如本领域中的技术人员通常所知,电磁阀是电力机械操作的阀门。电磁阀可以由流过螺线管的电流控制。
电磁阀包括柱塞,并且柱塞可以在电流施加到螺线管的侧面时移动,并且可以在切断电流的情况下返回到其原始位置。
如上所述,柱塞在其移动期间与其它部件接触,从而产生接触噪声。另外,在接触噪声通过支架传输到外部时,另一噪声(例如,传输噪声)可能会与接触噪声同时出现。具体来说,当由电磁阀调节的流体的压力增大时,接触噪声和传输噪声可能增加更多。
例如,排气制动器安装在车辆的发动机排气歧管与消声器之间。电磁阀被联结到使排气制动器致动的致动器的气缸。在电磁阀工作时,可以将压缩力施加到致动器的气缸中,或者切断压缩力的供给。
我们发现,驾驶者会经受启动电磁阀时产生的噪声干扰,并且电磁阀的耐久性会减小。

本发明在完整保持现有技术所获得的优点的同时,解决在现有技术中出现的上述问题。
本发明的一方面提供一种能够有效减小由电磁阀运动产生的噪声的电磁阀。

根据本发明的一个方面,电磁阀可以包括:螺线管体,其包括可上下移动地安装的柱塞,和布置在柱塞上的止动部件;以及阀体,其具有在柱塞上下移动时打开和闭合的孔口。止动部件可包括第一缓冲器部件,其形成在柱塞与止动部件之间的接触部分处。
第一缓冲器部件可以以嵌入成型方式设置在止动部件中。
第一缓冲器部件可包括:支撑部,其插入到止动部件中;以及延伸部,其从支撑部朝向止动部件的底面延伸。

参考图1,作为本发明的一个实施方式,电磁阀10可包括螺线管体11,以及联结到螺线管体11的阀体12。
螺线管体11中安装有线轴21,并且线圈22缠绕在线轴21周围。
线轴21中安装有套管23,柱塞24可移动地安装在套管23中。
止动部件25安置于柱塞24上,可通过止动部件25来阻止柱塞24的上下运动。止动部件25可固定地安装到套管30的上端中。例如,在压缩套管23的上端的外表面时,止动部件25可固定到套管23的上端中。
支架45可以通过联结部件28安装在电磁阀11上。联结部件28联结到止动部件25的上端,从而将支架35联结到止动部件25。
阀门部件26插入到柱塞24的下部中。阀门部件26可以闭合或打开阀体12的孔口33。在电流施加到线圈22时,柱塞24朝向止动部件25移动。因此,阀门部件26可被移动到用于打开阀体12的孔口33的位置。

第一缓冲器部件41可包括插入到止动部件25的腔室25f中的支撑部42,以及被插入到止动部件25的腔室25e中的多个延伸部43。
支撑部42可以形成于止动部件25的下部,并且可以沿水平方向延伸。延伸部43可以形成于止动部件25的下部,并且可以沿垂直方向延伸。延伸部43可以从支撑部42朝向止动部件25的底面延伸。当柱塞24的上端与止动部件25接触时,第一缓冲器部件41可以吸收或缓冲沿垂直方向和水平方向的冲击,从而减小或抑制接触噪声。
同时,如图3所示,至少两个腔室25e可以沿周向彼此间隔开。延伸部43可以分别形成在腔室25e中。因此,延伸部43在靠近止动部件25的下端的止动部件25的内部在周向上彼此间隔开。
如上所述,根据本发明,当柱塞24与止动部件25相接触时,设置在止动部件25中的第一缓冲器部件41可以吸收或缓冲接触噪声,从而进一步减小噪声。
如图2所示,延伸部43可以具有从止动部件25的底面突出的突出部43a。因此,可以抑制或防止柱塞24直接接触止动部件25,从而进一步减小噪声。
止动部件25的上部设有用以与联结部件28相联结的联结槽25a,并且联结槽25a中可形成有螺纹部。
第二缓冲器部件44可以沿周向设置在形成于止动部件25中的联结槽25a的至少一部分的内表面上。
在一个实施方式中,第二缓冲器部件44可位于联结槽25a的内表面的一部分与联结部件28的外表面的一部分之间,从而有效地抑制在将通过柱塞24和止动部件25产生的接触噪声传输到支架45时所产生的传输噪声。
在止动部件25的外表面中,可周向地形成压缩接收槽25b和25c中的至少一个。因此,通过压缩套管23的上端的部分形成的压缩变形部23b,可以分别被容纳在压缩接收槽25b和25c中。止动部件25可以通过压缩变形部23b以及压缩接收槽25b和25c而牢固地被固定到套管23的上端中。
另外,在止动部件25的外表面中可以形成供O型环等密封部件29插入的密封槽25d。止动部件25在由密封部件29密封的同时,可被安装到套管23的上端中。
参考图4和5,支架45可以具有安装在螺线管体11上端上的第一安装部45a、安装在螺线管体11下端上的第二安装部45b、以及连接第一安装部45a与第二安装部45b的连接部45c。
至少一个加强肋46可以以弯曲形式设置在支架45的连接部45c处以加强刚度。如上所述,在加强肋46形成于支架45时,支架45的谐振频率可增大,从而减小由柱塞24与止动部件25之间的接触噪声产生的噪声。
支架45可被焊接到安装有电磁阀10的系统的框架或者安装到框架上的另一支架。可选地,支架45可以通过使用联结部件而联结到安装有电磁阀10的系统的框架或安装于框架的另一支架。
图6是示出根据本发明的电磁阀10应用于排气制动器10的状态的视图。
排气制动器100可以包括安装在排气管中间部分中的阀壳体110,其将发动机的排气歧管与消声器、选择性地打开或闭合阀壳体111的通道的蝶阀200以及使蝶阀200的主轴120旋转的致动器130连接。
安装板134可以固定到阀壳体110的一侧,并且致动器130可以安装在安装板134上。

其中,所述第一缓冲器部件包括:
支撑部,其插入到所述止动部件中并且沿水平方向延伸;以及
延伸部,其从所述支撑部沿垂直方向朝向所述止动部件的底面延伸,
其中,所述延伸部包括:
突出部,其从所述止动部件的底面突出。
