技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,尤其涉及一种耐高温防腐蚀铝合金涂料。
背景技术
铝合金因其质量轻以及密度小等优点被人们广泛应用于各个领域中,且在医疗以及航天等领域中的使用量也在日渐增加,在铝合金的制备过程中,需要在铝合金表面涂覆一层涂料,从而达到保护铝合金的目的,但是现有的涂料因材质选择不合理等问题,在强酸碱的环境下很容易出现被腐蚀的情况,不利于人们的使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐高温防腐蚀铝合金涂料。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种耐高温防腐蚀铝合金涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述膨润土5-15份、酚醛树脂6-18份、工业碱2-18份、改性粘土4-18份、氧化铝2-8份、碳化硅1-7份、水玻璃4-18份、硅粉4-18份、乙醇2-12份、紫砂泥1-11份、润滑剂1-11份、去离子水5-15份、海藻酸钠3-11份。
上述的一种耐高温防腐蚀铝合金涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述膨润土5-13份、酚醛树脂6-16份、工业碱2-16份、改性粘土4-16份、氧化铝2-6份、碳化硅1-5份、水玻璃4-16份、硅粉4-16份、乙醇2-10份、紫砂泥1-9份、润滑剂1-9份、去离子水5-13份、海藻酸钠3-9份。
上述的一种耐高温防腐蚀铝合金涂料,由以下按照重量份数的原料组成:所述膨润土10份、酚醛树脂12份、工业碱10份、改性粘土11份、氧化铝5份、碳化硅4份、水玻璃11份、硅粉11份、乙醇7份、紫砂泥6份、润滑剂6份、去离子水10份、海藻酸钠7份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有耐高温效果好以及耐酸碱等优点,在强酸强碱的环境下也不会出现被腐蚀的情况,延长了铝合金的使用寿命,方便了人们的使用。

本发明具有耐高温效果好以及耐酸碱等优点,在强酸强碱的环境下也不会出现被腐蚀的情况,延长了铝合金的使用寿命,方便了人们的使用。
