Abstract
本发明公开了一种杀菌清洁剂,属于消毒技术领域。本发明的杀菌清洁剂包括椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、N,N‑二乙酸‑谷氨酸、十二硫基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、表面活性剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、双氧水、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐、甲基纤维素、PET载体和防粘剂。本发明所述清洁剂,通过PET载体的粘度使得本发明所述清洁剂的具有粘度,同时本发明所述清洁剂内加入了甲基纤维素来保持流动性,防粘剂让其的粘度既能将污垢带走,又不至于太过粘稠导致清洁剂不易清洁。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种杀菌清洁剂。
背景技术
清洁剂种类繁多,主要包括无机清洁剂和有机清洁剂两大类。无机清洁剂和有机清洁剂的区别,简单而言,无机清洁剂就是不含碳的化合物制成的清洁剂,而有机清洁剂是含碳的化合物制成的清洁剂。清洁剂的分类方法也很多,各国都不尽相同,我们通常分成水系,半水系、非水系清洁剂三大类。
其中就水系清洁剂而言,水是最重要的清洁剂,有着其它任何清洁剂无法替代的作用和地位。普通的水很容易从自然界中得到,水有很强的溶解力和分散力。但是水的表面张力大。在使用中需要添加表面活性剂,以减小表面张力,增加表面湿润性。在一般工业清洗中,酸,碱和水的配合比较常见,有些金属用水洗要加入防锈剂;在精密和超精密工业清洗中。大部分要求将水制成纯净水。通常以电阻率来衡量水纯度。近几年,我国部分地区严重缺水,对清洗用水提出了挑战。有的城市已经严禁用普通水洗车,而只能使用回收的中水,或者雾化水的节水设备。在精密工业清洗中,制备纯水费用昂贵。水洗必然要加热和烘干。增加很多漂洗工位。耗能大,运行成本通常比溶剂洗要高;另外,以往大量的含有化学活性剂和污垢的废水未经处理就直接排放。有些还挟带了毒性很大的重金属,严重地污染了环境,必须增加污水处理设施。非水系清洁剂是指不溶于水的有机溶剂。精密工业清洗使用的非水系清洁剂主要是烃类、氯代烃,氟代烃。溴代烃。醇类。有机硅油、萜烯等有机溶剂。
国家知识产权局于2015年10月21日公开了申请号为CN201510317631.0,名称为一种清洁剂及其清洁方法的发明专利,公开了一种清洁剂及其清洁方法,该清洁剂以质量份计含有以下成分:树脂固化物20~50份、混合溶剂30~70份、发泡剂5~10份、杀菌剂1-5份;所述树脂固化物为高交联的聚四氟乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂;所述混合溶剂由水、乙醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃、异丙醇组成;所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或松香皂类。本发明提供的清洁剂及其清洁方法能够更好更迅速彻底清除地砖、大理石、玻璃、金属等表面的黏胶、油污等难除性污染物,能够减少清洁的用量,还能避免硬质摩擦物对污染物表面的磨损,不损砖面。
上述现有技术存在以下问题:能够进行清理,但是该清洁剂在待清洁物品的表面较为粘稠,不便于清洁该清洁剂的残留。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种杀菌清洁剂,既能够对需要清洁的物品表面进行清理,该清洁剂的残留也很容易清洁。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种杀菌清洁剂,包括以下组分:
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺10-20份,
N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸2-10份,
十二硫基硫酸钠1-8份,
硫酸钠2-10份,
表面活性剂 50-60份,
烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-10份,
双氧水30-60份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐2-30份,
甲基纤维素1-10份,
PET载体40-50份,
防粘剂0.5-1份。
优选地,本发明所述N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸、十二硫基硫酸钠和硫酸钠比例为2:1:1。
优选地,本发明所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯或者蔗糖酯。
优选地,本发明所述双氧水的浓度为27.5-35%。
优选地,本发明所述PET载体为纤维级PET粉料粉料,其熔点为255-265℃,水分含量≤0.1%,细度为20-30目。
优选地,本发明所述防粘剂为PPA,每份所述PPA包括氟树脂0.05份,载体甲 0.5-0.8份,载体乙0.2-0.4份,硬脂酸盐0.05份。
优选地,本发明所述甲基纤维素的平均粒径为0.20-0.22μm。
本发明带来的有益效果为:

PET载体40-50份,
防粘剂0.5-1份。
2.如权利要求1所述的杀菌清洁剂,其特征在于:所述N,N-二乙酸-谷氨酸、十二硫基硫酸钠和硫酸钠比例为2:1:1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的杀菌清洁剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯或者蔗糖酯。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的杀菌清洁剂,其特征在于:所述双氧水的浓度为27.5-35%。
5.如权利要求1所述的杀菌清洁剂,其特征在于:所述PET载体为纤维级PET粉料粉料,其熔点为255-265℃,水分含量≤0.1%,细度为20-30目。
6.如权利要求1所述的杀菌清洁剂,其特征在于:所述防粘剂为PPA,每份所述PPA包括氟树脂0.05份,载体甲 0.5-0.8份,载体乙0.2-0.4份,硬脂酸盐0.05份。
