Detailed Description
The invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Embodiment 1 provides a car sling protecting device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising a supporting frame 100, a lifting beam 200, a guiding assembly 300 and a driving assembly 400.
The support 100 comprises two parallel hangers 110, 120, which serve to connect the device to a fixed point and take on the role of other components.
The two ends of the lifting beam 200 are slidably connected to the two hangers 110, respectively, so that the lifting beam 200 can be lifted and lowered along the hangers.
The guide assembly 300 includes two guide rails 310 longitudinally disposed and respectively connected to the two hangers 110 and 120, and rollers 320 disposed at two ends of the lifting beam 200 and respectively slidably engaged with the two guide rails 310. The rollers 320 are slidably engaged with the guide rails 310 to ensure the stability and accuracy of the elevating direction of the elevating beam 200.
The driving assembly 400 includes a hoist 410 disposed on one of the hangers 110, a plurality of fixed pulleys 420 disposed on the two hangers 110, 120 and the lifting beam 200, and a flexible cable 430 having one end connected to the hoist 410, wherein the other end of the flexible cable 430 is fixed to the other hanger 120 after sequentially winding around the fixed pulley 421 disposed on the hanger 110 provided with the hoist 410, the fixed pulley 422 disposed on the lifting beam 200, and the fixed pulley 423 disposed on the other hanger 120. The flexible cord 430 may be a belt or a wire rope. The fixed pulleys 421 and 423 on the two hangers 110 and 120 play a role in helping the direction change of the flexible rope 430, and the fixed pulley 422 on the lifting beam 200 mainly guides the flexible rope 430 and bears the lifting force from the flexible rope 430, and the fixed pulley 422 on the outermost side of the lifting beam 200 also has a role in helping the direction change of the flexible rope 430.
Working principle: the device is typically mounted in pairs on either side of a predetermined assembly location of the automotive production line. When the car sling lifts the frame work piece to the preset assembly position, the winch 410 of the device is started, the flexible rope 430 is loosened, the lifting beam 200 moves downwards along the guide rail 310 under the action of dead weight, and the winch 410 stops after reaching the height of the sling. Manually assisting in moving the lifting beam 200 under the load beam of the car sling and causing the lifting beam 200 to cradle the load beam. The hoist 410 is started again, and the tightening flexible rope 430 is reversely rotated, at this time, the flexible rope 430 lifts the lifting beam 200 upwards by a certain height through the fixed pulleys 422 on the lifting beam 200, so that the lifting force borne by the automobile lifting appliance is gradually changed into that provided by the lifting beam 200, namely, the flexible connection provided by the automobile lifting appliance by the previous rope is changed into that provided by the lifting beam 200 and the guide rail 310 on the support frame 100, and the purposes of shaking and falling prevention of the automobile lifting appliance in the air lifting process and during automobile assembly are achieved. Because the height of the lifting beam 200 is adjustable, the lifting beam can adapt to operations with different workpiece sizes or different assembly height requirements, and has strong adaptability. During the non-working period, the winch 410 can further tighten the flexible rope 430, as shown in fig. 3, so that the lifting beam 200 is lifted to a high position, and the influence of the device on the working space and the visual field of staff is reduced.
Embodiment 2 provides an automobile sling protection device, on the basis of embodiment 1, the device further comprises a locking assembly 500, as shown in fig. 4, the locking assembly 500 comprises a unidirectional rack 510 which is arranged in the same direction as the guide rail 310 and has an upward inclined tooth shape, and sliding blocks 520 which are arranged at two ends of the lifting beam 200 and are matched with the unidirectional rack 510; the lifting beam 200 includes at least two telescopic sections 210 connected by an elastic member 220, at least two of the telescopic sections 210 each having at least one fixed pulley 422.
The sliding blocks 520 at the two ends of the lifting beam 200 are matched with the unidirectional racks 510 with the upward inclined tooth shapes, so that the rigid connection of the lifting beam 200 and the unidirectional racks 510 is realized, the lifting beam 200 can be locked at the position after reaching the required assembly height, and the load of the hoist 410 is reduced. The specific principle is as follows: when the lifting beam 200 needs to be lifted, and the hoist 410 drives the flexible rope 430 to lift the lifting beam 200, the flexible rope 430 generates a component force inwards along the axial direction of the lifting beam 200 to the two fixed pulleys 422 at the outermost side of the lifting beam 200, and the component force can enable the elastic piece 220 in the middle of the extrusion of the at least two telescopic sections 210 to move towards each other, namely the axial length of the lifting beam 200 is shortened, and the tooth shape of the unidirectional rack 510 is inclined upwards, so that the lifting beam 200 can be lifted freely. When the lifting beam 200 reaches the required height, the winding machine 410 stops tightening and reversely and rapidly releases the flexible rope 430 with a small length, the process causes the component force inwards along the axial direction of the lifting beam 200 to disappear instantaneously, the elastic piece 220 rapidly rebounds after losing the extrusion force, the telescopic section 210 moves outwards along the axial direction of the lifting beam 200 and returns to the original length, and at the moment, the sliding blocks 520 at the two ends of the lifting beam 200 clamp the unidirectional racks 510, so that the position locking is completed. When the lifting beam 200 needs to descend, the hoist 410 first tightens the flexible rope 430, the lifting beam 200 is flexibly deformed again to shorten the length, then the hoist 410 is stopped, and after the hoist is stopped, the flexible rope 430 is slowly loosened, so that the component force of the flexible rope 430 to the two fixed pulleys 422 at the outermost side of the lifting beam 200, which is inwards along the axial direction of the lifting beam 200, is kept, namely the flexible deformation of the lifting beam 200 is kept, and at the moment, the lifting beam 200 is not limited by the unidirectional racks 510 any more and can descend freely.
Preferably, the two adjacent telescopic sections 211, 212 are sleeved with each other, as shown in fig. 5, and the elastic member 220 is a spring. The two adjacent telescopic sections 211 and 212 are mutually sleeved, so that the axial rigidity of the two telescopic sections is unchanged when the two telescopic sections are flexibly deformed, and sufficient support guarantee is provided for the automobile lifting appliance.
Preferably, the fixed pulleys 422 on the lifting beam 200 are connected to the bottom surface of the lifting beam 200, and the lifting beam 200 is provided with a through hole 230 for the flexible cable 430 to pass through. The fixed pulley 422 is connected to the bottom surface of the lifting beam 200, and can interact with the self weight of the lifting beam 200 when the lifting beam 200 is flexibly deformed, so as to offset the component force, which is generated by part of the flexible cable 430 and is perpendicular to the axial direction of the lifting beam 200, reduce unnecessary stress of the lifting beam 200, and improve the durability of equipment.
In the above-described embodiment 1 and embodiment 2, the two hangers 110, 120 are connected by the connecting rod 130. To increase the rigidity of the support 100.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention and it should be noted that modifications or variations could be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present invention, and such modifications or variations should also be considered as being within the scope of the present invention.
