本发明涉及汽车技术领域，尤其涉及一种汽车球关节总成。
背景技术
汽车球关节总成位于汽车转向系统中，在转向器和转向节臂之间，随轮胎上下运动，通过球关节的传动和摆动，将方向盘的操舵力传输给轮胎。在汽车使用过程中，球关节总成常常会由于磨损与球壳之间会出现松旷，这种情况轻则影响汽车的稳定性，重则会造成车辆操作失灵，导致严重的事故。一般的球关节总成设计，防尘罩与球销的锥面接触面积小，一旦防尘罩破损，灰尘、泥水会进入球关节内部导致迅速磨损，更严重的是会发生球销磨损后拉脱现象，从而导致严重的后果。
因此，研发出一种具有使用寿命长，结构稳定的汽车球关节总成是现在急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车球关节总成，能在恶劣的环境下使用，具有良好的密封性，使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：一种汽车球关节总成，包括球销、接头壳，球销通过内球座、外球座、盖板与接头壳配合安装，接头壳外壁与球销之间安装有防尘罩，所述防尘罩的上端面上密封安装有法兰盖，且法兰盖固定安装在球销上。
作为优选，所述防尘罩内置有骨架。
作为优选，所述防尘罩的外壁上设置有卡圈。
作为优选，所述法兰盖采用45号钢制成。
作为优选，所述内球座采用树脂制成。
采用上述方案后，本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
一、通过在防尘罩上加法兰盖，既能保护防尘罩，提高防尘罩的密封性
能，又能加固防尘罩；
二、能够在比较恶劣的环境下也不易受损，确保了球关节总成在泥水及高低温环境下能正常使用，具有密封性好、使用寿命长等优点。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明：
说明书附图中的附图标记包括：球销1，法兰盖2，防尘罩3，卡圈4，外球座5，内球座6，盖板7，接头壳8，骨架9。
实施例基本如附图1所示：一种汽车球关节总成，包括球销1、接头壳8，球销1通过内球座6、外球座5、盖板7与接头壳8配合安装，接头壳8的外壁与球销1之间安装有防尘罩3，防尘罩3的外壁上设置有卡圈4，且防尘罩3内置有骨架9；在防尘罩3的上端面上密封安装有法兰盖2，且法兰盖2固定安装在球销1上。法兰盖2可以通过铆合的形式固定在球销1上。为了防止压入后的防尘罩3变形、凹陷，先将带骨架9的防尘罩3装入球关节总成上，后再压入法兰盖2，这样，既起到了防尘罩3的坚固作用，又提高了防尘罩3的密封性能。
法兰盖2可以采用45号钢制成，调质处理后具有良好的综合机械性能。
内球座6可以采用树脂制成，优选橡胶，不仅可避免球销1和盖板7直接摩擦，减少球销1的磨损，也可以在球销1微量磨损后，橡胶因为形变恢复，对球销1继续起到紧固的作用，避免松旷。
采用上述方案后，确保了汽车球关节总成在泥水及高低温环境下能正常使用，具有密封性好、使用寿命长等优点。

1.一种汽车球关节总成，包括球销、接头壳，球销通过内球座、外球座、盖板与接头壳配合安装，接头壳外壁与球销之间安装有防尘罩，其特征在于：所述防尘罩的上端面上密封安装有法兰盖，且法兰盖固定安装在球销上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成，其特征在于：所述防尘罩内置有骨架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成，其特征在于：所述防尘罩的外壁上设置有卡圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成，其特征在于：所述法兰盖采用45号钢制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成，其特征在于：所述内球座采用树脂制成。
