Abstract

本发明公开了一种调节螺栓,包括螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,螺杆带有正向外螺纹,所述螺杆的末端带有与内螺母内孔的卡位部匹配的卡位端,所述卡位端卡入所述卡位部后可带动内螺母转动;使用状态下,所述螺杆转动进入所述内螺母的内孔中并沿内孔前部的第一内螺纹段前进,当螺杆的卡位端到达所述内螺母的卡位部时,卡位端挤入卡位部中促使螺杆带动整个内螺母,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着第二内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆卡位端克服内螺母的卡位部,进而促使螺杆继续沿着内螺母的第一内螺纹段相对内螺母持续拧紧直至螺杆和内螺母夹紧第一机架。本发明提供的调节螺栓能够只通过向前拧螺杆实现对两第一机架的拉紧。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种调节螺栓。
背景技术
传统调节螺栓一般配置螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,但是在调节螺母时需要分别对螺杆、内螺母和外螺母进行调节。其操作较为繁琐,对操作人员的要求较高,使用不便。
发明内容
鉴于背景技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种只通过向前拧螺杆实现对两第一机架的拉紧的调节螺栓。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:调节螺栓,包括螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,螺杆带有正向外螺纹,所述内螺母带有反向外螺纹,内螺母的内孔前部带有第一内螺纹段,第一内螺纹段带有正向内螺纹,内螺母的内孔后部带有卡位部,所述外螺母带有与反向外螺纹匹配的第二反向内螺纹,所述外螺母与内螺母相互套接并螺纹连接,所述螺杆与所述内螺母的内孔前部形成螺纹连接,所述螺杆的末端带有与内螺母内孔的卡位部匹配的卡位端,所述卡位端卡入所述卡位部后可带动内螺母转动;使用状态下,所述螺杆转动进入所述内螺母的内孔中并沿内孔前部的第一内螺纹段前进,当螺杆的卡位端到达所述内螺母的卡位部时,卡位端挤入卡位部中促使螺杆带动整个内螺母,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着第二内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆卡位端克服内螺母的卡位部,进而促使螺杆继续沿着内螺母的第一内螺纹段相对内螺母持续拧紧直至螺杆和内螺母夹紧第一机架。
本发明中的有益效果:本发明提供的调节螺栓在螺杆向前拧入内螺母后,可通过螺杆前端的卡位端带动内螺母的卡位部,使内螺母相对外螺母沿着反螺纹向后退并到达第一机架处,待第一机架被夹紧后螺杆卡位端克服卡位部的夹紧向前拧出内螺母,内螺母不再固定在螺杆端部,此时螺杆持续向前拧动时可夹紧第一机架。使用本发明的调节螺栓能够通过持续正向拧入即可实现对第一机架的紧固和拉紧的作用,操作更加方便,对工人的经验要求更低,能够实现快速作业。

附图表示了本发明的技术方案及其实施例,下面再结合附图进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节及其工作原理。
参照图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7所示,本发明提供的调节螺栓,包括螺杆1、内螺母2和外螺母3,螺杆1带有正向外螺纹,所述内螺母2带有反向外螺纹,内螺母2的内孔前部带有第一内螺纹段21,第一内螺纹段21带有正向内螺纹,内螺母2的内孔后部带有卡位部22,所述外螺母3带有与反向外螺纹匹配的第二反向内螺纹,所述外螺母3与内螺母2相互套接并螺纹连接,所述螺杆1与所述内螺母2的内孔前部形成螺纹连接,所述螺杆1的末端带有与内螺母2内孔的卡位部22匹配的卡位端11,所述卡位端11卡入所述卡位部22后可带动内螺母2转动;使用状态下,所述螺杆1转动进入所述内螺母2的内孔中并沿内孔前部的第一内螺纹段前进,当螺杆1的卡位端11到达所述内螺母2的卡位部22时,卡位端11挤入卡位部22中促使螺杆1带动整个内螺母2,进而使内螺母2相对外螺母3转动,内螺母2沿着第二内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架4,当内螺母2夹紧第一机架4时螺杆1持续向前拧动使螺杆1卡位端11克服内螺母2的卡位部22,进而促使螺杆1继续沿着内螺母2的第一内螺纹段相对内螺母2持续拧紧直至螺杆1和内螺母2夹紧第一机架4,在此过程中第二机架5被外螺母3朝后向第一机架4夹紧。
参照图1、图4所示,在上述实施例中,所述螺杆1的卡位端11截面呈椭圆形,所述内螺母2内孔的卡位部22截面呈与卡位端11匹配的椭圆形孔。
参照图1、图2、图4所示,在上述实施例中,所述内螺母2的内端带有内螺母端头23,内螺纹端头23的端面处密布有防松齿24。
参照图1、图3、图4所示,在上述实施例中,所述外螺母3带有外螺母端头31,外螺母端头31的内侧面上靠近边沿处均匀分布有至少三个卡位齿32。

Claims (5)

1.一种调节螺栓,包括螺杆、内螺母和外螺母,其特征是:螺杆带有正向外螺纹,所述内螺母带有反向外螺纹,内螺母的内孔前部带有第一内螺纹段,第一内螺纹段带有正向内螺纹,内螺母的内孔后部带有卡位部,所述外螺母带有与反向外螺纹匹配的第二反向内螺纹,所述外螺母与内螺母相互套接并螺纹连接,所述螺杆与所述内螺母的内孔前部形成螺纹连接,所述螺杆的末端带有与内螺母内孔的卡位部匹配的卡位端,所述卡位端卡入所述卡位部后可带动内螺母转动;使用状态下,所述螺杆转动进入所述内螺母的内孔中并沿内孔前部的第一内螺纹段前进,当螺杆的卡位端到达所述内螺母的卡位部时,卡位端挤入卡位部中促使螺杆带动整个内螺母,进而使内螺母相对外螺母转动,内螺母沿着第二内螺纹的走势向后退并夹紧第一机架,当内螺母夹紧第一机架时螺杆持续向前拧动使螺杆卡位端克服内螺母的卡位部,进而促使螺杆继续沿着内螺母的第一内螺纹段相对内螺母持续拧紧直至螺杆和内螺母夹紧第一机架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调节螺栓,其特征是:所述螺杆的卡位端截面呈椭圆形,所述内螺母内孔的卡位部截面呈与卡位端匹配的椭圆形孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的调节螺栓,其特征是:所述内螺纹的内端带有内螺母端头,内螺纹端头的端面处密布有防松齿。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的调节螺栓,其特征是:所述外螺母带有外螺母端头,外螺母端头的内侧面上靠近边沿处均匀分布有至少三个卡位齿。
5.根据权利要求3所述的调节螺栓,其特征是:所述外螺母带有外螺母端头,外螺母端头的内侧面上靠近边沿处均匀分布有至少三个卡位齿。
