为梯形的环形传动带的统称,与平型传动带相比,具有安装容易、占地面积小、传动效率高和噪音小等优点,在整个传动领域中占有重要地位,按其截面形状及尺寸可分为普通V带、窄V带、宽V带、多楔带等,按带体结构可分为包布式V带和功边式V带,按带芯结构可分为帘布芯V带和绳芯V带,主要应用于电动机和内燃机驱动的机械设备的动力传动,V带是传动带的一种,一般工业用V带有普通V带、窄V带和联组V带。
现在市面上的V带在运作实用的时候处于长时间高强度的挤压和摩擦之中,而这些摩擦会大大的降低V带的使用寿命为此,我们提出一种高强度V带及其制造工艺。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种高强度V带及其制造工艺,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种高强度V带,包括本体,所述本体由上至下依次设有背胶、缓冲胶和底胶,所述缓冲胶设有线绳,所述本体外表面设有帆布,所述帆布通过粘接层分别与底胶、缓冲胶和背胶相连,所述线绳采用钢化棕丝;
所述底胶的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶60-70份、丁苯胶30-40份、再生胶35-45份、炭黑60-70份、碳酸钙65-70份、硬脂酸2-4份、防老剂2-4份、氧化锌8-10份、硫磺粉2-3份、促进剂2-3份;
所述缓冲胶的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶75-85份、丁苯胶15-25份、碳黑55-65份、碳酸钙55-65份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌4-6份、促进剂1-2份、防老剂2-3份、硫磺粉2-4份;
所述背胶的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶70-80份、丁苯胶20-30份、碳黑50-60份、碳酸钙10-15份、粘合剂5-8份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌3-5份、促进剂1-3份、防老剂1-2份、硫磺粉2-5份。
进一步地,一种高强度V带的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、原料预处理:按组分及其重量配比进行混炼处理,分别制备出底胶、缓冲胶和背胶备用;
b、帆布处理:将预备的帆布进行浸渍、浸布、裁布处理,将制备的背胶进行压片打浆处理,处理后的背胶粘合在帆布上;
c、线绳处理:将缓冲胶进行压片打浆处理,将处理后的缓冲胶与线绳置于绕线浸线一体机进行处理;
d、包布处理:将处理好的帆布、底胶、缓冲胶、背胶和线绳进行粘结包布处理;
e、硫化处理:步骤d处理后的置于硫化装置内进行硫化处理;
f、质检:将步骤e硫化后的产品进行质量检测,检测完成后即可入库得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:采用钢化棕丝为骨架线绳,填补了普通聚酯线绳高温度收率大,动态生热高,易松弛等缺陷,本发明的产品在运转过程中受力均匀,不剪切,不松驰,不松散,不跑长,耐屈挠,粘合强度高,外包布采用乳胶浸渍处理,提高了胶布粘合力。

实施例一、
一种高强度V带,包括本体1,所述本体1由上至下依次设有背胶7、缓冲胶3和底胶2,所述缓冲胶3设有线绳4,所述本体1外表面设有帆布5,所述帆布5通过粘接层6分别与底胶2、缓冲胶3和背胶7相连,所述线绳4采用钢化棕丝;
所述底胶2的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶60份、丁苯胶30份、再生胶35份、炭黑60份、碳酸钙65份、硬脂酸2份、防老剂2份、氧化锌8份、硫磺粉2份、促进剂2份;
所述缓冲胶3的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶75份、丁苯胶15份、碳黑55份、碳酸钙55份、硬脂酸1份、氧化锌4份、促进剂1份、防老剂2份、硫磺粉2份;
所述背胶7的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶70份、丁苯胶20份、碳黑50份、碳酸钙10份、粘合剂5份、硬脂酸1份、氧化锌3份、促进剂1份、防老剂1份、硫磺粉2份。
实施例二、
一种高强度V带,包括本体1,所述本体1由上至下依次设有背胶7、缓冲胶3和底胶2,所述缓冲胶3设有线绳4,所述本体1外表面设有帆布5,所述帆布5通过粘接层6分别与底胶2、缓冲胶3和背胶7相连,所述线绳4采用钢化棕丝;
所述底胶2的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶65份、丁苯胶35份、再生胶40份、炭黑65份、碳酸钙68份、硬脂酸3份、防老剂3份、氧化锌9份、硫磺粉2.5份、促进剂2.5份;
所述缓冲胶3的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶80份、丁苯胶20份、碳黑60份、碳酸钙60份、硬脂酸1.5份、氧化锌5份、促进剂1.5份、防老剂2.5份、硫磺粉3份;
所述背胶7的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶75份、丁苯胶25份、碳黑55份、碳酸钙13份、粘合剂7份、硬脂酸1.5份、氧化锌4份、促进剂2份、防老剂1.5份、硫磺粉4份。
实施例三、
一种高强度V带,包括本体1,所述本体1由上至下依次设有背胶7、缓冲胶3和底胶2,所述缓冲胶3设有线绳4,所述本体1外表面设有帆布5,所述帆布5通过粘接层6分别与底胶2、缓冲胶3和背胶7相连,所述线绳4采用钢化棕丝;
所述底胶2的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶70份、丁苯胶40份、再生胶45份、炭黑70份、碳酸钙70份、硬脂酸4份、防老剂4份、氧化锌10份、硫磺粉3份、促进剂3份;
所述缓冲胶3的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶85份、丁苯胶25份、碳黑65份、碳酸钙65份、硬脂酸2份、氧化锌6份、促进剂2份、防老剂3份、硫磺粉4份;
所述背胶7的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶80份、丁苯胶30份、碳黑60份、碳酸钙15份、粘合剂8份、硬脂酸2份、氧化锌5份、促进剂3份、防老剂2份、硫磺粉5份。
一种高强度V带的制造工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、原料预处理:按组分及其重量配比进行混炼处理,分别制备出底胶、缓冲胶和背胶备用;
b、帆布处理:将预备的帆布进行浸渍、浸布、裁布处理,将制备的背胶进行压片打浆处理,处理后的背胶粘合在帆布上;
c、线绳处理:将缓冲胶进行压片打浆处理,将处理后的缓冲胶与线绳置于绕线浸线一体机进行处理;
d、包布处理:将处理好的帆布、底胶、缓冲胶、背胶和线绳进行粘结包布处理;
e、硫化处理:步骤d处理后的置于硫化装置内进行硫化处理;
f、质检:将步骤e硫化后的产品进行质量检测,检测完成后即可入库得成品。

1.一种高强度V带,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)由上至下依次设有背胶(7)、缓冲胶(3)和底胶(2),所述缓冲胶(3)设有线绳(4),所述本体(1)外表面设有帆布(5),所述帆布(5)通过粘接层(6)分别与底胶(2)、缓冲胶(3)和背胶(7)相连,所述线绳(4)采用钢化棕丝;
所述底胶(2)的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶60-70份、丁苯胶30-40份、再生胶35-45份、炭黑60-70份、碳酸钙65-70份、硬脂酸2-4份、防老剂2-4份、氧化锌8-10份、硫磺粉2-3份、促进剂2-3份;
所述缓冲胶(3)的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶75-85份、丁苯胶15-25份、碳黑55-65份、碳酸钙55-65份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌4-6份、促进剂1-2份、防老剂2-3份、硫磺粉2-4份;
所述背胶(7)的组分及其重量配比为:天然胶70-80份、丁苯胶20-30份、碳黑50-60份、碳酸钙10-15份、粘合剂5-8份、硬脂酸1-2份、氧化锌3-5份、促进剂1-3份、防老剂1-2份、硫磺粉2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度V带的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、原料预处理:按组分及其重量配比进行混炼处理,分别制备出底胶、缓冲胶和背胶备用;
b、帆布处理:将预备的帆布进行浸渍、浸布、裁布处理,将制备的背胶进行压片打浆处理,处理后的背胶粘合在帆布上;
c、线绳处理:将缓冲胶进行压片打浆处理,将处理后的缓冲胶与线绳置于绕线浸线一体机进行处理;
d、包布处理:将处理好的帆布、底胶、缓冲胶、背胶和线绳进行粘结包布处理;
e、硫化处理:步骤d处理后的置于硫化装置内进行硫化处理;
f、质检:将步骤e硫化后的产品进行质量检测,检测完成后即可入库得成品。
