Abstract

本发明公开了一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,料筒内设有过滤网和转轴;过滤网上下倾斜设置;料筒侧面上设有出渣口;出渣口位于过滤网倾斜下端一侧;转轴竖直设置在过滤网下方,与料筒底部转动连接;转轴上设有圆形叶片;圆形叶片中心设有通孔;转轴上端对称设有水平的横杆;横杆一端与转轴固定连接,另一端下表面固定有竖杆;竖杆上靠近料筒内壁一侧安装有刮板一,靠近转轴的一侧安装有搅拌叶片;转轴上在圆形叶片下方套固定有三角形叶片;三角形叶片下表面设有刮板二。本发明可将沉底的涂料刮除,促使涂料的持续流动;同时能够刮除粘附在内壁上的涂料;且能够无死角搅拌混合,提高了混合效果;产生的刺激性气体可净化吸收,适合推广。

一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料搅拌混合领域,尤其涉及一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置。
背景技术
涂料在使用前均需要搅拌混合处理,混合的效果直接影响到涂料的质量。由于涂料的特性,在长久不使用易发生结块的现象,将结块的涂料一起搅拌混合时,结块的涂料极难搅拌混合均匀,另一方面,由于搅拌混合的不均匀易引起一部分涂料的沉底,造成整体涂料混合的质量不佳。此外,涂料的混合搅拌过程中,刺激性气体容易逸出,会对环境造成影响。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种防止涂料沉底且能净化刺激性气体的防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,包括料筒,所述料筒上方设有进料口,侧面下方设有出料口,内部设有过滤网和转轴;所述过滤网上下倾斜设置,两端分别与料筒内壁固定连接;所述料筒侧面上设有出渣口;所述出渣口位于过滤网倾斜下端一侧,且出渣口底部与过滤网倾斜下端在同一水平面上;所述转轴竖直设置在过滤网下方,转轴与料筒底部通过轴承转动连接;所述料筒底部外侧设有电机;所述电机与转轴相连,驱动转轴转动;所述转轴上固定设有圆形叶片;所述圆形叶片竖直布置,圆形叶片中心设有通孔;所述转轴上端对称设有水平的横杆;所述横杆一端与转轴固定连接,另一端下表面固定有竖杆;所述竖杆上靠近料筒内壁一侧安装有刮板一,靠近转轴的一侧安装有均匀分布的搅拌叶片;所述刮板一与料筒内壁相贴合;所述转轴上在圆形叶片下方套固定有三角形叶片;所述三角形叶片竖直布置,下表面设有刮板二;所述刮板二与料筒底部相贴合。
进一步的:所述料筒顶部设有空气净化装置;所述空气净化装置包括空气净化箱、吸气罩和抽风机;所述吸气罩为开口朝下的倒漏斗状,设置在料筒顶部内侧;所述空气净化箱设置在料筒顶部外侧;所述吸气罩通过吸气管与空气净化箱进口相连;所述抽风机与空气净化箱的出口处相连。
进一步的:所述空气净化箱内部依次设有光触媒填充层、一级活性炭吸附层和二级活性炭吸附层;所述空气净化箱进口与光触媒填充层相连,空气净化箱的出口与二级活性炭吸附层相连。
进一步的:所述刮板一和刮板二材料均为硬质塑料。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,在料筒底部设有刮板二,可将沉底的涂料刮除,促使沉底涂料的持续流动,保证涂料混合的均匀;设置的刮板一可刮除粘附在内壁上的涂料,防止涂料的浪费;且在圆形叶片和搅拌叶片的双重作用下,能够保证涂料在料筒内无死角混合,提高了混合效果;混合搅拌过程中产生的刺激性气体可通过空气净化装置进行净化吸收,有效减轻了刺激性气体对工作环境的影响,适合推广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来说明本发明。
如图1所示为本发明所述的一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,包括料筒1,料筒1上方设有进料口11,侧面下方设有出料口12,内部设有过滤网2和转轴3;过滤网2上下倾斜设置,两端分别与料筒1内壁固定连接,;料筒1侧面上设有出渣口13;出渣口13位于过滤网2倾斜下端一侧,且出渣口13底部与过滤网2倾斜下端在同一水平面上;过滤出的大块涂料可在过滤网2上向下堆积到出渣口13处,方便卸下;转轴3竖直设置在过滤网2下方,转轴3与料筒1底部通过轴承转动连接;料筒1底部外侧固定有电机31;电机31与转轴3相连,驱动转轴3转动;转轴3两侧对称设有圆形叶片5;圆形叶片5竖直布置,中心设有通孔,可增大涂料的搅拌混合效果;转轴3上端对称设有水平的横杆4;横杆4一端与转轴3固定连接,另一端下表面固定有竖杆41;竖杆41上靠近料筒1内壁一侧安装有刮板一42,靠近转轴3的一侧安装有均匀分布的搅拌叶片6;圆形叶片5和搅拌叶片6的双重作用下,可保证涂料无死角混合搅拌均匀;刮板一42与料筒1内壁相贴合,可刮除料筒1内壁粘附的涂料;转轴3上在圆形叶片5下方固定有三角形叶片7;三角形叶片7可减少涂料粘附在其叶片上;三角形叶片7下表面设有刮板二71;刮板二71与料筒1底部相贴合,可刮除料筒1底部沉淀的涂料;刮板一42和刮板二71材料均为硬质塑料PC。
为净化搅拌混合中产生的刺激性气体,在料筒1顶部安装有空气净化装置8;空气净化装置8包括空气净化箱81、吸气罩82和抽风机83;吸气罩82为开口朝下的倒漏斗状,安装在料筒1顶部内侧;空气净化箱81固定在料筒1顶部外侧;吸气罩82通过吸气管与空气净化箱81进口相连;抽风机83与空气净化箱81的出口处相连。空气净化箱81内部依次设有光触媒填充层813、一级活性炭吸附层812和二级活性炭吸附层811;空气净化箱81进口与光触媒填充层813相连,空气净化箱81的出口与二级活性炭吸附层811相连;一级活性炭吸附层812的填充密度小于二级活性炭吸附层811。
使用时,涂料从进料口11进入,在过滤网2的作用下,结块的涂料被分离出俩,并从出渣口13卸下,防止影响涂料的混合搅拌。剩余涂料进入过滤网2的下方,并在圆形叶片5和搅拌叶片6的双重作用下充分的搅拌混合;刮板二71刮起沉底的涂料,促进沉底涂料的流动,提高混合效果。再整个工作过程中,可开启空气净化装置8,吸收逸散的刺激性气体。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明的一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,在料筒底部设有刮板二,可将沉底的涂料刮除,促使沉底涂料的持续流动,保证涂料混合的均匀;设置的刮板一可刮除粘附在内壁上的涂料,防止涂料的浪费;且在圆形叶片和搅拌叶片的双重作用下,能够保证涂料在料筒内无死角混合,提高了混合效果;混合搅拌过程中产生的刺激性气体可通过空气净化装置进行净化吸收,有效减轻了刺激性气体对工作环境的影响,适合推广。

1.一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,包括料筒,其特征在于:所述料筒上方设有进料口,侧面下方设有出料口,内部设有过滤网和转轴;所述过滤网上下倾斜设置,两端分别与料筒内壁固定连接;所述料筒侧面上设有出渣口;所述出渣口位于过滤网倾斜下端一侧,且出渣口底部与过滤网倾斜下端在同一水平面上;所述转轴竖直设置在过滤网下方,转轴与料筒底部通过轴承转动连接;所述料筒底部外侧设有电机;所述电机与转轴相连,驱动转轴转动;所述转轴上设有圆形叶片;所述圆形叶片竖直布置,圆形叶片中心设有通孔;所述转轴上端对称设有水平的横杆;所述横杆一端与转轴固定连接,另一端下表面固定有竖杆;所述竖杆上靠近料筒内壁一侧安装有刮板一,靠近转轴的一侧安装有均匀分布的搅拌叶片;所述刮板一与料筒内壁相贴合;所述转轴上在圆形叶片下方固定有三角形叶片;所述三角形叶片竖直布置,下表面设有刮板二;所述刮板二与料筒底部相贴合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述料筒顶部设有空气净化装置;所述空气净化装置包括空气净化箱、吸气罩和抽风机;所述吸气罩为开口朝下的倒漏斗状,设置在料筒顶部内侧;所述空气净化箱设置在料筒顶部外侧;所述吸气罩通过吸气管与空气净化箱进口相连;所述抽风机与空气净化箱的出口处相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述空气净化箱内部依次设有光触媒填充层、一级活性炭吸附层和二级活性炭吸附层;所述空气净化箱进口与光触媒填充层相连,空气净化箱的出口与二级活性炭吸附层相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防沉淀的涂料搅拌装置,其特征在于:所述刮板一和刮板二材料均为硬质塑料。
