Abstract

本发明公开了一种可便于解开的用于连接服装 用品上的带子、绳子皮带的带子搭扣。该搭扣由基 件、带子连接环和滑块组成。基件有一上框板和下框 板,在它们中间限定出供滑块移动的导槽。滑块在位 于基件下表面之上的侧面折边的下缘有导轨。弹性 钩是从基部下框板整体延伸出来而成的,通过弹性钩 与滑块上交错的脊槽形式,可以可脱解的与滑块相接 合。

Description

本发明涉及一种带子搭扣,用于便于解开地连接诸如包、口袋、运动装之类服装用品上的带子、绳子或皮带。
众所周知,用于可解开地连接附于包或其它服装用品上的细长带子或皮带两端的系紧件有很多,日本专利公报第62-39285号公开了与本发明提出的改进有关的此类系紧件中的一个典型例子。它提出使用一种以塑料弹性钩形式来连接手提包、袋之类上连接环的系紧件。弹性钩由基件和滑块组成,基件的一端,是一向后翻卷的钩子部分,其另一端是一有弹性的平板状榫舌,滑块可沿该榫舌上部在钩子脱开位置与钩子合拢位置之间移动。正常情况下,榫舌的弹性力将滑块件推向钩子来合拢弹性钩,而穿戴者则用手指克服榫舌的张力使滑块回移,离开钩子来脱开弹性钩。由于滑块设计成往复运动时,其下层部分外壁面凸出于基件下表面,滑块与基件连接在一起处的那部分弹性钩变得不适宜地又厚又大,使得整个结构很难看,在弹性钩用于妇女肩挎包或类似服饰件时尤为不利,现有结构的另一缺点是,由于平板状榫舌对滑块施加一相对较强的弹性力来推动滑块与钩弹性接合,因此,要用较大的指力将滑块后移,离开弹性钩,形成用于插入包袋连接环的空隙。
本发明试图提供一种带子搭扣,其所具有的结构特点会消除或部分克服现有技术中的上述缺点,并且,相对而言,结构简单,使用可靠。
更具体地说,本发明试图提供一种由滑块和弹性钩构成的带子搭扣。它仅需相对较小的力将滑块移离弹性钩,并且结构外形相对较低,从而使产品外形更吸引人。
更进一步,本发明试图提供一种由滑块和弹性钩组成的带子搭扣,它含有能克服扭转应力确保滑块和弹性钩可靠地处于相互接合状态的装置。
由下述详细说明结合用一最佳实施例来举例说明的附图,可以更好地理解本发明上述及其它的一些目的和特征。
根据本发明提供的带子搭扣组成如下:一基件,在其彼此互相隔开的上框板与下框板之间构成了一导引腔室,上框板开有一对槽,一对悬臂式弹性片可弹性变形地支承于槽内;一与基件的一端相连,用于容纳和保持带子未固定端的带子连接环;一与基件另一端相连并从下框板整体延伸出来的弹性钩;一具有一基板的滑块,基板带有侧面折边,包括位于基件下层表面之上并可在导引腔室中滑动的向内折成的导轨;一沿两侧面折边中心线从基板整体延伸出,且与弹性钩可脱开接合的凸台部分,以及,一对彼此分开并向凸台部分方向岔开,适宜于与弹性片接合的接合筋。

图4是一组成该带子搭扣的构件,滑块的仰视图;

图8所示为该带子搭扣与带子另一端上的连接件相连时的俯视图;

在所有上述各视图中,相同参考号数指的是相同或相应的部分。
现参考图各附图,特别是图1,图中示出的带子搭扣10基本上由一支承基件11,一与基件11的一端相连的带子连接环12和一可滑动地装在基件11上的滑块件13所组成,所有这些构件由合适的塑性材料构成,从而确保其工作部分能承受下文所述的弹性变形。
基件11的形状为一矩形框,有彼此分开,相互平行的一上框板14和一下框板15,其间限定出一导引槽16,该槽由沿基件11中心线纵向延伸,并连接着上下框板14、15的间隔壁17均分成完全相同的二部分(图3)。
一连接杆18由基部11的一端整体横向延伸而成,带有一横向销19,微凸于杆18的两端。
带子连接环12有一对由横杆21在一端相连的臂20,20,而在相对的另一端做有孔22,22,用于可转动地容纳杆18上的销19。横杆21与杆18彼此分开,平行延伸,限定出狭长的横向槽23,用于容纳和保持带子或皮带S的一个放松端(见图8)。
在远离连接杆18的基部11另一端处制成一弹性榫舌24,它从基部11的下框板15整体延伸出来,在一高于导引槽16的层面上向回翻卷而形成的一钩25(详见图6),来连接与之相配的带环或连接件26(见图8)。在钩25的末端有一接合脊25a和在相对两侧的两个接合槽25b,25b,详见图3。
基部11的上框板14在靠近离连接杆18较远的端部有两彼此分开相互平行的长狭槽27,27,每个槽都由一宽部27a,27a和一窄部27b,27b组成。与基部11的上框板14连为一体的两相对较薄的悬臂式弹性片28,28在宽部27a,27a中平行延伸,并在离各自的长狭槽27,27的窄部27b,27b不远处终止。悬臂式弹性片28,28各有一叉尖28′,28′,向内彼此相对,其目的将于下文描述。
形如一无底方盒的滑块13由基板29和与其联成一体,向内弯曲的一对弧形侧面折边30,30组成。该侧面折边各有一方向向内的导轨30a,30a,与基板29的下表面构成导槽30b,30b,导槽尺寸做成能容纳上框板14的两相对纵向侧边14′。这样,当将滑块13装上基部11时,滑块可沿基部11滑动,其两折边30,30横跨保持在框板14的纵向侧边14′上,其导轨部分30a,30a容纳在导引槽16内,位于基部11的下表面之上且不向外凸出于基部11的下表面,这种安排有利于减少带子搭扣的整体厚度,使其具有一如图6详示的相对薄的外形。
在滑块13的一端,即前端有一凸台31,它从基板29的一端,沿两侧面折边30,30的中心延伸出来而成,在其顶端,有一接合槽31a和在其相对两侧的一对接合脊31b,31b,它们的尺寸做得可分别与弹性钩25上的接合脊25a和接合槽25b,25b相互密合在一起,如图5、图6和图7所示,这种脊槽形式是根据本发明为确保滑块13和弹性钩25克服扭转应力,保持相互牢固结合而组成的一种机构,否则的话,扭转应力会使滑块13脱离带子搭扣10本体。
在滑块13其基板29的下表面上做有一对彼此分开向凸台31岔开的接合筋32,32,和外侧导引表面32′,32′,如图4所示,接合筋32,32分别配接在基部11的上框板14中各自的长狭槽27,27内。
以这种结构方式,通过将连接筋32,32对号引入相应槽27,27内,压滑块13,使接合筋32,32与槽27,27中的弹性片28,28弹性接合,将滑块13装在带扣10的基部11上,与此同时,导轨30a,30a也同样利用弹性力卡入基部11的导槽16,并能沿槽移动,接着,用力使滑块13向前朝榫舌24移动,在弹性片28,28偏移动作的影响下,推动连接筋32,32一直向前,直至抵在槽27,27窄部27b,27b的端壁上,此时,滑块13的凸台31与基部11上的弹性钩25通过接合脊25a,接合槽25b,25b分别与对偶的接合槽31a和接合脊31b,31b的相互接合而连接在一起,如图5和图6所示,这样就关闭了凸台31和弹性钩25之间的空隙33,在另一种情况下,打开弹性钩25以插入连接件26(见图8)。
当将相配的连接件26按图8所示那样连在本发明的带子搭扣10上时,穿戴者用手指捏住侧面折边30,30和/或滑块13上表面处横槽34,将滑块13朝连接杆18方向后移即可做到。滑块13后移引起凸台31脱离弹性钩25,在它们中露出空隙33,与此同时,随着接合筋32,32后移,其导引面32′,32′紧贴着弹性片28,28的叉尖28′,28′上,如图7所示,弹性片28在长狭槽27,27的宽部27a,27a中克服张力弹性分开。
松开手指压力使弹性片28,28能通过它们自身的弹性力恢复至原先的位置,因此接合筋32,32向前移动从而弹入长狭槽27,27的窄部27b,27b,直至关闭空隙33,如图5和图6所示。
在上述滑块13相对于基部11的往复运动中,其很大一个优点在于,与本发明书开头所讨论的现有技术相比,回缩滑块13所需的拉力很小,而且通过凸台31与弹性钩25的脊槽交错接合(25a,25b,25b和31a,31b,31b),确保了在受到扭转应力时,保证这些部件免于变形。
参考图9和10,示出了根据本发明而作出的改进形式带子搭扣10′,它与第一种先进的带子搭扣10的不同处在于其基部11可相对于连接环12转动,从而使绕在横杆21上的带子S在搭扣10′受到外力时,能保持不扭曲。在基件11的一端,做成一用来与连接杆18抵接的圆形凸缘34,和一与凸缘34整体沿基件11轴向延伸的接合销35,详见图10。销35被十字形槽36从内部分成35a-35d四个可径向收缩和胀开的部分。如图9和图11所示,从外部看,销35又分为上面较大的环形部35e和下面较小的环形部35f,上环形部35e有一圆周延伸,略超出下环形部35f的下周边35g,下环形部35f有一周向突出的环形筋35h。
连接杆18的中央有一横向延伸的环形通孔37,该孔分为直径较大上部37a和直径较小下部37b,上部37a有一由通孔37内壁的环形凸台38形成一径向向内的下周缘。
通过将接合销35插入通孔37直至凸缘34靠在连接杆18上,基部11就与连接环12可转动地连在一起。插入时,销35的上面部分35e在通过通孔37的下部37b时收缩,进入通孔37的上部37a后又胀大至原来尺寸,这时,销35的周缘35g就坐落在孔壁的环形凸台38上。
这样与连接环相连的基件11可作360°转动,销35下部35f上的环形筋35h与通孔37下部37b的孔壁保持接触,其作用为防止下部被分割部分35c和35d分裂。
改进型带子搭扣10′还具有一特征,即以齿形侧部折边39,39代替弯曲的弧形折边30,30,有利于滑块13的操纵,如图9所示。
显而易见,依据上述讲授的内容,对本发明的各种改进和变化都是可能的。由此可以知道,在所附权利要求的范围内,本发明比所具体描述的还要更加切实可行。

Claims (5)

1、一种带子搭扣包括:
一基件,其上框板和下框板之间彼此分开以构成一导引腔室,所述上框板开有一对槽,一对悬臂式弹性片可弹性变形地支承于槽内;
一与基件的一端相连,用于容纳和保持带子未固定端的带子连接环;
一与基体另一端相连并从下框板整体延伸出来的弹性钩;
一具有一基板的滑块,基板带有侧面折边,包括位于基件下层表面之上并可在导引腔室中滑动的向内折成的导轨;一沿两侧折边中心线从基板整体延伸出来且与弹性钩可脱开接合的凸台部分,以及一对彼此分开并向凸台方向岔开适于与弹性片接合的接合筋。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种带子搭扣,其特征在于,上述的弹性钩有一接合脊和在其相对两则的一对接合槽,而上述的凸台则有一接合槽和在其相对两侧的一对接合脊可便于解开地分别与上述弹性钩的上述脊和上述一对槽接合在一起。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种带子搭扣,其特征在于,上述的滑块可滑动地横跨装于上述基件的上述上框板上。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种带子搭扣,其特征在于,上述弹性片各有向内的叉尖分别与上述滑块的上述接合筋相接合。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种带子搭扣,其特征在于,上述基件有一从其一端轴向延伸出来的接合销,而上述连接环有一环形通孔可转动地容纳上述的接合销。
