Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的鞋，尤其涉及运动鞋或休闲鞋。
德国专利DE-GM8912788中公开了一种这样的鞋，其中在鞋盖上设置了一种中心旋转锁闭器。这类鞋，尤其是运动鞋或休闲鞋的这种实施例已在实践中被证明是基本可行的。
本发明的目的在于提供鞋，尤其是运动鞋或休闲鞋，最好是用于运动队或旅游团的鞋，其上设有一个中心旋转锁闭器，该锁闭器尽可能地不装在例如穿鞋人互相碰撞时鞋子最容易被踢到的部位。
该目的由权利要求1特征部分所示的特征实现。
通过将这种中心旋转锁闭器设在一个基本垂直的鞋帮上部外侧的平面上，即可很好地防止在球队比赛中大量跳跃动作所引起的上述应力。但该锁闭器对使用者仍然是操作方便的，而且不会妨碍体育运动或旅游活动。

图7和图8为鞋的侧视图，分别表示由锁闭器到第一个偏转扣之间绷紧中所成的倾角;
图9至11为示意图，分别表示绷紧件的不同路径走向。
在图1里，鞋帮2（只有一片鞋帮看得见）和一个象舌头或形成该舌头或其一部分那样可以活动的鞋盖3组成鞋1，鞋盖3所述舌头与鞋1的鞋面在蹠趾关节4处相连接。
在外侧鞋帮2上，将一个锁闭器6装在外侧上部9上，“X”表示穿鞋人的外侧踝节5。
绷紧件7是一条塑料的或金属的绳或线，并将其永久性地与锁闭器6固连。此绷紧件可象公知的那样通过在锁闭器内缠绕或放松加以缩短或伸长。如图1、9、10和11所示，绷紧件7由锁闭器6沿外侧踝节5处的外侧上部9交替地分别穿过鞋盖3上的偏转扣UR1和鞋帮2上部的偏转扣US1，通向鞋尖8，在蹠趾关节4处跨越鞋面，再由这里交替地穿过另一侧鞋帮2和鞋盖3上的偏转扣US或UR，通向内侧踝节10（参看图9至11）。在图9所示的实施例中，绷紧件7是在内侧踝节10外与鞋帮材料相连接。在图10所示的绷紧件7的绷紧示意图中，绷紧件7则是绕过鞋后跟上部11并在锁闭器6所在的一侧，最好是在锁闭器6的范围内固定到上部材料上。
如图11所示的绷紧示意图，绷紧件7则是绕过鞋后跟上部11通向锁闲器6，并与其相连接。
锁闭器6装在外侧踝节5的周围区域12之内（风图2）。如图3所示，外侧踝节5的周围区域12最好不包括内部较小的那个区域13，以避免或尽量地降低对外侧踝节的压力。
如图4所示，将锁闭器6安装在外侧踝节5以上由鞋后跟上部11到鞋面之间的范围12.1之内，或如图5所示，则是安装在外侧踝节5以下的范围12.2之内是有益的。最好如图6所示，将其安装在外侧踝节5与鞋后跟上部11之间的范围12.3之内。
如图1和图7所示的实施例，锁闭器6和鞋盖3上最上端第一个偏转扣UR1的安装位置，应使得绷紧件7的绷紧方向与水平线14形成一个+α夹角和一个-α夹角（约为15°）。这样就可将高帮鞋的上部牢牢地绷紧，且绷紧方向是朝向鞋后跟的。对于矮帮鞋，其排列位置应使得绷紧件7与水平线14形成的α角约为0°到70°（参看图8），这样就可以使鞋后跟很贴脚，绷紧的方向一方面是朝向鞋后跟上部11，而另一方面在脚外侧是朝向蹠骨、压脚内侧是朝向脚弓。
根据本发明的进一步的有益的发展：鞋盖3上的最上端第一个偏转扣UR1和其它偏转扣UR2以及鞋帮上的偏转扣US1的安装位置，应使得绷紧件7的绷紧方向在外侧是朝向鞋后跟上部11与蹠骨之间，在内侧则是朝向鞋后跟上部11与脚弓之间。
图中以粗黑线表示的绷紧件7应以本领域公知的方式隐蔽地导轨、导沟一类的导向装置之内。
如所周知，可以使用一种按压其中心盘即可快速脱扣的装置作为锁闭器6。
将高于鞋帮上缘15的长鞋盖3，从踝关节16处以上纵向地分割剖开，开口17可以用快速脱扣装置18使之开闭，这样，踝关节16以上鞋面开口宽大，使鞋便于穿脱。快速脱扣装置18可以是拉锁或滑扣，若是搭接的，则可使用搭扣。

Claims (9)

1、鞋，尤其是运动鞋或休闲鞋，鞋帮至少部分的是由柔韧材料组成，鞋帮两侧柔韧材料的高度要触及踝节或高于踝节将其盖住，脚面上的鞋盖象舌头或形成该舌头或一个舌头的一倍份那样可以活动，鞋帮上装一中心旋转式锁闭器和一个与之相连的绷紧件，缩短此件可系紧鞋子，伸长此件则松开鞋子，此绷紧件交错地穿在鞋帮边缘和鞋盖上装的偏转扣内，其特征在于：锁闭器(6)装在外侧鞋帮(2)上，位于环绕外侧踝节(5)周围的区域范围之内，绷紧件(7)由锁闭器(6)开始，交替地穿过鞋盖(3)和鞋帮(2)，到达鞋尖(8)在趾关节(4)处跨越鞋面，再沿鞋的另一侧交替地穿过鞋盖(3)和另一侧鞋帮(2)，或者在内侧踝节(10)处连接到鞋帮上，或者绕过鞋后跟上部(11)返回到锁闭器(6)处与锁闭器相连接或与鞋帮相连接。
2、如权利要求1所述的鞋，其特征在于：锁闭器（6）装在鞋后跟上部（11）与鞋面之间、高于外侧踝节（5）的区域范围（12.1）之内、
3、如权利要求1所述的鞋，其特征在于：锁闭器（6）装在鞋后跟上部（11）与鞋面之间、低于外侧踝节（5）的区域范围（12.2）之内。
4、如权利要求1所述的鞋，其特征在于：锁闭器（6）装在外侧踝节（5）与鞋后跟上部（11）之间的区域范围（12.3）之内。
5、如权利要求1至4之一所述的鞋1，其特征在于：锁闭器（6）和鞋盖（3）两侧最上端第一个偏转扣（UR1）的安装位置，应使得锁闭器（6）到偏转扣（UR1）之间的绷紧件（7）在绷紧状态下与水平线（14）形成约为+70°至-15°的夹角（+α/-α）。
6、如权利要求5所述的鞋，其特征在于：锁闭器（6）和最上端第一个偏转扣（UR1）的安装位置，应使得绷紧件（7）的绷紧拉力朝向鞋后跟或鞋后跟的上部（11）。
7、如权利要求5或6所述的鞋，其特征在于：在鞋盖（3）边缘随着第一个偏转扣（UR1）设有下一个偏转扣（UR2），位于偏转扣（UR1）和（UR2）之间在鞋帮（2）上设有偏转扣（US1），偏转扣（UR2）和（US1）的安装位置，应使得绷紧件（7）绷紧拉力的方向在鞋内侧是朝向鞋后跟上部（11）与脚弓之间，在鞋外侧是朝向鞋后跟上部（11）与蹠骨之间、
8、如权利要求1至7之一所述的鞋，其特征在于：鞋盖（3）在截面（3、1）处踝关节（16）以上纵向剖开，开口（17）利用一种快速脱扣装置（18），尤其是以拉锁、滑扣、搭扣的形式加以启闭。
9、如权利要求8所述的鞋，其特征在于：装有快速脱扣装置（18）的鞋盖在截面（3、1）处至少部分地高于鞋帮上沿（15）。
