and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood fat concentration exceeds a first threshold value, starting an oil removing mechanism and carrying out one-time oil removing operation, wherein the oil removing operation is that the suction pipe is driven by the actuator to descend to the highest liquid level in the pot (namely the floating position of the grease of the stewed food) detected by the liquid level sensor, the suction device is started to generate suction force, the grease of the stewed food is sucked out and discharged to the outside of the pot cover, and after a certain time, the suction pipe is driven by the actuator to return to the original position and the suction device is stopped;

and finally, taking the blood fat concentration as an execution basis of an oil removing mechanism: when the final blood fat concentration does not exceed the first threshold value, the oil removing mechanism does not act; when the final blood fat concentration exceeds a first threshold value, starting an oil removing mechanism and carrying out one oil removing operation, wherein the oil removing operation is that the suction pipe 5 is driven by the actuator 6 to descend to the highest liquid level in the pot detected by the liquid level sensor, the suction device 7 is started to generate suction force, the oil of stewed food is sucked out and discharged to the outside of the pot cover, and after a certain time, the suction pipe 5 is driven by the actuator 6 to return to the original position and the suction device 7 is stopped;
