The invention discloses a device for cleaning the surface of a chip packaging material, which comprises a dust absorption fan, a blowing fan and a purification box, wherein the purification box is provided with a plurality of independent storage cavities; the inlet of the dust collection fan is connected with a plurality of dust removal pipes; an outlet pipe is connected with the left outlet of the blowing fan; the air outlet pipe is connected with a plurality of air inlet pipes; the left end opening of the air inlet pipe and the right end opening of the dust removal pipe are respectively corresponding to independent cavities which are partitioned by the partition board in the storage cavity, a pivot shaft penetrates through the middle of the purification box, the pivot shaft is connected with a motor, and the motor drives the purification box to rotate around the pivot shaft. The invention can effectively clean the surface of the packaging material, and the purifying box can continuously rotate while cleaning, thereby avoiding insufficient cleaning caused by the superposition of the packaging material and having better cleaning effect.

Background
The shell for installing semiconductor integrated circuit chip has the functions of placing, fixing, sealing, protecting chip and enhancing electrothermal performance, and is also the bridge for communicating the internal world of chip with external circuit, and the contacts on the chip are connected to the pins of the package shell by wires, and these pins are connected with other devices by wires on the printed board. Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a technical solution: the surface cleaning device for the chip packaging material shown in fig. 1 comprises a bearing plate 12, a dust suction fan 23 and a blowing fan 16 which are arranged at the left side and the right side of the bearing plate 12, and a purifying box 11 arranged at the top of the bearing plate 12; the upper part of the purifying box 11 is provided with a storage cavity 5, and the storage cavity 5 is internally provided with a plurality of partition boards 6 for dividing the storage cavity 5 into a plurality of independent cavities; the left side and the right side of the storage cavity 5 are respectively provided with a filter plate 4 and an inlet support plate 13; the inlet of the dust collection fan 23 is connected with a dust inlet pipe 22, the right end of the dust inlet pipe 22 is fixedly connected with a dust inlet cavity 3, and the right side of the dust inlet cavity 3 is connected with a plurality of dust collection pipes 2; the right side of the dust removal pipe 2 corresponds to the dust inlet holes 1 arranged on the filter plate 4 one by one; a connecting bracket 17 with the lower part fixedly connected with the bearing plate 12 is arranged on the right side of the blowing fan 16; the top of the connecting bracket 17 is provided with a switch bracket 27; an outlet pipe 15 is connected with the left outlet of the blowing fan 16; the left end of the air outlet pipe 15 is connected with a flexible hose 14; the left side of the telescopic hose 14 is connected with an air outlet cavity 7, and the left side of the air outlet cavity 7 is connected with a plurality of air inlet pipes 20; the middle part of the switch bracket 27 is provided with a threaded shaft 18; the left side of the threaded shaft 18 is connected with a door panel bracket 8, the left side of the door panel bracket 8 is connected with a pulling plate 19, and the left side of the pulling plate 19 is fixedly connected with a plurality of plungers 21; the plungers 21 correspond to inlets provided on the inlet support plate 13, respectively; the inlets of the inlet support plates 13 correspond to the respective chambers partitioned into the storage chamber 5 by the partition plate 6. The right end of the threaded shaft 18 is fixedly connected with a rotating plate 9. The left end of the threaded shaft 18 is fixedly connected with a fixing plate 10, and the fixing plate 10 is arranged at the left side of the door panel support 8 to fix the threaded shaft 18. The air outlet chamber 7 is arranged inside the pulling plate 19. The air inlet pipe 20 is arranged in the plunger 21; the left end opening of the air inlet pipe 20 is arranged in the storage chamber 5. The external part of the threaded shaft 18 is provided with external threads which are matched with internal threads arranged on the hole of the connecting bracket 17. A pivot shaft 24 is arranged in the middle of the purifying box 11 in a penetrating manner, one end of the pivot shaft 24 is supported on the connecting bracket 17, the other end of the pivot shaft 24 is connected with a motor 25, and the motor 25 is supported on the motor bracket 26. The pivot shaft 24 passes through the pulling plate 19, the door panel bracket 8, the switch bracket 27 and the connecting bracket 17. The pulling plate 19, the door panel bracket 8 and the switch bracket 27 can rotate relative to the pivot shaft 24. The pulling plate 19 and the door panel bracket 8 are movable along the pivot axis 24.
In this apparatus, a chip packaging material to be cleaned is put into a plurality of independent cavities partitioned by a partition plate 6 in such a manner as to be put from an inlet provided on an inlet support plate 13. When the chip packaging material is put in, the door plate support 8 is unscrewed by the threaded shaft 18, so that the door plate support 8 moves towards the right side and drives the pulling plate 19 to move, and the plunger 21 in the inlet is withdrawn from the inlet supporting plate 13, so that the inlet is opened, and the chip packaging material is conveniently put in; when dust removal is performed, the threaded shaft 18 is rotated reversely, and the inlet is closed; before dust removal, a power supply on the purging fan 16 can be connected, so that the purging fan 16 works, air sequentially enters the flexible hose 14 from the air outlet pipe 15 and further enters the air outlet cavity 7 and is blown into the storage cavity 5 from the air inlet pipe 20, and purging treatment is performed on dust of the chip packaging surface material to perform primary cleaning treatment; and when the purging is performed, the power supply on the dust collection fan 23 can be switched on, so that the dust collection fan 23 works, the dust in the storage cavity 5 enters the dust collection pipe 2 through the dust inlet hole 1 and further enters the dust inlet cavity 3, and the dust enters the dust collection fan 23 through the dust inlet pipe 22 and is cleaned, and the cleaning treatment of the chip packaging material is realized. During cleaning, the motor 25 drives the purifying box 11 to rotate, and the purifying box 11 rotates to drive the packaging materials stored in the storage cavity 5 to rotate together. The pulling plate 19, the door panel holder 8, and the opening and closing holder 27 are simultaneously rotated while the purification tank 11 is rotated. Because the packaging material is driven to rotate while being cleaned, the problem of incomplete cleaning caused by insufficient contact due to the overlapping arrangement of the cleaning materials can be avoided.
