Abstract
本发明涉及一种制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂,以解决现有的制作标本用杀虫剂毒性大,保存标本需另外防止防蛀防霉剂,保存时间短的问题。按重量份计,该杀虫剂包括以下组分,烯丙菊酯40‑60份,桉油10‑20份,茴香油4‑10份,艾蒿素4‑10份,稳定剂5‑15份。本发明提供的制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂,纯植物配方,微毒,对环境友好,对人体安全性高,方便携带;对常见昆虫均具有很好的致死效果,作用范围广,起效快,死亡后的昆虫形态良好;能杀同时死昆虫标本上的病原菌和寄生昆虫,有助于昆虫标本保存合适的湿度,延长昆虫标本的保存时间。

技术领域
本发明属于杀虫剂技术领域,具体涉及一种制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
要想制作形体完整、色彩和形态都栩栩如生的昆虫标本,常常需要用刚刚捕捉到的新鲜 活虫,让其在短时间内迅速死亡,采用的杀虫剂一般为三氯甲烷、四氯化炭、氨水、乙醚、 乙酸乙酯、氰化钾。固定时,对于死后还未干燥变硬的昆虫可以用昆虫针直接固定,但是对 于干燥变硬的的昆虫需要用蒸馏水还软后固定;保存时需要放置防蛀防霉药剂。目前还没有 一种适合制作昆虫标本的环保杀虫剂,不仅能够有效的杀死昆虫,并且残留少,对人体和环 境安全,还具有防腐防蛀防霉的作用,能够减少昆虫标本制作过程中药剂的使用次数和用量, 简化标本制作过程。
发明内容
针对现有制作标本用杀虫剂毒性大,保存标本需另外防止防蛀防霉剂,保存时间短的上 述问题,本发明旨在提供一种制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂及其制备方法,纯植物配方,对环境友 好,对人体安全性高,制备方法简单,对昆虫具有很好的杀灭效果,同时能杀死昆虫标本上 的病原菌和寄生昆虫,延长昆虫标本的保存时间。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明一方面提供一种制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂,按重量份计,包括以下组分,烯丙菊酯 40-60份,桉油10-20份,茴香油4-10份,艾蒿素4-10份,稳定剂5-15份。

本发明还提供一种制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂的制备方法,按照上述配方,准确称取各原料, 混合均匀,避光保存。
本发明还提供所述杀虫剂的使用方法:取密封性好的广口瓶做毒瓶,在瓶底铺设吸水纸, 将杀虫剂滴到吸水纸上,将昆虫投入广口瓶中,密封瓶口,等待片刻。
本发明提供的制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂,纯植物配方,微毒,对环境友好,对人体安全性 高,制备方法简单,方便携带;对常见昆虫均具有很好的致死效果,作用范围广,起效快, 死亡后的昆虫形态良好;能杀同时死昆虫标本上的病原菌和寄生昆虫,有助于昆虫标本保存 合适的湿度,延长昆虫标本的保存时间。

实施例1
制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂配方:
烯丙菊酯40mg,桉油10mg,茴香油4mg,艾蒿素4mg,稳定剂5mg。
实施例2
制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂配方:
烯丙菊酯40mg,桉油15mg,茴香油8mg,艾蒿素8mg,稳定剂10mg。
实施例3
制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂配方:
烯丙菊酯40mg,桉油20mg,茴香油10mg,艾蒿素10mg,稳定剂15mg。
实施例4
制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂配方:
烯丙菊酯50mg,桉油18mg,茴香油8mg,艾蒿素8mg,稳定剂8mg。
实施例5
制作昆虫标本用杀虫剂配方:
烯丙菊酯55mg,桉油16mg,茴香油10mg,艾蒿素5mg,稳定剂10mg。

为了验证上述作用进一步通过药效试验来验证与评价
一、杀虫实验
供试虫:挑选室内饲养的、健康的、龄期一致的蝴蝶、烟草甲虫、瓢虫、蝗虫、螳螂、蜜蜂。
供试药剂:实施例1-6制备的杀虫剂。
试验方法:采用广口瓶法进行测定,具体方法如下:
以三氯甲烷、氨水、乙酸乙酯为对比例。
选取若干个密封性好的广口瓶做毒瓶,在瓶底铺设脱脂棉和面积形同的吸水纸,取等量 的实施例1-6制备的杀虫剂和对比例杀虫剂,分别滴到吸水纸上。每处理重复3次,将蝴蝶、 烟草甲虫、瓢虫、蝗虫、螳螂、蜜蜂分别投入广口瓶中,记录其的平均死亡时间和形态。
实验结果表明,三氯甲烷相对于其它组份药剂,分别对蝴蝶、烟草甲虫、瓢虫、蝗虫、 螳螂、蜜蜂的致死时间最短。实施例1至实施例4分别对蝴蝶、烟草甲虫、瓢虫、蝗虫、螳螂、蜜蜂的致死时间迅速降低;实施例4至实施例6分别对蝴蝶、烟草甲虫、瓢虫、蝗虫、 螳螂、蜜蜂的致死时间缓慢降低,并趋于平稳。实验还观察到三氯甲烷、氨水和乙酸乙酯3 种药剂致死蝴蝶、烟草甲虫、瓢虫、蝗虫、螳螂、蜜蜂过程中,各个虫体均出现大量排泄物。 排泄物多不仅会污染标本,而且会使标本过度脱水,影响标本保存时间。实施例1至实施例 6对各个虫体致死过程未发现有明显分泌物,昆虫形态良好。综上所述,实施例6:烯丙菊酯60mg,桉油20mg,茴香油10mg,艾蒿素10mg,稳定剂10mg对各个供试昆虫致死效果好。
二、标本保存实验
将三氯甲烷毒杀的蝴蝶,与实施例1-6杀虫剂毒杀的蝴蝶标本在同样的条件下保存,并 测试标本的湿度、微生物。

实验结果表明,杀虫剂的有效期长,作用范围广,可以延长昆虫标本的保存时间,保持昆 虫标本合适的湿度,提高昆虫标本的保存期,延长标本的更新期限。特别是实施例3-6,标 本保存效果最好。
