Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a urine resource recovery technology in a building water supply and drainage system, in particular to a urine collection system in a water flushing toilet.
Background
At present, the water closet which is commonly used in public and household toilets and toilets comprises a squatting pan, a toilet bowl and a urinal, and urine and excrement adopt the same falling pipeline and are discharged to a septic tank after being flushed by water, so that the urine cannot be collected independently. Urine contains higher phosphorus than feces, and can be used as a raw material for extracting medicines and a fertilizer for crops to return to the field, so that the urine is a good resource capable of being recycled. However, the existing water closet and toilet system cannot reasonably collect and utilize urine resources, and can also discharge the urine resources as dirt and waste to a septic tank together with excrement. Urine deposited by the septic tank enters a sewage treatment plant for treatment, but due to the factors of the current treatment technology, cost and the like, even if the quality of the treated municipal sewage reaches the first-level A standard, the treated municipal sewage still contains 0.5 mg/L of phosphorus, and a large amount of sewage is accumulated and discharged into rivers, lakes and seas to inevitably cause serious water environment pollution.
The invention aims at the problems, and forms a perfect urine collection system by creative design of toilet sanitary systems such as a water closet, a pipeline, emission control and the like under the condition of keeping the habit of using the traditional water closet, so as to collect urine for recycling, thereby realizing 'turning harm into benefit and changing waste into valuables'.

For the squatting pan 17, the squatting pan which is widely used in the prior art is provided with only one squatting pan defecation port 18, and is additionally provided with a water inlet 7 connected with a water supply pipe, and a urination port 8 can be additionally and independently arranged or the squatting pan defecation port 18 can be branched. When independently setting up a urine outlet 8, water inlet 7 is connected with the delivery pipe and is used for washing squatting pan inner wall, and squatting pan faeces outlet 18's lower extreme intercommunication has stool pot blow off pipe 10, the lower extreme of urine outlet 8 is equipped with stool pot urine pipe 9, is airtight being equipped with normally closed two-way valve 26 at the lateral wall of urine outlet 8 and squatting pan, and normally closed two-way valve 26 can be solenoid valve, motorised valve or other normally closed two-way valve types, opens when controlling to be in the toilet and discharges urine from independent stool pot urine pipe 9, closes when flushing, avoids sewage to get into the urination pipe.
As for the toilet 20, a toilet having only one toilet discharge port 23 is conventionally widely used, and a water inlet 7 connected to a water supply pipe is additionally provided, and a urine discharge port 8 may be additionally provided independently or the toilet discharge port 23 may be branched. When the urine discharging port 8 is independently arranged, the water inlet 7 is connected with the water supply pipe and used for flushing the inner wall of the toilet, the lower end of the toilet excrement discharging port 23 is communicated with the toilet sewage discharging pipe 10, the lower end of the urine discharging port 8 is provided with the toilet urine discharging pipe 9, and the side wall of the urine discharging port 8 and the side wall of the toilet are hermetically provided with the normally closed two-way valve 26. The normally closed two-way valve 26 can be a solenoid valve, a motor valve or other normally closed two-way valve types, and is opened to discharge urine from the independent toilet urination pipe 9 when the toilet is in use and closed when the toilet is flushed, so that sewage is prevented from entering the urination pipe.
In general, a hand sink 1 is arranged in a toilet, the hand sink 1 is provided with a water inlet 7 and a water outlet 2, the water inlet 7 is communicated with a water supply pipe, the water outlet 2 is communicated with a water discharge pipe 4, the water discharge pipe 4 is provided with a water trap 3, the water trap automatically forms a water seal to prevent the odor of the sewage discharge pipe from returning, and the tail end of the water discharge pipe 4 is connected to a sewage discharge vertical pipe 13 through a toilet sewage discharge transverse pipe 19 after being converged with a toilet sewage discharge pipe 10 through a branch tee joint 11. The toilet urination pipe provided with the normally closed electric valve plays a role of a trap due to the sealing function of the electric valve, so that the toilet urination pipe 9 is a straight pipe without the trap, and the toilet urination pipe 9 is also a unique characteristic different from a blow-down pipe.
The system for collecting urine in public toilets and toilets in towns, which are widely used with water closets, is the same as or similar to the principle, structure and technical scheme.
