The invention relates to the field of fabric hemming equipment, in particular to a quilt hemming machine.
Background
Overedger is a type of sewing equipment used to accomplish overlocking during the production of fabric products. In the taping industry, after cutting, the material at the edge seam of the cut fabric is scattered or warped due to the relatively high hardness, so that taping or taping is required, and the main purpose is to prevent the edge of the cut piece from scattering and falling off and also to play an attractive role. In the existing production process of the overedger, the common operation flow is mostly manual or the edge of a fixed route, and then other processing is carried out on the overedger, but the manual processing efficiency is low, the product quality is not guaranteed, the fatigue strength of operators can be aggravated by long-time operation, the production efficiency is low, the quality of the product is not guaranteed, the production cost is greatly improved, the popularization and the application in a large range are not facilitated, and the market demand can not be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problems of providing a quilt overedger, solving the problem of integral edge wrapping of a quilt and the problems of adjusting trademark feeding and synchronous sewing of edge wrapping belt feeding according to the shape of a product in the edge wrapping process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that the quilt overedger comprises a label feeding mechanism, a label conveying mechanism, a wrapping belt feeding and folding ending mechanism, a sewing machine structure, a fabric conveying mechanism and a corner mechanism; the fabric conveying mechanism at least comprises a conveying flat belt; the corner mechanism is arranged on the conveying flat belt; the corner mechanism at least comprises a right-angle profile frame formed by splicing three profile frames; the corner end of the section bar frame is connected to a steering shaft arranged on a vertical shaft; a steering shaft driven by power; the section bar frame is also provided with a section bar rod vertically pushed by pneumatic power in a telescopic way; the conveying flat belt is also provided with a label conveying mechanism, a wrapping belt conveying and folding ending mechanism and a sewing machine structure; the label feeding mechanism at least comprises a label clamping hand for clamping and conveying labels; the label conveying mechanism at least comprises a guide platform for rolling trademark; the wrapping band feeding, folding and ending mechanism at least comprises a pull cylinder and a diagonal sharp angle knife for trimming the wrapping band; the sewing machine structure comprises a trimming component arranged at the needle plate and the needle of the sewing machine; the trimming assembly comprises at least a trimming knife for cutting the fabric.
Preferably, the label feeding mechanism comprises a label feeding machine, a feeding arm, a rotating arm and a label clamping hand; the feeding arm is arranged at one side of the label feeding machine; the feeding arm pushes the rotating arm; the rotating arm is provided with a label clamping hand; the label clamping hand comprises: a first component for clamping a trademark, a second component for clamping the trademark, and a third component for smoothening the trademark; the first component, the second component and the third component are all pneumatic clamping structures; the first component, the second component and the third component are arranged side by side; the output end of the rotating arm is provided with an air cylinder connecting piece; the air cylinder connecting piece is fixedly provided with a mark taking air cylinder; the label taking cylinder pushes the first component and the second component which are connected and fixedly connected together; the stroking cylinder is fixedly connected with the third component; the piston rod of the stroking cylinder acts on the first component, and the stroking cylinder pushes the third component to move in parallel relative to the first component and the second component in the side-by-side direction.
Preferably, the label conveying mechanism comprises a first label guiding platform, a second label guiding platform and a sewing machine; the second mark guiding platform is horizontally arranged and passes under the machine head of the sewing machine; the first standard guide platform is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the second standard guide platform; the label feeding machine is arranged at the beginning of the second label guiding platform; the label feeding machine at least comprises a pneumatic clamping jaw; an upper belt linked with an upper wheel set is arranged on the upper side of the first mark guide platform; the upper belt is rolled along the feeding direction of the sewing machine; the upper wheel set connecting plate for fixing the upper belt and the rollers thereof is driven by a vertical telescopic cylinder; a lower belt is arranged at the second mark guiding platform; the lower belt and the upper belt are arranged in the same direction; the lower belt is in linkage fit by a lower wheel group; the upper wheel set and the lower wheel set are driven by the same servo motor; a linkage block is arranged in the lower wheel group; the linkage block is positioned at the starting position of the lower wheel set; one end of the linkage block is fixed, and the other end of the linkage block is provided with a driven wheel matched with the lower belt; and the linkage block is also connected with a telescopic cylinder, and the telescopic cylinder pushes the linkage block to drive the driven wheel to rotate around a fixed point of the driven wheel.

The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the quilt hemming machine solves the problem of integral hemming of a quilt and the problem of synchronous sewing of trademark feeding and hemming belt feeding according to the shape of a product in the hemming process.

Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings so that the advantages and features of the present invention can be more easily understood by those skilled in the art, thereby making clear and defining the scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 10, an embodiment of the present invention includes:
a quilt overedger, comprising: the automatic label feeding device comprises a label feeding mechanism 1, a label conveying mechanism 2, a wrapping tape feeding and folding ending mechanism 3, a sewing machine structure 4, a fabric conveying mechanism 7 and a corner mechanism 5. The fabric conveying mechanism at least comprises a conveying flat belt 77, and the label conveying mechanism, the wrapping belt conveying and folding ending mechanism and the electric cabinet 6 are all arranged on the same side of the conveying flat belt. The fabric conveying mechanism further comprises a second servo motor 71, a second speed reducer 72, a first chain wheel 73, a chain 74, a second chain wheel 75, a driving roller 76, a conveying flat belt 77 and a driven roller 78. The driving roller 76 and the driven roller 78 support a conveying flat belt 77. The end of the driving roller 76 is also sleeved with a second sprocket, the second servo motor 71 and the second speed reducer 72 are both fixed on the lower side of the conveying flat belt 77, the output end of the second speed reducer 72 is sleeved with a first sprocket 73, and the first sprocket 73 and the second sprocket 75 are driven by a chain 74.
The corner mechanism 5 is arranged on the conveying flat belt, and the corner mechanism 5 at least comprises a right-angle profile frame 58 formed by splicing three profile frames. The section bar frame 58 is divided into three section bar units, the three section bar units are fixed in a head end connecting mode, and a section bar frame connecting plate is arranged at the connecting position. The included angle between two connected section units is 45 degrees, and each section unit comprises a main section bar and a section bar rod. The profile frame connection at the corner end of the profile frame is connected to a steering shaft 55 arranged on a vertical shaft, which steering shaft is driven by power. The steering shaft 55 is linked to the first speed reducer 54, and the first speed reducer 54 is in turn connected to the first servo motor 53. The first speed reducer 54 and the first servo motor 53 are both fixed to a mounting plate 52, and the mounting plate 52 is fixed to the equipment rack by a corner mechanism fixing plate. The main section bar is also provided with a pushing air cylinder 57 which is vertically pushed by pneumatic power in a telescopic way, a piston rod of the pushing air cylinder 57 is connected with a section bar rod, and the pushing air cylinder pushes the section bar rod to lift in a horizontal posture.
The label feeding mechanism 1 comprises a label feeding machine, a feeding arm, a rotating arm and a label clamping hand; the feeding arm is arranged at one side of the label feeding machine; the feeding arm pushes the rotating arm; the rotating arm is provided with a label clamping hand; the mark clamping hand comprises: a first component for clamping a trademark, a second component for clamping the trademark, and a third component for smoothening the trademark; the first component, the second component and the third component are all pneumatic clamping structures; the first component, the second component and the third component are arranged side by side; the output end of the rotating arm is provided with an air cylinder connecting piece; the air cylinder connecting piece is fixedly provided with a mark taking air cylinder; the label taking cylinder pushes the first component and the second component which are connected and fixedly connected together; the stroking cylinder is fixedly connected with the third component; the piston rod of the stroking cylinder acts on the first component, and the stroking cylinder pushes the third component to move in parallel relative to the first component and the second component in the side-by-side direction.
The label conveying mechanism 2 comprises a first label guiding platform, a second label guiding platform and a sewing machine; the second mark guiding platform is horizontally arranged and passes under the machine head of the sewing machine; the first standard guide platform is horizontally arranged on the upper side of the second standard guide platform; a label feeding machine is arranged at the beginning of the second label guiding platform; the label feeding machine at least comprises a pneumatic clamping jaw; an upper belt linked with an upper wheel set is arranged on the upper side of the first mark guide platform; the upper belt is rolled along the feeding direction of the sewing machine; the upper wheel set connecting plate for fixing the upper belt and the rollers thereof is driven by a vertical telescopic cylinder; a lower belt is arranged at the second mark guiding platform; the lower belt and the upper belt are arranged in the same direction; the lower belt is in linkage fit by a lower wheel group; the upper wheel set and the lower wheel set are driven by the same servo motor; a linkage block is arranged in the lower wheel group; the linkage block is positioned at the starting position of the lower wheel set; one end of the linkage block is fixed, and the other end of the linkage block is provided with a driven wheel matched with the lower belt; the linkage block is also connected with a telescopic cylinder, and the telescopic cylinder pushes the linkage block to drive the driven wheel to rotate around a fixed point of the driven wheel.
The wrapping belt feeding, folding and ending mechanism 3 comprises a pull cylinder, a guide nozzle, a shearing cutter, an oblique sharp angle cutter and a main supporting plate; the guide nozzle and the pull cylinder are in butt joint in sequence; the inlet of the guide nozzle is provided with a wrapping belt upper cover plate for guiding; the shearing knife is arranged between the upper cover plate of the wrapping belt and the inlet of the guide nozzle; rubber heads for pushing the wrapping tape are arranged on the guiding and pulling cylinders of the upper cover plate of the wrapping tape, and the rubber heads are pushed and pulled by corresponding cylinders; the feeding end of the upper cover plate of the wrapping belt is also provided with a bevel angle cutter for forming the tail part of the wrapping belt; a binding guide plate is arranged between the guide nozzle and the pull cylinder; a vertical needle which is vertically lifted is arranged on the upper side of the wrapping belt guide plate; the vertical needle is driven by pneumatic power to press down the wrapping belt; the pull cylinder and the upper cover plate of the wrapping belt are both matched with slot holes for feeding and guiding in the guide direction; a feeding cylinder which feeds in the same direction as the wrapping belt is matched at the slot hole; the main support plate is also provided with an air cylinder for moving the interval between the wrapping belt guide plate and the guide nozzle; one side of the oblique sharp angle knife is also provided with a broken cloth absorbing cover.
The sewing machine structure 4 comprises a sewing machine 42, a fabric trimming assembly 41 and a machine head power 43, wherein the trimming assembly is arranged at a needle plate and a needle of the sewing machine. The fabric trim assembly 41 includes a trim panel disposed at the sewing head: trimming scissors and material blocking pieces; the trimming blade comprises a trimming upper blade and a trimming lower blade; the trimming upper knife is arranged at the inner side of the presser foot of the sewing machine head through an upper knife fixing piece; a needle plate is also matched below the presser foot; the trimming lower knife is fixed at the edge of the needle plate and is opposite to the trimming upper knife; the needle plate is provided with front teeth perpendicular to the wiring direction; the trimming upper knife is provided with a protruding transverse blade, and the transverse blade cuts off the edge wrapping strip; the length of the transverse blade is greater than the width of the edge covering strip; the upper cutter fixing piece is provided with a vertical chute matched with the trimming upper cutter; the width of the needle plate is larger than that of the edge covering strip; the length of the front teeth is greater than the width of the edging strip.
Meanwhile, a corner in-place switch 9, a fabric induction switch 10, a corner switch 11 and a needle lifting switch 12 are also arranged at the edge of the conveying flat belt 77. After the start, the wrapping belt feeding, folding and ending mechanism automatically feeds the wrapping belt to the draw tube mouth, meanwhile, the quilt 8 can be horizontally placed by the edge, the fabric induction switch 10 senses the fabric, the second servo motor starts to drive the conveying flat belt to roll and the upper wheel group of the label conveying mechanism presses down and continues to convey the fabric to the needle lifting position, and the sewing machine starts to sew. When the corner induction switch 9 has no signal, the first servo motor is started, and the corner mechanism rotates the fabric by 90 degrees. In the corner process, the structural edge of the sewing machine is used for sewing and cutting the fabric, so that the fabric fillet is ensured to be perfect. Meanwhile, when the label is needed to be marked, the label feeding mechanism and the label conveying mechanism are matched to feed the label to the machine head for sewing. Finally, the wrapping belt is sent to the folding and ending mechanism to carry out tail treatment of the wrapping belt, and then the sewing machine is started again to carry out ending sewing on the fabric.
