The invention discloses an intelligent stewpan based on biological detection, which comprises a saucepan body, a saucepan cover, a long handle and a short handle, wherein the long handle and the short handle are respectively provided with a first light source, a first controller and a first measuring device, as well as a second light source, a second controller and a second measuring device, and the controller calculates the blood lipid concentration of a user according to a preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of light rays emitted by the light source and the blood lipid concentration; the pot cover is provided with an oil removing mechanism which removes oil according to the calculated blood fat concentration. The stewpan disclosed by the invention is based on the biological detection principle that the absorbed light quantity strongly depends on the blood fat concentration, the more the blood fat concentration is, the more infrared light is absorbed and the less red light is absorbed, so that the blood fat concentration in the body of a user is conveniently measured in real time, and the oil removal operation of food is carried out according to the blood fat concentration, so that the user can obtain healthier diet, and the body health of the user is ensured.

the short handle is provided with a through holding part, one side of the holding part is a vertical surface, and the other side of the holding part is a wavy surface which is suitable for being held by four fingers of a user; the vertical surface is provided with a second light source which emits red light rays in a second wave band, a light lens, a second controller and a second measuring device for measuring the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays are arranged inside the short handle on one side of the wave surface, and the second controller is used for receiving data of the second measuring device and calculating the blood fat concentration in the body of the user according to the preset relation between the transmitted light quantity of the red light rays and the blood fat concentration;
if a user holds the long handle and the short handle at the same time, the first controller operates first, only under the condition that the calculation result of the first controller is not smaller than the first value, the second controller operates, and the calculation results of the two controllers take the highest value as the final blood fat concentration; and under the condition that the calculation result of the first controller is smaller than the first value, the second controller does not need to operate, and the calculation result of the first controller is used as the final blood fat concentration. Therefore, the operation times of the controller can be reduced as much as possible on the premise that the blood fat concentration of a user is relatively safe, the energy is saved, and the service life of the controller can be prolonged.
If the user only holds any one of the long handle or the short handle, the calculation result of the first controller or the second controller is directly used as the final blood fat concentration;
and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood lipid concentration exceeds a first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism is started, the disc is driven by the actuator to descend to the highest liquid level in the pot (namely the floating position of the oil of the stewed food) detected by the liquid level sensor to absorb the oil of the stewed food, and after a certain time, the disc is driven by the actuator to return.

and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood lipid concentration exceeds a first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism is started, the disc 5 is driven by the actuator 6 to descend to the highest liquid level in the pot (namely the floating position of the grease of the stewed food) detected by the liquid level sensor to absorb the grease of the stewed food, and after a certain time, the disc 5 is driven by the actuator 6 to return to the original position.
