Abstract

本发明涉及一种带两片骨架的外密封组件。该装置包括橡胶、静止骨架和旋转骨架,旋转骨架压入法兰盘上,静止骨架压入外圈上,橡胶通过硫化粘附在静止骨架上;橡胶上设有3个唇口,橡胶通过3个唇口与旋转骨架接触;橡胶最上方设有凸起结构,且旋转骨架为折弯结构。本发明通过在唇口与法兰盘之间设置旋转骨架,避免了唇口与法兰盘面进行磨损,减小了摩擦力矩;同时通过在橡胶最上方设置凸起结构,且旋转骨架为折弯结构,能够更好地防止外界杂物直接进入密封结构,这样能够大大缓减唇口的密封压力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种外密封组件,特别是一种带两片骨架的外密封组件。
背景技术
现有的外密封组件结构如图1所示,外密封组件由静止骨架2和橡胶1组成,且分别与外圈4的内表面和法兰盘5接触,这样的结构存在如下缺陷:
1、橡胶1胶唇口与法兰盘5进行磨损,因为法兰盘5的粗糙度由于加工控制,一般都会比较高,这种磨损会导致摩擦力矩过大;
2、这种密封结构对于外圈4和法兰盘5之间的缝隙处的密封防护比较差,泥水可以直接从缝隙进来,对密封结构进行冲击。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够降低外密封结构的摩擦力矩、增加外密封结构的自身密封防护的带两片骨架的外密封组件。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:
一种带两片骨架的外密封组件,包括橡胶、静止骨架和旋转骨架,旋转骨架压入法兰盘上,静止骨架压入外圈上,橡胶通过硫化粘附在静止骨架上;橡胶上设有3个唇口,橡胶通过3个唇口与旋转骨架接触;橡胶最上方设有凸起结构,且旋转骨架为折弯结构。
本发明通过在唇口与法兰盘之间设置旋转骨架,避免了唇口与法兰盘面进行磨损,减小了摩擦力矩;同时通过在橡胶最上方设置凸起结构,且旋转骨架为折弯结构,能够更好地防止外界杂物直接进入密封结构,这样能够大大缓减唇口的密封压力。
作为优选,旋转骨架通过过盈配合与法兰盘连接,且在过盈处通过胶水密封。其优点在于,使得旋转骨架与法兰盘的连接简单、成本低,且通过胶水能够起到良好的密封作用。
作为优选,静止骨架为“7”字型,静止骨架分别与外圈的外表面、侧面接触。其优点在于,增大外密封组件的整体体积,起到更好的密封效果。
作为优选,外圈的外表面上设有凹槽。其优点在于,与凸起结构配合,更好地防止外界杂物直接进入密封结构,这样能够大大缓减唇口的密封压力。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点及效果:
1、由于本发明密封唇口与旋转骨架进行接触密封,这样不仅可以降低摩擦力矩,同时也可以更好的保护橡胶的磨损,延长密封寿命。
2、由于本发明旋转骨架的折弯结构,橡胶的凸起结构,以及外圈外表面上的凹槽,都能够更好的防止外界杂物直接进入密封结构,这样能够大大缓减唇口的密封压力。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例1:
参照图2所示,本实施例由橡胶1、静止骨架2和旋转骨架3组成。
旋转骨架3压入法兰盘5上,旋转骨架3与法兰盘5通过过盈配合实现连接,且在过盈处通过胶水密封;静止骨架2压入外圈4上,橡胶1通过硫化粘附在静止骨架2上。
橡胶1上设有3个唇口,橡胶1通过3个唇口与旋转骨架3接触、磨损,到达密封的效果。
橡胶1最上方设有凸起结构,且旋转骨架3为折弯结构,用于本发明的自身防护,这种设计能够把绝大部分泥水挡在产品外侧,避免唇口受到泥水的直接冲击。
实施例2:
如图2所示,本实施例与实施例1相似,其不同之处仅在于:
1、静止骨架2为“7”字型,静止骨架2分别与外圈4的外表面、侧面接触。在现有设计中,仅仅将静止骨架2和橡胶1设置在外圈4的内表面与法兰盘5之间,这样的设置很容易受到冲击而失去密封的作用。而在本实施例中,外密封组件整体结构变大,与外圈4和法兰盘5的接触范围扩大,使得承受冲击的能力增强,从而具有更好的密封效果。
2、外圈4的外表面上设有凹槽。该凹槽与凸起结构配合,外界杂物经过凹槽和凸起结构的阻挡,直接进入密封结构的难度增大,这样能够大大缓减唇口的密封压力。
本实施例中未作详细说明的技术特征,参照实施例1。

1.一种带两片骨架的外密封组件,其特征是:包括橡胶、静止骨架和旋转骨架,所述的旋转骨架压入法兰盘上,静止骨架压入外圈上,橡胶通过硫化粘附在静止骨架上;橡胶上设有3个唇口,橡胶通过3个唇口与旋转骨架接触;橡胶最上方设有凸起结构,且旋转骨架为折弯结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带两片骨架的外密封组件,其特征是:所述的旋转骨架通过过盈配合与法兰盘连接,且在过盈处通过胶水密封。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带两片骨架的外密封组件,其特征是:所述的静止骨架为“7”字型,静止骨架分别与外圈的外表面、侧面接触。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带两片骨架的外密封组件,其特征是:所述的外圈的外表面上设有凹槽。
