Abstract
The invention discloses a transition device for a feed module of a segmented continuous ground power supply system of an electric vehicle. When any power supply unit is in a power supply state, the transition unit is also in the power supply state, so that the length of the slide bar of the vehicle current collector only needs to span the distance between the power supply unit and the transition unit, and the length can be greatly shortened; when the two power supply units are in the power-off state, the transition unit is grounded through the resistor, so that the safety is ensured.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of electric vehicle power supply, and particularly relates to a feed module transition device of an electric vehicle segmented continuous ground power supply system.
Background
The segmented continuous ground power supply system of the electric vehicle in the prior art adopts a modular power feeding scheme. When the vehicle approaches, the conductor element of the module is disconnected from the ground potential by means of the action of a magnetic pickup device on the vehicle, and the positive feeder is connected with the conductor element of the module; when the vehicle moves away, the magnetic pickup device on the vehicle is lost, the positive feeder is disconnected from the conductor element of the module, and the conductor element of the module is restored to the ground potential. A transition unit which does not participate in power supply is arranged between the modules, so that space is provided for the installation of the flexible contact belt connecting piece inside the modules. Due to the transition unit, the slide bar of the vehicle current collector must have a sufficient length to ensure continuity of the power supply. And the overlong slide bar can increase the abrasion to the feed module and increase the operation cost.

The present invention is directed to overcome the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, and to provide a transition device for a feeding module of a sectionally continuous ground power supply system of an electric vehicle.
The purpose of the invention is realized as follows: a transition device of a feed module of a segmented continuous ground power supply system of an electric vehicle comprises two power supply units positioned at the end parts of adjacent modules, wherein a transition unit is positioned between the two power supply units.
According to the technical scheme, when any power supply unit is in a power supply state, the transition unit is also in the power supply state, so that the length of the slide bar of the vehicle current collector only needs to span the distance between the power supply unit and the transition unit, and therefore the length can be greatly shortened; when the two power supply units are in the power-off state, the transition unit is grounded through the resistor, so that the safety is ensured.

The transition device of the feed module of the segmented continuous ground power supply system of the electric vehicle comprises two power supply units 1 and 2 positioned at the end parts of adjacent modules, wherein the transition unit is positioned between the two power supply units, a diode connected with a resistor in parallel is arranged between each power supply unit and the transition unit, the positive end of the diode is connected with a conductor element of the power supply unit, and the negative end of the diode is connected with a conductor element of the transition unit.
When a current collector current collection instruction exists, the positive contact of the power supply unit is closed, the negative contact is opened, the bus current is led into the outer surface steel plate of the power supply unit, and the current collector contacted with the bus current obtains the current; when no current collector current collection instruction exists, the positive contact of the power supply unit is disconnected, the negative contact of the power supply unit is closed, the current collection steel plate is connected with the negative pole of the power supply, and the surface of the steel plate is uncharged. The diodes D1, D2 ensure that the transition unit is charged when either of the power supply units 1, 2 is outputting power. When the two power supply units are not electrified, the outer surfaces of the power supply units are connected with the negative electrode through resistors connected with the diodes in parallel, and safety is guaranteed.

The transition device comprises two power supply units positioned at the end parts of adjacent modules, wherein the transition unit is positioned between the two power supply units, and is characterized in that a diode connected with a resistor in parallel is arranged between each power supply unit and the transition unit, the positive end of the diode is connected with a conductor element of the power supply unit, the negative end of the diode is connected with a conductor element of the transition unit, and when any power supply unit is in a power supply state, the transition unit which does not participate in power supply originally is also in the power supply state, so that the length of a slide bar of a vehicle current collector only needs to span the distance between the power supply unit and the transition unit, and the shortening of the slide bar is realized.
