本发明涉及汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车球关节总成。
背景技术
汽车球关节总成位于汽车转向系统中,在转向器和转向节臂之间,随轮胎上下运动,通过球关节的传动和摆动,将方向盘的操舵力传输给轮胎。在汽车使用过程中,球关节总成常常会由于磨损与球壳之间会出现松旷,这种情况轻则影响汽车的稳定性,重则会造成车辆操作失灵,导致严重的事故。一般的球关节总成设计,防尘罩与球销的锥面接触面积小,一旦防尘罩破损,灰尘、泥水会进入球关节内部导致迅速磨损,更严重的是会发生球销磨损后拉脱现象,从而导致严重的后果。
因此,研发出一种具有使用寿命长,结构稳定的汽车球关节总成是现在急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车球关节总成,能在恶劣的环境下使用,具有良好的密封性,使用寿命长。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种汽车球关节总成,包括球销、接头壳,球销通过内球座、外球座、盖板与接头壳配合安装,接头壳外壁与球销之间安装有防尘罩,所述防尘罩的上端面上密封安装有法兰盖,且法兰盖固定安装在球销上。
作为优选,所述防尘罩内置有骨架。
作为优选,所述防尘罩的外壁上设置有卡圈。
作为优选,所述法兰盖采用45号钢制成。
作为优选,所述内球座采用树脂制成。
采用上述方案后,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:
一、通过在防尘罩上加法兰盖,既能保护防尘罩,提高防尘罩的密封性
能,又能加固防尘罩;
二、能够在比较恶劣的环境下也不易受损,确保了球关节总成在泥水及高低温环境下能正常使用,具有密封性好、使用寿命长等优点。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:球销1,法兰盖2,防尘罩3,卡圈4,外球座5,内球座6,盖板7,接头壳8,骨架9。
实施例基本如附图1所示:一种汽车球关节总成,包括球销1、接头壳8,球销1通过内球座6、外球座5、盖板7与接头壳8配合安装,接头壳8的外壁与球销1之间安装有防尘罩3,防尘罩3的外壁上设置有卡圈4,且防尘罩3内置有骨架9;在防尘罩3的上端面上密封安装有法兰盖2,且法兰盖2固定安装在球销1上。法兰盖2可以通过铆合的形式固定在球销1上。为了防止压入后的防尘罩3变形、凹陷,先将带骨架9的防尘罩3装入球关节总成上,后再压入法兰盖2,这样,既起到了防尘罩3的坚固作用,又提高了防尘罩3的密封性能。
法兰盖2可以采用45号钢制成,调质处理后具有良好的综合机械性能。
内球座6可以采用树脂制成,优选橡胶,不仅可避免球销1和盖板7直接摩擦,减少球销1的磨损,也可以在球销1微量磨损后,橡胶因为形变恢复,对球销1继续起到紧固的作用,避免松旷。
采用上述方案后,确保了汽车球关节总成在泥水及高低温环境下能正常使用,具有密封性好、使用寿命长等优点。

1.一种汽车球关节总成,包括球销、接头壳,球销通过内球座、外球座、盖板与接头壳配合安装,接头壳外壁与球销之间安装有防尘罩,其特征在于:所述防尘罩的上端面上密封安装有法兰盖,且法兰盖固定安装在球销上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成,其特征在于:所述防尘罩内置有骨架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成,其特征在于:所述防尘罩的外壁上设置有卡圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成,其特征在于:所述法兰盖采用45号钢制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车球关节总成,其特征在于:所述内球座采用树脂制成。
