本发明公开了一种除湿机,包括:壳体,其竖直设置的长方体状结构,且两端封闭,所述壳体侧壁上部形成进气口,所述壳体侧壁中部形成出气口,所述壳体底部形成集水槽;引风管,其与所述出气口连通,所述引风管内设置有引风机;多块冷却板,所述冷却板为长方形,多块平行间隔设置在所述壳体内部,所述冷却板的内部中空,所述冷却板内部设置有冷却管,所述冷却管呈多次弯折状;溶剂箱,其设置在所述壳体外部,所述溶剂箱内部盛有乙二醇溶液;半导体制冷片,其具有冷面和热面,所述冷面与所述溶剂箱密贴,所述热面与所述引风管密贴。本发明结构简单,噪声小,排出的空气温度不会与室内温度相差过大。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及除湿相关领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及一种除湿机。
背景技术
目前的除湿机多包含压缩机、蒸发器和冷凝器,除湿时,吸入空气,使空气经过冷凝器和蒸发器进行除湿,并排出除湿后的空气。该种除湿机结构复杂,比较笨重,而且噪声较大,并且排出的空气可能会大幅度改变室内空气温度,引起用户反感。因此,亟需设计一种新型除湿机。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种除湿机,其结构简单,噪声小,排出的空气温度不会与室内温度相差过大。
为了实现根据本发明的这些目的和其它优点,提供了一种除湿机,包括:
壳体,其竖直设置的长方体状结构,且两端封闭,所述壳体侧壁上部形成进气口,所述壳体侧壁中部形成出气口,所述壳体底部形成集水槽;
引风管,其与所述出气口连通,所述引风管内设置有引风机;
多块冷却板,所述冷却板为长方形,多块平行间隔设置在所述壳体内部,并位于所述进气口与所述引风管之间的位置,所述冷却板的第一对平行的侧边分别固定在所述壳体第一对平行的侧壁,所述冷却板的第二对平行的侧边与所述壳体第二对平行的侧壁之间分别留有间隙,所述冷却板与竖直方向呈10~20°角,所述冷却板表面形成有多条沟槽,所述沟槽的两端分别延伸至所述冷却板第二对平行的侧边,所述冷却板的内部中空,所述冷却板内部设置有冷却管,所述冷却管呈多次弯折状,所述冷却管的进液端和出液端从所述壳体第一对平行的侧壁穿出所述壳体;
溶剂箱,其设置在所述壳体外部,所述溶剂箱内部盛有乙二醇溶液,所述溶剂箱分别通过第一输液管和第二输液管与所述进液端和出液端连通,所述第一输液管上设置有循环泵;
半导体制冷片,其具有冷面和热面,所述冷面与所述溶剂箱密贴,所述热面与所述引风管密贴。
优选的是,所述的除湿机,所述沟槽包括主沟槽和多条支沟槽,所述主沟槽平行于所述冷却板第一对平行的侧边,所述多条支沟槽与所述主沟槽连通,形成树枝状结构。
优选的是,所述的除湿机,所述冷却板、所述冷却管、所述溶剂箱均为紫铜材质。
优选的是,所述的除湿机,所述溶剂箱呈扁平状结构,所述引风管包括扁平段和圆筒段,所述引风管通过扁平段与所述热面密贴,所述引风管的圆筒段设置有引风机。
优选的是,所述的除湿机,所述冷却板的第二对平行的侧边与所述壳体第二对平行的侧壁之间形成的间隙均为所述冷却板第二对平行的侧边之一长度的1/7。
优选的是,所述的除湿机,所述集水槽内还设置有液位传感器。
本发明至少包括以下有益效果:
1、本发明没有压缩机、蒸发器等复杂的部件,结构简单,轻便易操作,噪声小。
2、本发明的引风管与半导体制冷片的热面密贴,使得引风机在将空气引入壳体内的同时,也帮助对半导体制冷片进行散热,节约了能源,并且半导体制冷片的热面还可以提升排出壳体空气的温度,避免直接排出较冷的空气,引起用户不适。
本发明的其它优点、目标和特征将部分通过下面的说明体现,部分还将通过对本发明的研究和实践而为本领域的技术人员所理解。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
应当理解,本文所使用的诸如“具有”、“包含”以及“包括”术语并不配出一个或多个其它元件或其组合的存在或添加。
如图1、2、3所示,本发明提供一种除湿机,其包括:
壳体1,其竖直设置的长方体状结构,且两端封闭,所述壳体1侧壁上部形成进气口11,所述壳体1侧壁中部形成出气口,所述壳体1底部形成集水槽;
引风管3,其与所述出气口连通,所述引风管3内设置有引风机31;
多块冷却板2,所述冷却板2为长方形,多块平行间隔设置在所述壳体1内部,并位于所述进气口11与所述引风管3之间的位置,所述冷却板2的第一对平行的侧边分别固定在所述壳体1第一对平行的侧壁,所述冷却板2的第二对平行的侧边与所述壳体1第二对平行的侧壁之间分别留有间隙,所述冷却板2与竖直方向呈10~20°角,所述冷却板2表面形成有多条沟槽,所述沟槽的两端分别延伸至所述冷却板2第二对平行的侧边,所述冷却板2的内部中空,所述冷却板2内部设置有冷却管6,所述冷却管6呈多次弯折状,所述冷却管6的进液端和出液端从所述壳体1第一对平行的侧壁穿出所述壳体1;
溶剂箱4,其设置在所述壳体1外部,所述溶剂箱4内部盛有乙二醇溶液(水溶液),所述溶剂箱4分别通过第一输液管和第二输液管与所述进液端和出液端连通,所述第一输液管上设置有循环泵,使得冷却管6实时保持较低温度;
半导体制冷片5,其具有冷面和热面,所述冷面与所述溶剂箱4密贴,使得溶剂箱4内的乙二醇溶液的温度在水的冰点以下,使得冷却板2能够有较好的冷凝效果,所述热面与所述引风管3密贴,使得被除湿的空气不断经过引风管3,源源不断地与热面进行热交换。
在上述技术方案中,引风管3与壳体1中部连通,引风管3可以设置为垂直于壳体1,引风管3内设置引风机31,引风机31使得空气从进气口11进入,然后从引风管3排出。多块冷却板2设置在壳体1内部进气口11与引风管3之间的位置,冷却板2相互平行间隔,并且第一对平行的侧边与壳体1第一对平行的侧壁固定,第二对平行的侧边与壳体1第二对平行的侧壁留有间隙,这样,多块冷却板2将壳体1分隔成多个倾斜的风道,使得冷却板2能与湿空气充分接触。冷却板2与竖直方向呈10~20°角使得空气能够良好地通过倾斜的风道,又有较长的接触时间,提高冷凝效果。冷却板2内部具有冷却管6,冷却管6由溶剂箱4供给乙二醇溶液,溶剂箱4内的溶剂由半导体制冷片5的冷端冷却。空气经过冷却板2时,空气中的水蒸气被冷凝成水,剩余空气进入引风管3,被排出,即空气中水蒸气较大程度地被去除。沟槽便于冷却板2表面的冷凝水聚集,流入集水槽内。在被除湿的空气经过引风管3时,与半导体制冷片5的热面进行热交换,一方面起到对半导体制冷片5的冷却效果,提高制冷效率,另一方面半导体制冷片5的热面对空气进行加热,使得被冷却的空气能够一定程度的升温,这样,能量利用率有较大提升,还能够减少用户不适。总之,本技术方案无需压缩机等复杂的机械设备,简单易用,噪声小,能量利用率高,并能提升用户体验。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的除湿机,所述沟槽包括主沟槽21和多条支沟槽211,所述主沟槽21平行于所述冷却板2第一对平行的侧边,所述多条支沟槽211与所述主沟槽21连通,形成树枝状结构。这里,冷却板2上冷凝水不断汇集到支沟槽211,然后汇集到主沟槽21流入集水槽内,避免冷凝水乱流。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的除湿机,所述冷却板2、所述冷却管6、所述溶剂箱4均为紫铜材质。这里,紫铜材质便于导热,减少热量散失。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的除湿机,所述溶剂箱4呈扁平状结构,所述引风管3包括扁平段和圆筒段,所述引风管3通过扁平段与所述热面密贴,所述引风管3的圆筒段设置有引风机31。这里,溶剂箱4呈扁平状便于与冷面交换热量,引风管3具有扁平段便于空气与热量交换热量。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的除湿机,所述冷却板2的第二对平行的侧边与所述壳体1第二对平行的侧壁之间形成的间隙均为所述冷却板2第二对平行的侧边之一长度的1/7。这里,提供了间隙的优选尺寸,该尺寸方便湿空气快速经过冷却板2,又不明显降低冷凝效果。
在另一种技术方案中,所述的除湿机,所述集水槽内还设置有液位传感器。这里,液位传感器用于检测集水槽内水位,提示用户进行处理。
这里说明的设备数量和处理规模是用来简化本发明的说明的。对本发明除湿机的应用、修改和变化对本领域的技术人员来说是显而易见的。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。
Claims (6)
1.一种除湿机,其特征在于,包括:
壳体,其竖直设置的长方体状结构,且两端封闭,所述壳体侧壁上部形成进气口,所述壳体侧壁中部形成出气口,所述壳体底部形成集水槽;
引风管,其与所述出气口连通,所述引风管内设置有引风机;
多块冷却板,所述冷却板为长方形,多块平行间隔设置在所述壳体内部,并位于所述进气口与所述引风管之间的位置,所述冷却板的第一对平行的侧边分别固定在所述壳体第一对平行的侧壁,所述冷却板的第二对平行的侧边与所述壳体第二对平行的侧壁之间分别留有间隙,所述冷却板与竖直方向呈10~20°角,所述冷却板表面形成有多条沟槽,所述沟槽的两端分别延伸至所述冷却板第二对平行的侧边,所述冷却板的内部中空,所述冷却板内部设置有冷却管,所述冷却管呈多次弯折状,所述冷却管的进液端和出液端从所述壳体第一对平行的侧壁穿出所述壳体;
溶剂箱,其设置在所述壳体外部,所述溶剂箱内部盛有乙二醇溶液,所述溶剂箱分别通过第一输液管和第二输液管与所述进液端和出液端连通,所述第一输液管上设置有循环泵;
半导体制冷片,其具有冷面和热面,所述冷面与所述溶剂箱密贴,所述热面与所述引风管密贴。
2.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述沟槽包括主沟槽和多条支沟槽,所述主沟槽平行于所述冷却板第一对平行的侧边,所述多条支沟槽与所述主沟槽连通,形成树枝状结构。
3.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述冷却板、所述冷却管、所述溶剂箱均为紫铜材质。
4.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述溶剂箱呈扁平状结构,所述引风管包括扁平段和圆筒段,所述引风管通过扁平段与所述热面密贴,所述引风管的圆筒段设置有引风机。
5.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述冷却板的第二对平行的侧边与所述壳体第二对平行的侧壁之间形成的间隙均为所述冷却板第二对平行的侧边之一长度的1/7。
6.如权利要求1所述的除湿机,其特征在于,所述集水槽内还设置有液位传感器。
