本发明涉及油墨领域,尤其是一种防霉油墨。
背景技术
油墨在印刷行业被大量使用,它主要是由树脂、颜料、溶剂、助剂等成分构成,通过印刷或喷绘将图案、文字表现在承印物上。其通常用于书刊、包装装潢、建筑装饰等各种印刷。书籍、报刊杂志在保存中,容易受潮,受潮后纸张不容易干燥,从而滋生霉菌,油墨生霉长斑,影响阅读使用。
申请号为201711202310.1公开的一种防霉油墨,其组分按重量份计为:水性聚酯树脂30-36份、水性氨基树脂20-24份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷8-13份、水性防腐剂5-9份、水性颜料14-20份、纳米氧化锌4-8份、水性有机硅消泡剂12-18份。该油墨不容易滋生细菌长斑霉变,尤其在潮湿环境中,但是该发明有一个重大的缺陷就是干燥时间太长,需要8小时才能实干,2小时才能表干,很多客户是不能等待那么长时间的,因此必须相出一种能将实干时间控制在5小时以内,且将表干时间控制在1.2小时以内的方法。
发明内容
本发明针对上述情况提出了一种防霉油墨,具有良好的耐蚀性能且能将实干时间控制在5小时以内,且将表干时间控制在1.2小时以内。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为,一种防霉油墨,其组分按重量份计为:水性聚酯树脂30-36份、水性氨基树脂20-24份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷8-13份、水性防腐剂5-9份、水性颜料14-20份、纳米氧化锌4-8份、水性有机硅消泡剂12-18份以及乙醇1-2份。
优选的,一种防霉油墨,其组分按重量份计为:水性聚酯树脂34份、水性氨基树脂22份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷10份、水性防腐剂7份、水性颜料17份、纳米氧化锌7份、水性有机硅消泡剂16份以及乙醇2份。
本发明的防霉油墨,在潮湿的环境下,油墨不容易滋生细菌长斑霉变,不影响正常阅读,能将实干时间控制在5小时以内,且将表干时间控制在1.2小时以内。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
实施例1:一种防霉油墨,其组分按重量份计为:水性聚酯树脂30份、水性氨基树脂20份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷8份、水性防腐剂5份、水性颜料14份、纳米氧化锌4份、水性有机硅消泡剂12份以及乙醇1份。
本实施例实干时间为4.8小时,表干时间为1.2小时。
实施例2:一种防霉油墨,其组分按重量份计为:水性聚酯树脂36份、水性氨基树脂24份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷13份、水性防腐剂9份、水性颜料20份、纳米氧化锌8份、水性有机硅消泡剂18份以及乙醇2份。
本实施例实干时间为4.5小时,表干时间为1.0小时。
实施例3:一种防霉油墨,其组分按重量份计为:水性聚酯树脂34份、水性氨基树脂22份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷10份、水性防腐剂7份、水性颜料17份、纳米氧化锌7份、水性有机硅消泡剂16份以及乙醇2份。
本实施例实干时间为4.4小时,表干时间为1.1小时
