The first feeding device 8 comprises a first material loading plate 8a which is vertically arranged and a first material clamping plate 8b which is positioned on the outer wall of the first material loading plate 8a, the first material clamping plate 8b is L-shaped and is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the first material carrying plate 8a, the first material clamping plate 8b is arranged along the length direction of the first material carrying plate 8a, one end of the first material carrying plate 8a far away from the first material clamping plate 8b is provided with a first fixing plate 8c fixedly connected through bolts, the first fixing plate 8c and the first material carrying plate 8a form a storage bin for the lock cylinder to be placed, a first transfer component 8d which pushes the lock cylinder to the position right below the first moving device 9 is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the first material carrying plate 8a, the lock liners are arranged in a storage bin formed by the first material carrying plate 8a and the first fixing plate 8c one by one, and the first transfer assembly 8d drives the lock liners to be pushed to the position right below the first moving and transporting device 9.
The first transfer assembly 8d comprises a first supporting frame 8d1 fixedly connected with the outer wall of the first material carrying plate 8a and a first pushing cylinder 8d2 fixedly connected with the top of the first supporting frame 8d1 and horizontally arranged, the output end of the first pushing cylinder 8d2 is provided with a first material transferring block 8d3 fixedly connected with the first supporting frame, the top of the first material transferring block 8d3 is provided with a first arc-shaped groove 8d4 for bearing a lock liner, the first pushing cylinder 8d2 drives the first material transferring block 8d3 to move along the length direction of the first cross plate 9a, so that the lock liner which freely falls into the first arc-shaped groove 8d4 moves to the position right below the first moving device 9, the top of the first material transferring block 8d3 is provided with a first rib 8d5 fixedly connected with the first material transferring block 8d3, the first material carrying plate 8a is provided with a first notch for the first pushing cylinder 8d2 to drive the first material transferring block 8d3 to move along the width direction of the working table 1, the first avoidance notch is internally provided with a first slide way 8d6 in sliding fit with the first rib 8d5, so that the deviation of the stroke of the output end of the first pushing cylinder 8d2 under long-time operation is prevented.
The second feeding device 10 comprises a second material carrying plate 10a arranged vertically and a second material clamping plate 10b positioned on the outer wall of the second material carrying plate 10a, the second material clamping plate 10b is L-shaped and is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the second material carrying plate 10a, the second material-holding plate 10b is arranged along the length direction of the second material-holding plate 10a, one end of the second material-holding plate 10a far away from the second material-holding plate 10b is provided with a second fixing plate 10c fixedly connected through bolts, the second fixing plate 10c and the second material carrying plate 10a form a storage bin for the lock cylinder to be placed, a second transfer component 10d for pushing the lock cylinder to the position right below the second moving and transporting device 11 is arranged at the position, close to the bottom, of the second material carrying plate 10a, through placing a plurality of lock courage one by one in the storage silo that flitch 10a and second fixed plate 10c formed are carried to the second, the drive of second transportation subassembly 10d is with lock courage propelling movement to the second move and transport the device 11 under.

The first moving device 9 comprises a first transverse plate 9a with one end fixedly connected with the inner wall of the first material carrying plate 8a and a third screw rod sliding table 9b arranged along the length direction of the first transverse plate 9a, the other end of the first transverse plate 9a is provided with a first vertical plate 9c fixedly connected with the top of the workbench 1, a first moving plate 9d fixedly connected with the third screw rod sliding table 9b through bolts is arranged at the bottom of the third screw rod sliding table, the side wall of the first moving plate 9d is provided with a first driving cylinder 9e which is fixedly connected with the first moving plate and is arranged vertically downwards, the output end of the first driving cylinder 9e is provided with a first clamping part 9f for clamping two ends of the lock cylinder, the first clamping part 9f is driven by the first driving air cylinder 9e to move towards the right lower part of the first clamping part to clamp the lock cylinder, and the third screw rod sliding table 9b is driven to move the lock cylinder towards the front end of the first bearing block 3.
The second moving device 11 comprises a second transverse plate 11a with one end fixedly connected with the inner wall of the second material carrying plate 10a and a fourth screw rod sliding table 11b arranged along the length direction of the second transverse plate 11a, the other end of the second transverse plate 11a is provided with a second vertical plate 11c fixedly connected with the top of the workbench 1, a second moving plate 11d fixedly connected with the fourth screw rod sliding table 11b through bolts is arranged at the bottom of the sliding table, the side wall of the second moving plate 11d is provided with a second driving cylinder 11e which is fixedly connected with the second moving plate and is arranged vertically downwards, the output end of the second driving cylinder 11e is provided with a second clamping part 11f for clamping two ends of the lock cylinder, the second clamping part 11f moves towards the right lower part to clamp the lock cylinder through the driving of the second driving air cylinder 11e, and the lock cylinder moves towards the front end of the second bearing block 4 through the driving of the fourth screw rod sliding table 11 b.

The working principle is as follows: the automatic groove broacher of the lock liner can put the lock liners into the storage bin one by one through the storage bin formed between the first material carrying plate 8a and the first fixing plate 8c, the lock liners can be freely dropped into the first arc-shaped groove 8d4 on the first rotating block 8d3 through the storage bin, the first pushing cylinder 8d2 drives the first rotating block 8d3 to move along the length direction of the first transverse plate 9a, the first driving cylinder 9e drives the first clamping part 9f fixedly connected with the output end of the first driving cylinder to clamp two ends of the lock liner in the first arc-shaped groove 8d4, the third screw rod sliding table 9b drives the lock liner on the first clamping part 9f to move towards the first bearing block 3, so that the lock liner is placed in front of the first clamping groove 3b of the first bearing block 3, the two first screw rod sliding tables 2a1 synchronously drive the first bearing block 3 to move towards the rear end of the first mounting table 6a, and the first positioning piece 6c2 and the outline of the lock liner are clamped in the first clamping groove 3b, finishing a feeding process of the lock core, finishing a slotting process of the lock core by using a first slotting cutter 6b, and when the two first lead screw sliding tables 2a1 drive the first bearing block 3 to return, the first material blocking piece 6d2 is abutted against the contour edge of the lock core, so that the lock core falls into the first blanking channel 12a from the first clamping groove 3b, and the first material receiving box 12b finishes a blanking process of the lock core; when the first grooving cutter 6b completes the grooving process for one lock cylinder, the second push cylinder 10d2 drives the second material turning block 10d3 to move along the length direction of the second transverse plate 11a, the second driving cylinder 11e drives the second clamping part 11f fixedly connected with the output end of the second driving cylinder to clamp two ends of the lock cylinder in the second arc-shaped groove 10d4, the fourth screw rod sliding table 11b drives the lock cylinder on the second clamping part 11f to move towards the second bearing block 4, so that the lock cylinder is placed in front of the second clamping groove 4b of the second bearing block 4, the two second screw rod sliding tables 2b1 synchronously drive the second bearing block 4 to move towards the rear end of the second mounting table 7a, so as to complete the feeding process of the lock cylinder, the grooving process for the lock cylinder is completed by using the second grooving cutter 7b, when the two second screw rod sliding tables 2b1 drive the second bearing block 4 to abut against, the contour edge of the second material blocking piece 7d2 and the lock cylinder returns, thereby dropping the lock core from the second clamping groove 4b into the second blanking channel 13a, and completing the blanking process of the lock core by the second material receiving box 13 b.

step 3, when the first bearing block 3 returns, the second moving and transporting device 11 sends the lock liner of the second feeding device 10 to the second bearing block 4, the second driving device 2b drives the second bearing block 4 to reciprocate along the length direction of the workbench 1, a second groove drawing device 7 arranged along the length direction of the second driving device 2b is arranged in the middle of the second driving device 2b, the second bearing block 4 moves forwards, the second groove drawing device 7 draws a groove of the second lock liner, after the groove drawing is completed, when the second bearing block 4 returns, the second blocking component 7d on the second groove drawing device 7 is abutted against the contour edge of the lock liner, and the lock liner is discharged into the second discharging device 13;
and 4, when the second bearing block 4 returns, the first moving device 9 sends the lock liners in the first feeding device 8 to the first bearing block 3, the first driving device 2a drives the first bearing block 3 to reciprocate along the length direction of the workbench 1, and the first groove drawing device 6 draws grooves of the first lock liners and automatically discharges the first lock liners in an alternating reciprocating mode to draw the grooves of the lock liners.

step 2, a first moving and transporting device (9) conveys a lock liner in a first feeding device (8) to a first bearing block (3), a first driving device (2a) drives the first bearing block (3) to move forwards along the length direction of a workbench (1) to perform groove drawing, a first groove drawing device (6) arranged along the length direction of the first driving device (2a) is arranged in the middle of the first driving device (2a), the first bearing block (3) moves forwards, the first groove drawing device (6) performs groove drawing on the first lock liner, after the groove drawing is completed, when the first bearing block (3) returns, a first material blocking assembly (6d) on the first groove drawing device (6) is abutted against the contour edge of the lock liner, and the lock liner is discharged into a first discharging device (12);
