目前汽车行业发展迅猛,电动汽车已经成为当今的主流趋势,其中油电混合动力装置采用油电混合驱动,此种动力装置还处于技术比较落后的水平,市面上的油电混合动力装置造价昂贵,一般的用户不愿购买,很难推广,而且二者是串联关系,动力不足,启动的速度也得不到保障,普通的装置还会存在体型大,结构复杂,使燃油损耗较大,很不经济性,对于油电混合驱动二者很难切换驱动源,因此,目前急需一种新型混合动力驱动设备。

如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明的一种新型混合动力驱动设备,包括动力机体2以及设置在所述动力机体2内的气缸3,所述气缸3底部内壁内相通设有第一空腔4,所述第一空腔4左端内壁相通设有第二空腔5,所述气缸3顶部设有第三空腔6,所述气缸3内滑动配合连接有活塞31,所述活塞31底部铰接连接有向下延伸的摆杆43,所述摆杆43底部延伸末端伸进所述第一空腔4内,所述第二空腔5左端内壁内转动配合连接有向右延伸的第一转动轴51,所述第一转动轴51右端延伸末端伸进所述第一空腔4内且在末端设有飞轮41,所述飞轮41远离中心的右端端面上固定连接有向右端延伸的支撑杆42,所述支撑杆42右端延伸末端与所述摆杆43底部末端铰接连接,所述第一转动轴51上设有位于所述第二空腔5内的第一带轮511,所述第一转动轴51上设有位于所述第一带轮511和飞轮41之间的凸出部512,所述第二空腔5与第三空腔6之间相通设有位于所述第一转动轴51正上方且上下延伸的导滑槽53,所述导滑槽53内滑动配合连接有上下延伸的推杆531,所述推杆531底部延伸末端伸进所述第二空腔5内且与所述第一转动轴51顶部顶压配合连接,所述第三空腔6内设有山字形摆杆61,所述山字形摆杆61左端末端底部与所述推杆531顶部延伸末端顶压配合连接,所述山字形摆杆61中部固定连接有前后延伸的转动杆,所述转动杆前后延伸末端与所述第三空腔6前后内壁转动配合连接,所述气缸3顶部设有燃气进口阀,所述气缸3顶部内设有位于所述燃气进口阀右端的出气阀,所述气缸3顶部内设有位于所述燃气进口阀与所述出气阀之间的点火头33,所述动力机体2内设有位于所述第二空腔5右端的第四空腔7,所述第二空腔5与所述第四空腔7之间的内壁体内转动配合连接有左右延伸的第二转动轴52,所述第二转动轴52左右延伸末端分别贯穿所述动力机体2左右端面,所述第二空腔5内的所述第二转动轴52上设有第二带轮514,所述第一带轮511与所述第二带轮514之间动力连接有皮带513,所述第四空腔7内的所述第二转动轴52上设有第一齿转轮73,所述第四空腔7左端内壁内嵌设有第一电动机72,所述第一电动机72右端末端动力连接有用以与所述第一齿转轮73齿合连接的第二齿转轮71,所述第二转动轴52上动力连接有位于所述第二空腔5与所述第四空腔7之间的发电机24,所述动力机体2内设有位于所述第四空腔7顶部的蓄电池23,所述蓄电池23与所述发电机24电联,所述凸出部512外表面上固设有第一耐磨垫5121,所述推杆531底部延伸末端的外表面上包覆有第二耐磨垫5311,所述第一耐磨垫5121和所述第二耐磨垫5311用以减少顶压配合连接工作造成的磨损,同时,方便检修和维护,减少维护成本。
有益地,所述燃气进口阀包括嵌设在所述气缸3顶部内壁体内的燃油进口管32以及滑动配合连接设置在所述燃油进口管32内上下延伸的第一活塞柱321,所述第一活塞柱321顶部延伸末端伸进所述第三空腔6内且末端与所述山字形摆杆61右端底部顶压配合连接,所述第一活塞柱321底部延伸末端固定连接有用以与所述燃油进口管32底部末端顶压连接的第一密封板322,所述第一活塞柱321伸进所述第三空腔6内的部分周向设有顶压弹簧323,所述燃油进口管32另一端贯穿所述动力机体2顶部端面,合理配置燃油,便于降低燃损,节能减排。
有益地,所述出气阀包括嵌设在所述气缸3顶部内壁内的出气管34以及滑动配合连接设置在所述出气管34内的第二活塞柱341,所述第二活塞柱341底部末端设有与所述出气管34底部末端密封连接的第二密封板342,所述第二活塞柱341内螺纹配合连接有上下延伸的调节螺纹杆3411,所述出气管34顶部内壁内嵌设有第二电动机3412,所述第二电动机3412底部末端与所述调节螺纹杆3411顶部末端动力连接,便于排出废气,提高活塞31连续工作。
有益地,所述动力机体2顶部端面上设有油箱22,所述油箱22底部与所述燃油进口管32顶部末端相通,所述动力机体2顶部端面上设有位于所述油箱22两端的太阳能电池板21,所述太阳能电池板21与所述蓄电池23电联,便于装置提供混合能量源。
初始状态时,活塞31位于气缸3最底部,摆杆43最大程度伸进第一空腔4内,此时,支撑杆42位于飞轮中心线正下方,凸出部512位于第一转动轴51中心线正下方,同时,第一密封板322与燃油进口管32底部顶压连接,第一活塞柱321最大程度伸进第三空腔6内并与山字形摆杆61顶压连接,山形摆板61位于水平状态,推杆531顶部与山字形摆杆61顶压连接,推杆531底部最大程度伸进第二空腔5内且底部末端与第一转动轴51顶部顶压连接。
当需要装置工作时,在油箱22内加满所需燃料,当装置需要启动时,控制第一电动机72带动第二齿转轮71转动,第二齿转轮71带动第一齿转轮73转动,第一齿转轮73带动第二转动轴52转动,第二转动轴52带动发电机24和第二带轮514转动,发电机24开始为蓄电池23充电,同时,第二带轮514通过皮带513带动第一带轮511转动,第一带轮511带动第一转动轴51转动,第一转动轴51带动凸出部512和飞轮41转动,飞轮41带动支撑杆42转动,支撑杆42通过摆杆43带动活塞31上移并压缩内部空气温度升高,当活塞31移动至活动行程最顶部时,支撑杆42位于飞轮41中心线正上方,凸出部512位于第一转动轴51中心线正上方,凸出部512顶压推杆531上移,推杆531顶压山字形摆杆61顺时针摆动,山字形摆杆61右端顶压,第一活塞柱321下移,第一活塞柱321带动第一密封板322下移,此时,燃油进入气缸3内,当凸出部512通过推杆531后,推杆受到重力作用下移恢复初始位置,顶压弹簧323顶压第一活塞柱321使其上移,第一活塞柱321带动第一密封板322上移密封燃油进口管32,第一活塞柱321顶推山字形摆杆61逆时针转动使其恢复初始位置, 同时,控制点火头33点火,使内部油气混合物瞬间膨胀开,推动活塞31快速下移,活塞31通过摆杆43带动飞轮41快速转动,飞轮带动第一转动轴51快速转动,第一转动轴51带动凸出部512和第一带轮511转动,第一带轮511通过皮带513带动第二带轮514转动,第二带轮514带动第二转动轴52转动,第二转动轴52带动发电机24转动,从而配合第一电动机72一同驱动,当活塞31移动至气缸3最底部后开始向上移动时,控制第二电动机3412带动调节螺纹杆3411转动使第二活塞柱341下移,使第二密封板342下移从而排出废气,当凸出部512转动至即将要与推杆531接触时,控制第二电动机3412带动调节螺纹杆3411反向转动使第二活塞柱341上移,使第二密封板342上移从而密封出气管34,依次往复循环实现燃油驱动。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,操作方便,通过动力机体内设置气缸,气缸底部内壁内相通设有第一空腔,第一空腔左端内壁相通设有第二空腔,气缸顶部设有第三空腔,气缸内滑动配合连接有活塞,活塞底部铰接连接有向下延伸的摆杆,摆杆底部延伸末端伸进第一空腔内,第二空腔左端内壁内转动配合连接有向右延伸的第一转动轴,第一转动轴右端延伸末端伸进第一空腔内且末端设有飞轮,飞轮右端端面上远离中心的位置设有向右延伸的支撑杆,支撑杆右端延伸末端与摆杆底部末端铰接连接,第一转动轴上位于第二空腔内的部分设有第一带轮,第一转动轴上位于第一带轮与飞轮之间的部分设有凸出部,第二空腔与第三空腔之间相通设有导滑槽,导滑槽内滑动配合连接有上下延伸的推杆,推杆底部延伸末端伸进第二空腔内并与第一转动轴顶部顶压配合连接,第三空腔内设有山字形摆杆,山字形摆杆左端底部与推杆顶部延伸末端顶压配合连接,气缸顶部内壁内嵌设有与推杆右端顶压配合连接的燃气进口阀,气缸顶部内壁内嵌设有位于燃气进口阀右端的出气阀,气缸顶部内壁内嵌设有位于燃气进口阀与出气阀之间的点火头,动力机体内设有位于第二空腔右端的第四空腔,第二空腔与第四空腔之间内壁体内转动配合连接有第二转动轴,第二转动轴左右延伸末端贯穿动力机体左右端端面,第二空腔内的第二转动轴上设有第二皮带,第一皮带与第二皮带之间动力连接有皮带,第四空腔内的第二转动轴上设有第一齿转轮,第二空腔与第四空腔之间的第二转动轴上动力连接有发电机,第四空腔左端内壁内嵌设有第一电动机,第一电动机右端末端动力连接有用以与第一齿转轮齿合连接的第二齿转轮,第四空腔顶部设有蓄电池,蓄电池与发电机电联,可实现自动控制电动驱动带动燃油驱动运行,并且运转后二者配合移动一同驱动,启动迅速,动力足,动力源易切换,节约能耗,价格优异,体型小,同时,提高了驱动速度和马力。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种新型混合动力驱动设备,包括动力机体以及设置在所述动力机体内的气缸,其特征在于:所述气缸底部内壁内相通设有第一空腔,所述第一空腔左端内壁相通设有第二空腔,所述气缸内滑动配合连接有活塞,所述活塞底部铰接连接有向下延伸的摆杆,所述摆杆底部延伸末端伸进所述第一空腔内,所述第二空腔左端内壁内转动配合连接有向右延伸的第一转动轴,所述第一转动轴右端延伸末端伸进所述第一空腔内且在末端设有飞轮,所述飞轮远离中心的右端端面上固定连接有向右端延伸的支撑杆,所述支撑杆右端延伸末端与所述摆杆底部末端铰接连接,所述第一转动轴上设有位于所述第二空腔内的第一带轮,所述第一转动轴上设有位于所述第一带轮和飞轮之间的凸出部,所述第二空腔与第三空腔之间相通设有位于所述第一转动轴正上方且上下延伸的导滑槽,所述导滑槽内滑动配合连接有上下延伸的推杆,所述推杆底部延伸末端伸进所述第二空腔内且与所述第一转动轴顶部顶压配合连接,所述第三空腔内设有山字形摆杆,所述山字形摆杆左端末端底部与所述推杆顶部延伸末端顶压配合连接,所述山字形摆杆中部固定连接有前后延伸的转动杆,所述转动杆前后延伸末端与所述第三空腔前后内壁转动配合连接,所述气缸顶部设有燃气进口阀,所述气缸顶部内设有位于所述燃气进口阀右端的出气阀,所述气缸顶部内设有位于所述燃气进口阀与所述出气阀之间的点火头,所述动力机体内设有位于所述第二空腔右端的第四空腔,所述第二空腔与所述第四空腔之间的内壁体内转动配合连接有左右延伸的第二转动轴,所述第二转动轴左右延伸末端分别贯穿所述动力机体左右端面,所述第二空腔内的所述第二转动轴上设有第二带轮,所述第一带轮与所述第二带轮之间动力连接有皮带,所述第四空腔内的所述第二转动轴上设有第一齿转轮,所述第四空腔左端内壁内嵌设有第一电动机,所述第一电动机右端末端动力连接有用以与所述第一齿转轮齿合连接的第二齿转轮,所述第二转动轴上动力连接有位于所述第二空腔与所述第四空腔之间的发电机,所述动力机体内设有位于所述第四空腔顶部的蓄电池,所述蓄电池与所述发电机电联,所述凸出部外表面上固设有第一耐磨垫,所述推杆底部延伸末端的外表面上包覆有第二耐磨垫,所述第一耐磨垫和所述第二耐磨垫用以减少顶压配合连接工作造成的磨损,同时,方便检修和维护,减少维护成本。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型混合动力驱动设备,其特征在于:所述燃气进口阀包括嵌设在所述气缸顶部内壁体内的燃油进口管以及滑动配合连接设置在所述燃油进口管内上下延伸的第一活塞柱,所述第一活塞柱顶部延伸末端伸进所述第三空腔内且末端与所述山字形摆杆右端底部顶压配合连接,所述第一活塞柱底部延伸末端固定连接有用以与所述燃油进口管底部末端顶压连接的第一密封板,所述第一活塞柱伸进所述第三空腔内的部分周向设有顶压弹簧,所述燃油进口管另一端贯穿所述动力机体顶部端面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型混合动力驱动设备,其特征在于:所述出气阀包括嵌设在所述气缸顶部内壁内的出气管以及滑动配合连接设置在所述出气管内的第二活塞柱,所述第二活塞柱底部末端设有与所述出气管底部末端密封连接的第二密封板,所述第二活塞柱内螺纹配合连接有上下延伸的调节螺纹杆,所述出气管顶部内壁内嵌设有第二电动机,所述第二电动机底部末端与所述调节螺纹杆顶部末端动力连接。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型混合动力驱动设备,其特征在于:所述动力机体顶部端面上设有油箱,所述油箱底部与所述燃油进口管顶部末端相通,所述动力机体顶部端面上设有位于所述油箱两端的太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板与所述蓄电池电联。
