技术领域
本发明涉及止血贴剂,具体是一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂。
背景技术
贴剂系指可粘贴在皮肤上,药物可产生全身性或局部作用的一种薄片状制剂。现代透皮吸收制剂是一种通过皮肤吸收,并可通过控释机制按病情需要剂量,快速、持久进入全身的贴片或贴剂药物。
贴剂的优势在于去除了肝脏的首过清除效应,避免了药物化学与生物效应对于胃肠道的刺激,降低或避免副作用的发生,而且由于药物的靶向性较好,药物的使用剂量也大为减少,病人使用也较方便。
当用于干燥、洁净、完整的皮肤表面,用手或手指轻压,贴剂能牢牢地贴于皮肤表面,从皮肤表面除去时应不对皮肤造成损伤,或引起制剂从背衬层剥离。贴剂在重复使用后对皮肤也无刺激或引起过敏。基于贴剂的优势,将贴剂用于急诊止血成为高效、迅速止血的方式之一,然而现有的止血贴剂,止血效果差,止血贴剂的止血作用达到瓶颈期,止血效果无法进一步提高,主要原因是现有组份材料中多采用壳聚糖类物质作为组份材料,而壳聚糖的止血作用虽然较好,但止血效果难以进一步提高,如中国专利号为CN201610060070.5,公开“一种急诊科护理用快速止血贴剂”,针对现有技术存在的不足,至今未有一种实施有效的方式解决。

针对上述现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,通过本发明技术方案得到止血贴剂不仅止血速度快,且能够促进伤口愈合。

一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,由贴片和涂覆与贴片上的药膏组成,所述药膏由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基化壳聚糖10-20份、介孔硅5-8份、益母草2-5份、紫草5-8份、生地黄3-5份、桑葚2-4份、半夏2-4份、仙鹤草2-4份、麦角新碱0.02-0.03份、没食子酸0.02-0.03份、咖啡酸0.01-0.02份、槲皮素0.02-0.03份、异毛蕊花苷0.02-0.03份、梅笠草素0.02-0.05份、小檗红碱0.003-0.005份、紫丁香苷0.002-0.004份,所述药膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将益母草、紫草、生地黄、桑葚、半夏、仙鹤草放置到水中煎煮2-3次后,合并滤液,滤液浓缩得到膏状物备用;
S2、将烷基化壳聚糖与介孔硅放置到微波炉中微波振动1-2h后,混入到步骤S1中的膏状物中搅拌均匀后,放置到微波炉中继续微波振动30-45min后得到混料;
S3、将其余组份材料加入无水乙醇2-5份、搅拌混匀后,混入到步骤S2中的混料中,继续放置到微波炉中微波振动30-35min,得到药膏。
优选地,所述药膏由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基化壳聚糖15份、介孔硅6份、益母草4份、紫草6份、生地黄5份、桑葚3份、半夏3份、仙鹤草3份、麦角新碱0.025份、没食子酸0.025份、咖啡酸0.01份、槲皮素0.03份、异毛蕊花苷0.03份、梅笠草素0.04份、小檗红碱0.004份、紫丁香苷0.003份。

本发明公开一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,其中组份材料中的烷基化壳聚糖与介孔硅在微波振动处理过程中有机结合成烷基化壳聚糖-介孔硅体系,该体系中由于壳聚糖带正电,介孔硅带负电,因此以烷基化壳聚糖负载介孔硅,即可防止介孔硅残留体内,又同时提高凝血能力,安全有效。
组份材料中的其他组份物质不仅具有凝血作用且具有抗炎作用,如中的异毛蕊花苷,研究表明异毛蕊花苷具有较佳的抗炎作用,能够促进伤口愈合,减少伤口方式感染的概率。

一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,由贴片和涂覆与贴片上的药膏组成,所述药膏由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基化壳聚糖15份、介孔硅6份、益母草3份、紫草7份、生地黄4份、桑葚3份、半夏3份、仙鹤草3份、麦角新碱0.025份、没食子酸0.03份、咖啡酸0.015份、槲皮素0.025份、异毛蕊花苷0.03份、梅笠草素0.03份、小檗红碱0.004份、紫丁香苷0.003份,所述药膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将益母草、紫草、生地黄、桑葚、半夏、仙鹤草放置到水中煎煮3次后,合并滤液,滤液浓缩得到膏状物备用;
S2、将烷基化壳聚糖与介孔硅放置到微波炉中微波振动1.5h后,混入到步骤S1中的膏状物中搅拌均匀后,放置到微波炉中继续微波振动45min后得到混料;
S3、将其余组份材料加入无水乙醇5份、搅拌混匀后,混入到步骤S2中的混料中,继续放置到微波炉中微波振动35min,得到药膏。
实施例6:
一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,由贴片和涂覆与贴片上的药膏组成,所述药膏由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基化壳聚糖10份、介孔硅5份、益母草2份、紫草8份、生地黄5份、桑葚4份、半夏2份、仙鹤草2份、麦角新碱0.025份、没食子酸0.025份、咖啡酸0.01份、槲皮素0.03份、异毛蕊花苷0.03份、梅笠草素0.025份、小檗红碱0.005份、紫丁香苷0.004份,所述药膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将益母草、紫草、生地黄、桑葚、半夏、仙鹤草放置到水中煎煮3次后,合并滤液,滤液浓缩得到膏状物备用;
S2、将烷基化壳聚糖与介孔硅放置到微波炉中微波振动1.5h后,混入到步骤S1中的膏状物中搅拌均匀后,放置到微波炉中继续微波振动40min后得到混料;
S3、将其余组份材料加入无水乙醇5份、搅拌混匀后,混入到步骤S2中的混料中,继续放置到微波炉中微波振动33min,得到药膏。
效果验证:以新西兰实验兔为实验对象,选取年龄、健康状况以及体重(均重2.5Kg)相近的新西兰实验兔为实验对象,共140只分为七组,其中六组实施本发明1-6所得到止血贴,另一组使用常规止血贴,对实验兔进行以下处理:在实验兔的腿部切伤长度为2cm的切口后,将止血贴贴上,测算止血时间、伤口愈合时间和炎症感染个数,结果如表1所示:

由表1可知本通过本发明公开的技术方案所得到的止血贴不仅止血效果高于常规止血贴,伤口愈合块,不易发炎。

1.一种中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,其特征在于,由贴片和涂覆与贴片上的药膏组成,所述药膏由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基化壳聚糖10-20份、介孔硅5-8份、益母草2-5份、紫草5-8份、生地黄3-5份、桑葚2-4份、半夏2-4份、仙鹤草2-4份、麦角新碱0.02-0.03份、没食子酸0.02-0.03份、咖啡酸0.01-0.02份、槲皮素0.02-0.03份、异毛蕊花苷0.02-0.03份、梅笠草素0.02-0.05份、小檗红碱0.003-0.005份、紫丁香苷0.002-0.004份,所述药膏的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将益母草、紫草、生地黄、桑葚、半夏、仙鹤草放置到水中煎煮2-3次后,合并滤液,滤液浓缩得到膏状物备用;
S2、将烷基化壳聚糖与介孔硅放置到微波炉中微波振动1-2h后,混入到步骤S1中的膏状物中搅拌均匀后,放置到微波炉中继续微波振动30-45min后得到混料;
S3、将其余组份材料加入无水乙醇2-5份、搅拌混匀后,混入到步骤S2中的混料中,继续放置到微波炉中微波振动30-35min,得到药膏。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,其特征在于,所述药膏由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基化壳聚糖15份、介孔硅6份、益母草4份、紫草6份、生地黄5份、桑葚3份、半夏3份、仙鹤草3份、麦角新碱0.025份、没食子酸0.025份、咖啡酸0.01份、槲皮素0.03份、异毛蕊花苷0.03份、梅笠草素0.04份、小檗红碱0.004份、紫丁香苷0.003份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中将益母草、紫草、生地黄、桑葚、半夏、仙鹤草放置到水中煎煮3次后,合并滤液,滤液浓缩得到膏状物备用。
5.据权利要求1所述的中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中将烷基化壳聚糖与介孔硅放置到微波炉中微波振动1.5h后,混入到步骤S1中的膏状物中搅拌均匀后,放置到微波炉中继续微波振动40min后得到混料。
6.据权利要求1所述的中医急诊用快速止血贴剂,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中将其余组份材料加入无水乙醇4份、搅拌混匀后,混入到步骤S2中的混料中,继续放置到微波炉中微波振动30-45min后,置于离心机中离心处理35min后得到药膏。
