The strip-sticking sewing machine 1 is provided with an automatic chopping device and an induction probe 7 electrically connected with a controller, the automatic chopping device is used for chopping the cloth strips 4, the induction probe 7 induces the cloth and feeds back the cloth to the controller, when the induction probe 7 induces the cloth, the controller controls the automatic chopping device to stop, and when the induction probe 7 induces no cloth, the controller controls the automatic chopping device to act and chop the cloth strips 4.
The automatic chopping device comprises an air cylinder 16, a chopping cutter 17 connected to the front end of a piston rod of the air cylinder 16 and a chopping board 18 matched with the chopping cutter 17, wherein the chopping board 18 is installed on the strip attaching sewing machine 1 and is positioned at the lower side of the discharge end of the sewn cloth and cloth 4, the air cylinder 16 is installed on the strip attaching sewing machine 1 and is positioned at the upper side of the discharge end of the sewn cloth and cloth 4, and the induction probe 7 is installed on the strip attaching sewing machine 1. The position where the induction probe 7 is installed may have a certain distance from the chopping block 18, and at this time, if the cloth 4 is chopped immediately when no cloth is detected, the cloth is chopped, in this case, the distance between the detection point of the induction probe 7 and the chopping block 18 is measured, the delay time is calculated by combining the speed of cloth conveying, and the delay action of the air cylinder 16 is set on the controller, so that the chopping cutter 17 chops the cloth 4 without damaging the cloth.
After the cutting of the cloth strip 4, the cutting blade 17 and the cutting board 18 may have scraps attached thereto, which may affect the cutting blade 17 to cut the cloth strip 4. Therefore, according to the application, the air pipe 19 is further installed on the strip attaching sewing machine 1, the air pipe 19 can be installed on a housing, the housing is installed on the strip attaching sewing machine 1, the air pipe 19 is connected with an air source, the air pipe 19 is connected with an electromagnetic valve which is electrically connected with a controller, a plurality of air holes which are respectively opposite to the chopping block 18 and the chopping cutter 17 are formed in the pipe wall of the air pipe 19, when the controller controls the automatic chopping device to act and chop the cloth strips 4, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be opened for 1-3 seconds, the air pipe 19 blows the chopping block 18 and the chopping cutter 17 through the air holes (see arrows in fig. 3), and cloth scraps can be blown away.
According to the automatic cutting device, the strip attaching sewing machine 1 is provided with the automatic cutting device, the cloth strip 4 can be cut automatically under the control of the controller, manual operation is not needed, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile the labor cost is reduced. The workbench 5 and the conveying device on the workbench 5 are matched with the feeding device, after a process on the cloth strip attaching belt is completed, the cloth can be directly pushed to the feeding port of the strip attaching sewing machine 1 through the conveying device and the feeding device to sew the cloth strips 4, the cloth strips 4 are automatically cut off, and the cloth is conveyed to the next process through the conveying device, so that the strip attaching process and other processes form a continuous flow operation mode, the clothes production efficiency is improved, and the labor is saved.
