Abstract

本发明公开了一种甲醛处理清洁剂,属于消毒技术领域。本发明的甲醛处理清洁剂包括绿矾、氢氧化钠、浓硫酸、硫酸钠、表面活性剂、双氧水、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐。本发明所述清洁剂,通过PET载体的粘度使得本发明所述清洁剂的具有粘度,同时本发明所述清洁剂内加入了甲基纤维素来保持流动性,防粘剂让其的粘度既能将污垢带走,又不至于太过粘稠导致清洁剂不易清洁。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒技术领域,具体涉及一种甲醛处理清洁剂。
背景技术
清洁剂种类繁多,主要包括无机清洁剂和有机清洁剂两大类。无机清洁剂和有机清洁剂的区别,简单而言,无机清洁剂就是不含碳的化合物制成的清洁剂,而有机清洁剂是含碳的化合物制成的清洁剂。清洁剂的分类方法也很多,各国都不尽相同,我们通常分成水系,半水系、非水系清洁剂三大类。
国家知识产权局于2015年10月21日公开了申请号为CN201510317631.0,名称为一种清洁剂及其清洁方法的发明专利,公开了一种清洁剂及其清洁方法,该清洁剂以质量份计含有以下成分:树脂固化物20~50份、混合溶剂30~70份、发泡剂5~10份、杀菌剂1-5份;所述树脂固化物为高交联的聚四氟乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚丙烯酸树脂或环氧树脂;所述混合溶剂由水、乙醇、丙酮、四氢呋喃、异丙醇组成;所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠或松香皂类。本发明提供的清洁剂及其清洁方法能够更好更迅速彻底清除地砖、大理石、玻璃、金属等表面的黏胶、油污等难除性污染物,能够减少清洁的用量,还能避免硬质摩擦物对污染物表面的磨损,不损砖面。
上述现有技术存在以下问题:现有中装修中甲醛含量大,急需对甲醛进行处理,需要针对性的对甲醛进行处理的清洁剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提出了一种甲醛处理清洁剂,能够针对性的对甲醛残留进行处理。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种甲醛处理清洁剂,包括以下组分:
绿矾10-20份,
氢氧化钠2-10份,
浓硫酸1-8份,
硫酸钠2-10份,
表面活性剂 50-60份,
双氧水30-60份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐2-30份。
优选地,本发明所述氢氧化钠、浓硫酸和硫酸钠比例为2:1:1。
优选地,本发明所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯或者蔗糖酯。
优选地,本发明所述双氧水的浓度为18.5-22.5%。
优选地,本发明所述绿矾的平均粒径为0.20-0.22μm。
优选地,本发明所述双氧水占所有组分的重质量的至少35-45%.
优选地,本发明包括以下组分:
绿矾15份,
氢氧化钠5份,
浓硫酸5份,
硫酸钠5份,
表面活性剂 50份,
双氧水40份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐25份。
本发明带来的有益效果为:
本发明所述清洁剂,通过绿矾、氢氧化钠、浓硫酸制备出清洁甲醛的制剂,能够对甲醛残留进行清洁,使得甲醛溶解在该清洁剂中,同时还可以对待清洁物表面作进一步常规污垢的清洁,能够广泛应用于对甲醛尤其是装修后的甲醛残留的清洁。

绿矾15份,

绿矾15份,
氢氧化钠8份,
浓硫酸5份,

双氧水40份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐20份。
优选地,本发明所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯或者蔗糖酯。

绿矾12份,
氢氧化钠8份,
浓硫酸4份,
硫酸钠3份,
表面活性剂 52份,
双氧水32份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐17份。
优选地,本发明所述双氧水的浓度为18.5-22.5%。
优选地,本发明所述绿矾的平均粒径为0.20-0.22μm。

浓硫酸6份,
硫酸钠5份,
表面活性剂 55份,
双氧水35份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐28份。
优选地,本发明所述双氧水的浓度为18.5-22.5%。
优选地,本发明所述绿矾的平均粒径为0.20-0.22μm。

绿矾10-20份,
氢氧化钠2-10份,
浓硫酸1-8份,
硫酸钠2-10份,
表面活性剂 50-60份,
双氧水30-60份,
聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐2-30份。
2.如权利要求1所述的甲醛处理清洁剂,其特征在于:优选地,本发明所述氢氧化钠、浓硫酸和硫酸钠比例为2:1:1。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的甲醛处理清洁剂,其特征在于:所述表面活性剂为脂肪酸山梨坦、聚山梨酯或者蔗糖酯。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的甲醛处理清洁剂,其特征在于:所述双氧水的浓度为18.5-22.5%。
