本发明公开了一种变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊,包括辊筒、两个辊轴、两个连接轴套;连接轴套是由小端、大端连成的阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;连接轴套法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,辊筒两端止口孔设有内螺纹,辊筒两端止口孔与连接轴套法兰盘螺纹连接;连接轴套小端套装在辊轴端部,并固定连接;以辊筒轴向对称中心线为分界线,在分界线两侧辊筒表面设有相反旋向的螺旋槽;螺旋槽从分界线向两侧螺距越来越大;进一步改进在于:螺旋槽的底部为圆弧形;连接轴套小端与辊轴端部连接处设有1个以上防松螺钉,防松螺钉螺纹连接并径向贯穿连接轴套小端孔壁,插入辊轴端部。本发明辊筒、辊轴组装或拆开方便快捷,使用时,彻底解决辊子表面形成结瘤问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌技术领域,尤其是一种热镀锌装置上的沉没辊。
背景技术
沉没辊为热镀锌线上的重要设备之一,其材质为不锈钢,在生产时需要将沉没辊整体沉浸在熔化的锌液中,并且在镀锌板的拖动下随之旋转。在镀锌过程中,铝、铁、锌合金元素会附着在辊面上,形成不均匀的结瘤,即粘渣;另外,辊子运转过程中锌液会经常会堆积在辊子中间,不流动的锌液与辊子发生接触,也同样产生锌铁合金附着于辊子表面。上述现象随时间的推移而加重,使带钢产生拱包、凸起,从而严重影响镀锌板的产品质量。这种情况下,不得不频繁更换粘渣的沉没辊,而影响生产,增加劳动强度,也造成资源浪费。为解决上述问题,现有技术的沉没辊以辊筒轴向对称中心线为分界线,在分界线两侧辊筒表面设有相反旋向的螺旋槽,使铝锌铁合金元素在沉没辊旋转作用下自动进入螺旋槽内,再沿螺旋槽的螺旋方向送至辊子两端,减少铝锌铁合金元素在辊子表面形成结瘤,这样,可提高产品质量,减少劳动强度,节约资源。但现有技术的沉没辊也存在一定的缺陷:由于螺旋槽为等螺距螺旋槽,铝锌铁合金元素在螺旋槽流动时流动速度基本一致,越往两侧流动时阻力越大,因此造成流动不畅,少部分在辊子表面形成结瘤,影响产品质量,增加劳动强度,并造成资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种使铝锌铁合金元素在螺旋槽流动畅通,彻底解决辊子表面形成结瘤问题的变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊,包括辊筒、两个辊轴、两个连接轴套;所述连接轴套是由小端、大端连成的阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;所述连接轴套小端套装在辊轴端部,并固定连接;以所述辊筒轴向对称中心线为分界线,在分界线两侧辊筒表面设有相反旋向的螺旋槽;其改进之处在于:所述连接轴套法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,所述辊筒两端止口孔设有内螺纹,所述辊筒两端止口孔与连接轴套法兰盘螺纹连接;所述螺旋槽从分界线向两侧螺距越来越大。
上述结构中,所述螺旋槽的底部为圆弧形。
上述结构中,所述连接轴套小端与辊轴端部连接处设有1个以上防松螺钉,所述防松螺钉螺纹连接并径向贯穿连接轴套小端孔壁,插入辊轴端部。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、辊筒、连接轴套通过螺纹连接,辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开方便快捷,显著提高辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开效率。
2、螺旋槽从分界线向两侧螺距越来越大,这样铝锌铁合金元素在螺旋槽流动时流动阻力越来越小,流动畅通,彻底解决辊子表面形成结瘤问题。
3、螺旋槽的底部为圆弧形,可取得更好的输送效果。
4、连接轴套小端与辊轴端部连接处设有1个以上防松螺钉,防止连接轴套、辊轴端部连接处产生松动,与防松螺钉Ⅰ组成双重防松结构。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊,包括辊筒1、两个辊轴2、两个连接轴套3;连接轴套3是由小端、大端连成的阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,辊筒1两端止口孔设有内螺纹,辊筒1两端止口孔与连接轴套3法兰盘螺纹连接;连接轴套3小端套装在辊轴2端部,并固定连接;以辊筒1轴向对称中心线为分界线,在分界线两侧辊筒1表面设有相反旋向的螺旋槽1.1;螺旋槽1.1从分界线向两侧螺距越来越大,螺旋槽1.1的底部为圆弧形。
连接轴套3小端与辊轴2端部连接处设有1个(其他实施例多于1个)防松螺钉4,防松螺钉4螺纹连接并径向贯穿连接轴套3小端孔壁,插入辊轴2端部。

1.一种变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊,包括辊筒(1)、两个辊轴(2)、两个连接轴套(3);所述连接轴套(3)是由小端、大端连成的阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒(1)两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套(3)法兰盘上,并固定连接;所述连接轴套(3)小端套装在辊轴(2)端部,并固定连接;以所述辊筒(1)轴向对称中心线为分界线,在分界线两侧辊筒(1)表面设有相反旋向的螺旋槽(1.1);其特征在于:所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,所述辊筒(1)两端止口孔设有内螺纹,所述辊筒(1)两端止口孔与连接轴套(3)法兰盘螺纹连接;所述螺旋槽(1.1)从分界线向两侧螺距越来越大。
2.根据权利要求1所述的变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊,其特征在于:所述螺旋槽(1.1)的底部为圆弧形。
3.根据权利要求2所述的变螺距螺旋槽沉没辊,其特征在于:所述连接轴套(3)小端与辊轴(2)端部连接处设有1个以上防松螺钉(4),所述防松螺钉(4)螺纹连接并径向贯穿连接轴套(3)小端孔壁,插入辊轴(2)端部。
