The structure of the invention is that the telescopic rods 2 are arranged in the two ends of the middle cushion block 1, the telescopic ends of the telescopic rods horizontally extend out of the middle cushion block along the length direction of the middle cushion block, the middle cushion block is respectively connected with the left cushion block 3 and the right cushion block 4 in a telescopic shape through the telescopic rods at the two ends, the middle cushion block, the left cushion block and the right cushion block are in a structure with small upper part and large lower part, and the bottoms of the left cushion block and the right cushion block are provided with height-adjustable brackets.

The supporting seat 5-1 and the adjusting rod are connected with each other in an inverted T shape.
