Abstract
The invention discloses a cloth automatic cutting device of a computerized flat knitting machine with a metering function, which comprises a cloth guiding device and a cutting device; the cloth guide device comprises a cloth guide belt, a rotating shaft and a metering motor, wherein the cloth guide belt is arranged on the rotating shaft and is close to a cloth outlet of the roller; the cutting device comprises a driving cylinder and a cloth cutting mechanism, wherein the controller comprises a digital signal processor, a power supply module, a communication module and two power amplification driving modules, and the two power amplification driving modules respectively provide electric energy for the metering motor and the heating device and comprise an input stage, an excitation stage and power output. The invention has the networking communication function, simple hardware structure, reasonable price, accurate measurement, good cutting quality and high working efficiency, and is suitable for various occasions of producing cloth by the computerized flat knitting machine.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile machinery, in particular to a cloth automatic cutting device of a computerized flat knitting machine with a metering function.
Background
With the wide application of electronic technology on flat knitting machines, new technology of computerized flat knitting machines is continuously emerging, which is represented by the following three aspects: (1) electronic needle selection technology: the perfect electronic needle selecting technology has the single needle selecting and three-needle knitting technologies, namely, each needle can be placed at three positions of loop forming, loop collecting or floating according to the pattern requirement and can be realized on a front needle bed and a rear needle bed. Further, the metering motor has a function of recording the number of turns, and a two-phase hybrid counting motor is adopted, and the model is LC57HS76.
Further, the metering motor and the heating device are respectively and electrically connected with the controller.
Still further, the controller includes digital signal processor, power module, communication module, power amplification drive module, the digital signal processor adopts TMS320L2812.

The automatic cloth cutting device of the computerized flat knitting machine with the metering function comprises a cloth guiding device and a cutting device as shown in fig. 1; the cloth guide device comprises a cloth guide belt 1, a rotating shaft 2 and a metering motor 3, wherein the cloth guide belt is arranged on the rotating shaft, is close to a cloth outlet of a roller 4, is horizontally arranged on a roller frame 5, and can be one or more, and the metering motor is arranged on the roller frame to provide power for the rotating shaft closest to the roller; the cutting device comprises a driving cylinder 6 and a cloth cutting mechanism, wherein the driving cylinder is two, the moving end 7 is fixedly connected with two ends of the cloth cutting mechanism respectively, the cloth cutting mechanism comprises a fixing seat 8, a heating device 9 arranged on the fixing seat, a cutting wire 10 connected with the heating device and a controller 11.

As shown in fig. 3, the input stage adopts a high-speed operational amplifier, so that the source-drain voltage VCE of the IGBT can automatically track the reference voltage through power driving of the gate of the IGBT. The excitation stage adopts a low-power tube, works in a class A state, loads a constant current source and provides stable bias voltage. The power output stage adopts two homopolar SiC transistors, namely the two transistors are NPN type transistors and are respectively matched with two low-power triodes with different polarities to form a push-pull amplifying circuit.
During the working process of the computerized flat knitting machine, cloth comes out from the roller 4 and reaches the cloth guide device, the metering motor 3 drives the rotating shaft 2 to rotate, the number of rotation turns is recorded, compressed air is stored, and the rotating shaft 2 drives the cloth guide belt 1 to move, so that the cloth is continuously conveyed.
When the number of revolutions of the metering motor 3 reaches a preset number of revolutions, the metering motor sends a signal to the controller 11, the controller 11 controls the heating device 9 to heat the cutting wire 10, meanwhile, the controller 11 opens the electromagnetic valve, so that compressed air enters the driving cylinder 6, and the driving cylinder 6 pushes the cutting wire 10 to a proper position, so that cloth is automatically cut off.
The controller 11 respectively sends the data to the main controller of the computerized flat knitting machine and the terminal or the mobile phone of the Internet of things to realize prompt. According to different requirements of cloth, production technology and the like, the rotating speed of the metering motor, the metering number of turns and the power of the heating device can be respectively set through a main controller of the computerized flat knitting machine.

Automatic cutting device of computerized flat knitting machine cloth with measurement function, its characterized in that: comprises a cloth guiding device and a cutting device; the cloth guide device comprises a cloth guide belt, a rotating shaft and a metering motor, wherein the cloth guide belt is arranged on the rotating shaft and is close to a cloth outlet of the roller; the cutting device comprises two driving cylinders and a cloth cutting mechanism, wherein the two driving cylinders are respectively and fixedly connected with two ends of the cloth cutting mechanism at the moving ends, the cloth cutting mechanism comprises a fixed seat, a heating device arranged on the fixed seat, a cutting wire connected with the heating device and a controller;
the metering motor and the heating device are respectively and electrically connected with the controller;
the metering motor has a function of recording the number of turns, and adopts a two-phase hybrid counting motor, and the model is LC57HS76;
