As shown in fig. 2, in order to more clearly describe the implementation of the method for applying auxiliary materials, the present invention first describes a labeling machine, and in a preferred embodiment, the labeling machine includes: base, preceding electrical apparatus cabinet, back electrical apparatus cabinet, subsides mark center, feeding platform 1000 and ejection of compact platform 7000.
The front electric appliance cabinet and the rear electric appliance cabinet comprise a combined frame, a side wall and a door body, and the front electric appliance cabinet and the rear electric appliance cabinet are used for accommodating and fixing at least one of electric equipment such as an electromagnetic valve, a cylinder, a motor and the like and also used for wiring (classified wrapping power lines). The specific electrical equipment, the specific number of the electrical equipment and the wiring of the front electrical cabinet and the rear electrical cabinet are the conventional technical means of the technicians in the field, and the invention is not limited in detail and should not belong to the reason why the invention is not disclosed sufficiently.
As shown in fig. 2, a process positioning device 2000, an object stage, a labeling platform 3000, an auxiliary material feeding mechanism 5000, a CCD vision positioning device 4000 and a labeling mechanism 6000 are arranged in the labeling center.
As shown in fig. 3, the process positioning apparatus 2000 includes a screw adjustment mechanism 2100, an intermediate connection mechanism 2200, a vertical displacement mechanism 2300, a first adsorption mechanism 2400, and a second adsorption mechanism 2500, which are connected in this order. When the products to be labeled (including the first product to be labeled and the second product to be labeled) need to be adjusted in position, in the first step, the screw rod adjusting mechanism 2100 drives the intermediate connecting mechanism 2200, the longitudinal displacement mechanism 2300, the first adsorbing mechanism 2400, and the second adsorbing mechanism 2500 to move toward the feeding platform 1000. And secondly, after the first adsorption mechanism 2400 reaches above the first product to be labeled, namely above the feeding platform 1000 (at this time, the second adsorption mechanism 2500 also reaches above the second product to be labeled, namely above the labeling platform 3000), the longitudinal displacement mechanism 2300 drives the first adsorption mechanism 2400 and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 to displace downward. Thirdly, the first adsorption mechanism 2400 adsorbs a first product to be labeled and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 adsorbs a second product to be labeled; fourthly, the longitudinal displacement mechanism 2300 drives the first adsorption mechanism 2400 and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 to displace upwards for resetting. And fifthly, the lead screw adjusting mechanism 2100 drives the intermediate connecting mechanism 2200, the first adsorption mechanism 2400 and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 to move towards the discharging platform 7000. In the sixth step, the longitudinal displacement mechanism 2300 drives the first adsorption mechanism 2400 and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 to move downward again. Seventh step, the first adsorption mechanism 2400 places the first product to be labeled on the labeling platform 3000 (where the original second product to be labeled is located), and the second adsorption mechanism places the second product to be labeled on the discharging platform 7000. In the eighth step, the longitudinal displacement mechanism 2300 drives the first adsorption mechanism 2400 and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 to move upward again.
The lead screw adjusting mechanism 2100 is fixed on the stage above the front electrical cabinet, and includes a bottom fixing shell, a lead screw driving source, a lead screw, and a profile nut 2140, as shown in fig. 4. The bottom fixing shell is in a straight shape and is provided with a lead screw accommodating cavity, five sides of the lead screw accommodating cavity are blocked, the upper part of the lead screw accommodating cavity is opened, the lower end face of a bottom baffle plate is attached to the upper end face of an objective table, a front end baffle plate or a rear end baffle plate is provided with a through hole, an output shaft of a lead screw driving source (a selectable rotating motor or an air cylinder and the like) penetrates through the through hole to be connected to the lead screw, at least one outer side face of a left side baffle plate and a right side baffle plate is provided with two limiting blocks, the two limiting blocks are respectively arranged at the positions, close to the two end ports, of the baffle plate, a special-shaped nut 2140 is fixedly connected with limiting pieces matched with the limiting blocks, the limiting pieces are in a Z shape, and middle plates of three plates of the limiting pieces are vertically connected with other two plates; the upper end plate is used for fixedly connecting a special-shaped nut 2140; the middle plate is used for being attached to the upper end face of the left baffle or the right baffle; the lower end plate is used for enabling the limiting block to send an in-place signal after contacting the limiting block, so that the control center controls the procedure positioning device 2000 to stop moving; the limiting block is internally provided with a proximity sensor, and the proximity sensor is used for sending a signal to a control center after detecting the limiting sheet.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the left baffle and the right baffle are provided with a first circular guide groove at the upper end of the inner side surface, and are provided with a second circular guide groove at the lower end of the inner side surface. The middle part of the upper end face of the bottom baffle is provided with a special-shaped limiting groove, and the special-shaped limiting groove is an opening groove type (namely that the symbol is rotated 90 degrees anticlockwise or 90 degrees clockwise) with a right-angle side at the inner side with an upward opening. In addition, the positions, close to the left side baffle and the right side baffle, of two sides of the bottom baffle are respectively provided with a weight reducing through groove in a shape like a Chinese character 'kou' (the weight reducing through grooves are arranged along the long edge direction of the bottom baffle and penetrate through the end faces at two ends of the bottom baffle), the bottom baffle is further provided with two groups of connecting through holes, the two groups of connecting through holes are respectively matched with the two weight reducing through grooves, and the connecting through holes longitudinally penetrate through the weight reducing through grooves and are used for fixing the bottom fixing shell on the objective table. It can be seen that the weight-reducing through grooves have two functions, namely, reducing the weight of the bottom fixing shell and serving as connecting channels for connecting the through holes, namely, accommodating local connecting bolts.
One end of the screw is connected to an output shaft of the screw driving source, a special-shaped nut 2140 is sleeved on the outer edge of the screw, the special-shaped nut 2140 comprises an upper part and a lower part, the lower part of the special-shaped nut 2140 is in a block shape and is provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded hole is matched with the screw; the upper part of the connecting rod is concave, and the upper end surfaces of the protrusions at the two sides are provided with a plurality of first connecting holes for detachably connecting rectangular connecting plates at the upper ends of the special-shaped nuts 2140; the plane between the two bulges is provided with a plurality of second connecting holes in a penetrating way and is used for detachably connecting the sliding block below the upper part of the concave shape. The four sliding blocks are divided into a group in pairs, each group of sliding blocks is provided with a sliding guide rail, the longitudinal section of each sliding guide rail is I-shaped, but the difference from the I-shaped guide rail in the prior art is that both sides of the upper end of the sliding guide rail are respectively provided with an inwards concave round angle, notches on both sides of the middle part also adopt a combined structure of an inclined plane and a curve, and the arrangement of the parts is all used for improving the adaptation degree of the sliding blocks and the sliding guide rail and further improving the accuracy of the movement direction of the special-shaped nut 2140.
The middle connection mechanism 2200 includes a rectangular connection plate and an L-shaped fixing frame, the rectangular connection plate (i.e., the rectangular connection plate at the upper end of the special-shaped nut 2140 at the upper section) has a plurality of third connection holes penetrating therethrough along the short side direction, and the L-shaped fixing frame has a plurality of fourth connection holes penetrating therethrough. Preferably, the third connecting hole and the fourth connecting hole are adapted to the first connecting hole in terms of aperture and position, so as to fixedly connect the L-shaped connecting frame, the rectangular connecting plate and the special-shaped nut 2140 at one time, thereby simplifying the installation procedure. It is understood that if the rectangular connecting plate is fixed to the special-shaped nut 2140 and then the L-shaped connecting frame is fixed to the rectangular connecting plate, not only many holes are required to be formed, but also the process is complicated; by replacing the structure of the invention, the installation steps can be simplified, the hole position opening is reduced, and the processing cost is saved. Preferably, the fourth connecting holes and the third connecting holes are arranged in two rows and respectively adapted to the two raised first connecting holes at the upper part of the special-shaped nut 2140, so as to enhance the connection reliability of the third connecting holes and the fourth connecting holes.
At least two reinforcing ribs are arranged between the short edge and the long edge of the L-shaped fixing frame, and the two reinforcing ribs are respectively positioned at the positions, close to the two side faces, of the short edge of the L-shaped fixing frame. The L-shaped fixing frame is characterized in that the width of the middle of the long edge of the L-shaped fixing frame is the same as that of the short edge of the L-shaped fixing frame, the long edge of the L-shaped fixing frame is perpendicular to that of the short edge of the L-shaped fixing frame, two supports are arranged on two sides of the L-shaped fixing frame in an extending mode respectively, the supports are L-shaped, and the two supports are in mirror symmetry.
The longitudinal displacement mechanism 2300 includes: bar guide rail, link block, cubic connecting plate, fretwork connecting plate, direction cushion and longitudinal movement cylinder, bar guide rail, link block and cubic connecting plate all are provided with two sets of symmetry setting, and wherein, bar guide rail fixed connection is in the support, and link block then adaptation is connected in bar guide rail, and cubic connecting plate then is fixed and link block deviates from bar guide rail one end terminal surface. In addition, the fretwork connecting plate is connected between two cubic connecting plates, and it runs through along long limit direction and is provided with a plurality of structures that subtract weight, include: the weight-reducing sealing structure comprises first weight-reducing through holes arranged on the inner sides of four corners, weight-reducing open grooves (with side openings and two through ends) respectively arranged on four side surfaces, weight-reducing sealing grooves (with four sealed sides and two open ends) arranged in the middle, and second weight-reducing through holes arranged on two sides of each weight-reducing sealing groove. Preferably, the number of the first weight-reduction through holes is four, the number of the weight-reduction open grooves is six, the number of the weight-reduction seal grooves is one, and the number of the second weight-reduction through holes is two. The hollow connecting plate can be formed by pressing, so that the processing technology is simplified, and the processing cost is reduced.
The guide cushion blocks are arranged two, the two guide cushion blocks are respectively connected to the bottom surface of the hollow connecting plate and close to the port parts of the two ends, the L-shaped rib plates are fixedly connected between the guide cushion blocks and the hollow connecting plate, the L-shaped weight reduction grooves are formed in the middle of the rib plates, the weight of the rib plates is reduced, and therefore the two reinforcing ribs are not arranged, the width of the guide cushion blocks is large, the contact area between the L-shaped rib plates and the hollow connecting plate and the contact area between the L-shaped rib plates and the guide cushion blocks can be increased, and the effect of reinforcing connection strength of the rib plates is improved.
One end, deviating from the hollowed-out connecting plate, of the guide cushion block is provided with a strip-shaped connecting groove, the strip-shaped connecting groove is used for fixing a T-shaped connecting block, and the T-shaped connecting block is used for fixedly connecting a sucker fixing frame (the structure of the sucker fixing frame refers to the content of a first adsorption mechanism 2400 below). The T-shaped connecting blocks are two and are respectively connected with a sucking disc fixing frame.
The longitudinal movement cylinder is vertically arranged between the two reinforcing ribs (the reinforcing ribs at the L-shaped fixing frame), the end part of the lower end of a piston rod of the longitudinal movement cylinder is fixedly connected with a fixing disc, the fixing disc is fixed on the short edge of the L-shaped fixing frame, and the upper end face of the cylinder body is fixedly connected with an anti-abrasion connecting block for fixedly connecting the longitudinal movement cylinder and the hollow connecting plate. When the longitudinal movement cylinder is in a starting state under the control of the control center, the piston rod of the longitudinal movement cylinder is fixed, and the cylinder body drives the hollow connecting plate to ascend or descend, so that the guide cushion block is driven to ascend or descend, and finally the first adsorption mechanism 2400 and the second adsorption mechanism 2500 are driven to ascend or descend.
The first adsorption mechanism 2400 is identical in structure to the second adsorption mechanism 2500, and only the first adsorption mechanism 2400 will be described as an example. First adsorption mechanism 2400 includes first negative pressure source, sucking disc mount and sucking disc subassembly. The sucking disc mount is provided with two, and every sucking disc mount corresponds to be connected in a T type connecting block, and the sucking disc mount is rectangular form. The sucking discs are four, two are a set of, and every group sucking disc is fixed in a sucking disc mount correspondingly. The middle part of the sucker fixing frame is provided with a strip-shaped sucker fixing groove, and the sucker fixing groove vertically penetrates through the sucker fixing frame. And the sucker component comprises an upper end limiting nut, a lower end limiting nut, a nut connecting column, a connecting guide column, a spring, a hexagon nut, an air pipe quick connector, a plastic sucker and a sucker fixing column. The lower end surface of the upper end limiting nut is attached to the upper end surface of the sucker fixing frame, so that the sucker component is limited to move downwards; the upper end surface of the lower end limiting nut is attached to the lower end surface of the sucker fixing frame, so that the sucker component is limited to move upwards; the two are used in combination to ensure that the sucker component is fixedly connected with the sucker fixing frame, so that the sucking of the product to be labeled is prevented from shaking. The nut connecting column penetrates through the sucker fixing groove and is used for being in threaded connection with the upper end limiting nut and the lower end limiting nut. The connecting guide column is movably connected below the nut connecting column, and the hexagonal nut is fixedly connected to the outer edge of the lower end of the connecting guide column; the spring is sleeved on the outer edge of the connecting guide post, the upper end of the spring is attached to the lower end face of the lower end limiting nut, and the lower end of the spring is attached to and supported on the upper end face of the hexagon nut. When the sucking disc subassembly moves down, the plastic sucking disc contacts and waits to paste the mark product after, the spring will be compressed, and connects guide post, hexagon nut, trachea quick-witted and the sucking disc fixed column and will shift up as the buffering (connect the guide post and deepen inside the nut spliced pole gradually), avoids crushing waiting to paste the mark product. The number of the air pipe quick connecting pieces is two, and the two air pipe quick connecting pieces are symmetrical to each other; one end of the air pipe quick connector is fixed on one outer side face of the hexagon nut, the other end of the air pipe quick connector is composed of a plurality of truncated cone-shaped inserting portions (the diameters of the inner sides of the plurality of inserting portions are large and gradually reduced from inside to outside), the plurality of inserting portions are identical in shape and size, when the air pipe is inserted, the air pipe can be quickly inserted along the inclined plane of the inserting portions, when the air pipe is withdrawn, the zigzag (the cross section of the zigzag) structure formed between the inserting portions prevents the air pipe from withdrawing, and the connection reliability of the air pipe and the sucker component is effectively improved. The plastic sucker is compressible so as to compress the buffer upwards when contacting a product to be labeled, thereby further improving the protection capability of the product to be labeled. Hexagonal nut, trachea quick-witted, plastic sucking disc and sucking disc fixed column all are provided with the air vent of mutual intercommunication, and the sucking disc subassembly passes through trachea quick-connecting piece to be connected with first negative pressure source, and when adsorbing and treating the mark product, first negative pressure source starts, at trachea, the downthehole negative pressure that produces of each air vent, and the bottom surface of plastic sucking disc is laminated completely and is treated to paste mark product back, will treat to paste mark product and firmly adsorb fixedly. Four sucking disc subassemblies adsorb the four corners of waiting to paste the mark product respectively and are close to the corner department to strengthen the absorption fastness.
As shown in fig. 5, labeling platform 3000 includes: paste mark support column, paste mark connecting plate, paste mark frame, paste mark and accept board and paste mark anchor clamps 3500. The labeling support columns are rectangular and are provided with four labeling support columns; the labeling connecting plate is also rectangular, and the four labeling supporting columns are respectively fixed at four corners of the labeling connecting plate. The labeling frame is fixedly connected to the upper end of the labeling connecting plate, and the bottom area of the labeling frame is completely the same as the shape and the size of the labeling connecting plate. The labeling frame is in a concave shape as a whole, the first side and the second side of the four side surfaces are opening sides, the third side and the fourth side are respectively provided with a rectangular groove, and the rectangular grooves are formed to enable the clamps on the two sides to move outwards so as to loosen a product to be labeled. The upper end surface of the labeling frame is provided with a strip-shaped plate respectively at two ends and is connected with the lower end part (preferably integrally formed), and the strip-shaped plate is used for supporting the labeling bearing plate.
Paste mark and accept board one side and seted up first bar and hold the groove, a second bar holding tank has been seted up at the middle part, and first bar holds the groove and is linked together and perpendicular with second bar holding tank. The lower end of the first clamping block 3510 is fixed in the first strip-shaped accommodating groove, and the lower end of the second clamping block 3520 is fixed in the second strip-shaped accommodating groove. The end face of the first end of the second clamping block 3520 is attached to the side face of the first clamping block 3510 (or a narrow gap is left), the first clamping block 3510 and the second clamping block 3520 are attached to each other to form a T-shape, the second clamping block 3520 serves as a vertical edge of the T-shape, and two sides of the vertical edge are used for placing a product to be labeled and another product to be labeled.
The first displacement clamping assembly 3530, the second displacement clamping assembly 3540, the third displacement clamping assembly 3550 and the fourth displacement clamping assembly 3560 have the same structure, and the difference lies in that the positions are different, the first displacement clamping assembly 3530 is movably arranged on the fourth side of the upper end surface of the labeling bearing plate, the second displacement clamping assembly 3540 and the third displacement clamping assembly 3550 are arranged in parallel and movably arranged on the second side of the upper end surface of the labeling bearing plate, and the fourth displacement clamping assembly 3560 is movably arranged on the third side of the upper end surface of the labeling bearing plate (the first side of the upper end surface of the labeling bearing plate is not provided with a clamping assembly due to the existence of the first clamping block 3510).
The present invention takes the first displacement clamp assembly 3530 as an example to describe the structure of four clamp assemblies, the first displacement clamp assembly 3530 includes: the displacement pushing block, the first displacement slide block, the first displacement guide rail, the second displacement guide rail, the displacement connecting block, the second displacement slide block and the displacement block displacement cylinder are arranged on the displacement pushing block; the displacement pushing block is T-shaped, one end of the displacement pushing block is used for pushing a product to be labeled, and the other end of the displacement pushing block is connected to the displacement sliding block. First displacement slider is type of calligraphy, and it includes: left side connecting portion, intermediate junction portion and right side connecting portion, left side connecting portion and right side connecting portion shape are the same, all are the rectangle, and all set up four first fixed connection holes that ranks were arranged, and first displacement slider passes through first fixed connection hole fixed connection in second displacement slider. One side, away from the displacement pushing block, of the middle connecting portion is provided with a step, one side, facing the displacement pushing block, of the middle connecting portion is provided with a groove, the groove enables the lowest end of the step to become a thin plate, the thin plate is provided with two second fixed connecting holes, and the highest end of the step is provided with a third fixed connecting hole. The first displacement sliding block is connected with the displacement cylinder through a second fixed connecting hole, and is fixedly connected with the displacement pushing block through a third fixed connecting hole. The second displacement slide block is in a concave shape, the lower end surface of the second displacement slide block is attached and fixed on the upper end surface of the first displacement slide block, and the middle part of the second displacement slide block is provided with a strip-shaped groove; the strip-shaped first displacement guide rail is positioned in the strip-shaped groove, and the upper end surface of the strip-shaped first displacement guide rail is attached and fixed to the lower end surface of the labeling bearing plate.
The second displacement guide rails are provided in two sets, the two sets of second displacement guide rails are arranged in parallel, and each set of second displacement guide rails comprises at least one second displacement guide rail, preferably two. The upper end of the second displacement guide rail is arc-shaped, and an arc-shaped groove is formed in the lower end face of the displacement connecting block to accommodate the upper end of the second displacement guide rail. In the invention, the second displacement guide rail plays a role of supporting and guiding at the same time. The second connecting block is rectangular, and the upper end face of the second connecting block is attached to and fixed on the lower end face of the middle connecting part of the first displacement sliding block.
As shown in fig. 6, the CCD visual positioning device 4000 is disposed at one side of the labeling mechanism 6000 and fixed on the housing above the rear electric cabinet. It includes: basic fixing block 4100, column type connecting shaft 4200, intermediate adapter block 4300, intermediate adapter shaft 4400, first positioning clamp block 4500, second positioning clamp block 4600, light source connecting plate 4710, light source 4810, lens 4820, camera mounting plate 4830, screwing handle 4840 and camera 4850.
The basic fixing block 4100 is rectangular, and a plurality of basic fixing holes are longitudinally arranged at a first end of the basic fixing block and fixed on the shell above the rear electric appliance cabinet through the basic fixing holes. Preferably, four basic fixing holes are provided, and are respectively provided at four corners of the first end of the basic fixing block 4100, and more preferably, two fixing pin holes are provided in the middle of the four basic fixing blocks 4100, so as to reinforce the fixing stability of the basic fixing block 4100 by pins (the basic fixing block 4100 is required to bear the weight of the whole CCD vision positioning device 4000, and the fixing stability is a basic requirement for accurate vision positioning). The second end of the basic fixing block 4100 is provided with a cylindrical receiving hole in a penetrating manner, the cylindrical receiving hole is communicated with a rectangular open slot, and the rectangular open slot is communicated with an upper fastening threaded hole and a lower fastening threaded hole. After the column-type connecting shaft 4200 is received in the column-type receiving hole, the fastening bolt is screwed into the fastening screw hole, so that the rectangular open slot, which is originally loosened and convenient for insertion of the rectangular connecting shaft, is gradually narrowed, and the basic fixing block 4100 is further used for clamping and fixing the rectangular connecting shaft. The structure facilitates smooth insertion of the rectangular connecting shaft, and improves the connection reliability of the basic fixing block 4100 and the rectangular connecting shaft.
The middle adapter block 4300 is fixed to the column-shaped connecting shaft 4200 and located below the basic fixing block 4100, and preferably, an upper end surface of the middle adapter block 4300 is attached to a lower end surface of the basic fixing block 4100 to ensure coaxiality and parallelism of the two. The connection with the column connecting shaft 4200 is similar to the basic fixing block 4100 in that a first end is formed with a column receiving hole, a rectangular open slot, and a fastening screw hole, and then is fixedly connected to the column receiving hole by a fastening bolt. In order to distinguish the features of the basic fixing block 4100 and the middle adapter block 4300, the basic fixing block may be named as a first cylindrical receiving hole, a second cylindrical receiving hole, a first rectangular opening groove, a second rectangular opening groove, a first fastening screw hole, and a second fastening screw hole. It should be understood that the distinction is made here only for determining the attribution of the features, and there is no structural difference, and there is no essential difference whether the basic fixing block 4100 is provided with the first cylindrical receiving hole, the first rectangular opening groove and the first fastening screw hole, or the middle transfer block 4300 is provided with the first cylindrical receiving hole, the first rectangular opening groove and the first fastening screw hole (for convenience of subsequent description, the cylindrical receiving hole, the rectangular opening groove and the fastening screw hole which are sequentially connected are collectively referred to as a hole-groove connection structure in the present invention).
Further, one side of the column-shaped receiving hole is provided with a positioning plane 4900, and the rest is provided with an arc, and the shape of the column-shaped connecting shaft 4200 is adapted to the column-shaped receiving hole. The arrangement of the positioning plane 4900 may reinforce the stability of the connection between the basic fixing block 4100 and the column-type connecting shaft 4200, and prevent the rotation of the column-type connecting shaft 4200. The shape and structure of other hole-groove connecting structures and the shaft are the same, and the description is omitted. The middle transfer shaft 4400 is cylindrical, the middle of the middle transfer shaft is fixedly connected to the middle transfer block 4300 through a third hole slot connection structure at the second end of the middle transfer block 4300, and the two ends of the middle transfer shaft are located at the two sides of the middle transfer block 4300.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the first positioning clamping block 4500 is rectangular, the first end and the second end of the first positioning clamping block 4500 are respectively provided with a fourth hole and groove connection structure and a fifth hole and groove connection structure, the first end of the first positioning clamping block 4500 is fixedly connected to the middle adapter block 4300 through the fourth hole and groove connection structure, the first light source connection shaft 4721 is connected to the fifth hole and groove connection structure, the first light source connection shaft 4721 is connected to the first light source connection plate 4711, and the first light source connection plate 4711 is provided with an eighth hole and groove connection structure adapted to the first light source 4811 (two light source connection plates 4710 are provided, respectively, the first light source connection plate 4711 and the second light source connection plate 4712). The second positioning clamping block 4600 is rectangular, a first end and a second end of the second positioning clamping block 4600 are respectively provided with a sixth hole and groove connecting structure and a seventh hole and groove connecting structure, the first end of the second positioning clamping block 4600 is fixedly connected to the middle transfer block 4300 through the sixth hole and groove connecting structure, the seventh hole and groove connecting structure is connected with a second light source connecting shaft 4722, the second light source connecting shaft 4722 is connected with a second light source connecting plate 4712, and the second light source connecting plate 4712 is matched with the second light source connecting shaft 4722 and is provided with a ninth hole and groove connecting structure. The first light source connecting plate 4711 and the second light source connecting plate 4712 have the same structure and are rectangular. A first L-shaped adapter block is fixed to the upper end surface of the first light source connecting plate 4711, a first edge plate of the first L-shaped adapter block is fixed to the upper end surface of the L-shaped adapter block, and a first light source arrangement block is fixed to the second edge plate of the first L-shaped adapter block and is fixed to the side surface of the first light source arrangement block (a space is left for arrangement of the light source lamps on the upper end surface). A second L-shaped adapter block is fixed on the upper end surface of the second light source connecting plate 4712, a first side plate of the second L-shaped adapter block is fixed on the upper end surface of the L-shaped adapter block, and a second light source arrangement block is fixed on the second side plate and is fixed on the side surface of the second light source arrangement plate (a space is left for arrangement of the light source lamps on the upper end surface). The light source 4810 includes two light source lamp sets, which are a first light source lamp set and a second light source lamp set, and the first light source lamp set and the second light source lamp set are symmetrically disposed on the first light source connecting plate 4711 and the second light source connecting plate 4712. Each light source lamp group comprises a plurality of light source lamps which are arranged in a straight line shape. The camera mounting board 4830 includes: the camera mounting structure comprises a mounting plate fixing part, a height adjusting part and a camera mounting part, wherein the mounting plate fixing part is fixed at the lower end of a column-shaped connecting shaft 4200, a mounting plate sleeving hole is formed in the column-shaped connecting shaft 4200, the mounting plate sleeving hole is communicated with a clamping adjusting groove, and the clamping adjusting groove is an open groove. This partial structure of the camera mounting plate 4830 is similar to the hole-and-groove connecting structure except that it is not connected by fastening bolts but is more convenient to mount and dismount by screwing in and screwing down a handle. This is so because the camera 4850 requires frequent adjustment, maintenance, and sometimes maintenance, and tightening the handle instead of tightening the bolts makes the process more convenient. The leather sheath is made of rubber or soft plastic components, so that the screw can be screwed deeply. The middle part of the leather sheath is provided with a buckling groove, and the buckling groove and the camera accommodating groove are buckled to form a complete circle. A first screw hole has respectively been seted up in leather sheath both sides plane department, and two second screw holes have been seted up to the first screw hole of camera mounting panel 4830 terminal surface adaptation.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the auxiliary material feeding mechanism 5000 includes at least one set of feeding assembly, and the feeding assembly includes: the feeding limiting plate 5100 and the feeding member 5200, two feeding members 5200 are symmetrically arranged, and are respectively a first feeding member and a second feeding member. The feeding limiting plate 5100 is in an inverted E shape (E is rotated by 90 degrees counterclockwise); the middle bulge is provided with four threaded through holes matched with the basic fixing holes and two pin fastening holes matched with the fixing pin holes, and the basic fixing block 4100 penetrates through the basic fixing holes and the threaded through holes in sequence by using connecting bolts to be connected with the feeding limiting plate 5100 and is fixed on the shell above the rear electric appliance cabinet; and then, the fastening pin is inserted into the fastening pin hole through the fastening pin hole to reinforce the coupling stability of the basic fixing block 4100 and the feed limit plate 5100. The two protruding sides in the middle of the feeding limiting plate 5100 are respectively provided with a feeding limiting groove, and the two sides of the front end of the feeding limiting groove are respectively provided with a first bevel edge so as to realize accurate alignment with the fixed substrate in the feeding component 5200. A plurality of bolt holes are formed in the bottom side of the feeding stopper plate 5100 (i.e., the straight side of the lower end of the inverted "E" structure, which is rotated 90 degrees counterclockwise), so as to reinforce the fixing reliability of the feeding stopper plate 5100.
The feeding member 5200 includes: a feeding connecting bottom plate 5210, a feeding connecting side plate 5220, a feeding supporting side plate 5230, an auxiliary material roll rolling frame 5240, a first roller 5250, a first material bearing plate 5260, a second roller 5270, a second material bearing plate 5280, a third roller, a paper collection pinch roller set 5300, a paper collection shaft and a paper collection power assembly.
The feeding connecting bottom plate 5210 is fixed to the housing above the rear electrical cabinet, the front end of the feeding connecting bottom plate 5210 is inserted into and limited by the feeding limiting groove in the feeding limiting plate 5100, and two sides of the feeding connecting bottom plate 5210 are respectively provided with a second oblique edge matched with the first oblique edge. The front end face of the feeding connecting bottom plate 5210 extends forwards to form two arc-shaped protrusions, and the feeding limiting plate 5100 is matched with the two arc-shaped protrusions and is provided with an arc-shaped groove respectively, so that the splicing precision of the two protrusions is improved. In addition, a penetrating groove is formed in the middle of the feeding connection base plate 5210, the cross section of the penetrating groove is circular, and an n-shaped opening groove extends towards one side of the feeding connection base plate 5210. The casing up end above the regulator cubicle of back is provided with a panel location arch, and the protruding shape adaptation of panel location is in penetrating groove and "n" style of calligraphy open slot after the intercommunication, that is to say, panel location arch can be divided into two parts, and partly adapts to and penetrates the groove, and partly adaptation open slot to strengthen the fixed stability of feed connecting bottom plate 5210, and improve its positioning accuracy. A plurality of screw coupling holes are formed at both sides of the supply coupling base plate 5210, respectively, to detachably couple the supply coupling side plates 5220 and the supply support side plates 5230 to the supply coupling base plate 5210. The threaded connection holes are countersunk bolt holes, and the countersunk portions of the threaded connection holes are located on the lower end face of the feed connection base plate 5210.
The vertical detachable connection of feed support sideboard 5230 is in the both sides of feed connection bottom plate 5210 up end, and its dividable is for the front portion, middle part and the rear portion that set gradually, and the three sets gradually by the front end of feed connection bottom plate 5210 to the rear end, and preferred three integrated into one piece. The lower end of the front part of the feed support side plate 5230 is a slope, and the upper end, the front end and the rear end are flat surfaces, wherein the slope direction of the lower end is gradually increased in height from the rear end to the front end. The front part is also provided with a first rotating round hole with a convex longitudinal section, the first rotating round hole is used for accommodating one end of the third roller, and the shaft diameter of the first rotating round hole can enable the end part of the third roller to rotate in the hole. The middle portion of the feeding support side plate 5230 is rectangular, and a second rotating circular hole is formed in the middle portion, and the second rotating circular hole is used for accommodating one end of a driving wheel in the paper collecting pinch roller set 5300, and the shaft diameter of the second rotating circular hole enables the driving wheel to rotate in the hole. The lower end of the rear portion of the feed support side plate 5230 is rectangular, and the upper end thereof is extended with a sloped edge. The rear portion is provided with a plurality of support connecting holes for connecting the pinch roller support below the paper pinch roller set 5300.
The feed connection sideboard 5220 consists of a lower front end, a lower rear end, a middle front end, a middle rear end, an upper front end and an upper rear end. The lower front end is similar to the feeding support side plate 5230 in shape, and specifically, a first circular-arc branch groove is formed on the feeding support side plate, and the first circular-arc branch groove is close to the lower rear end and the middle rear end. The structure of the front end of the lower part is the same as that of the feeding connecting plate except for the first circular arc branch groove. The lower rear end, the middle front end, the middle rear end, the upper front end and the upper rear end will not be described in detail herein, and will be described below with reference to other components.
The auxiliary material roll rolling frame 5240 is composed of three-hole connecting plates, hole shaft connecting blocks, rolling connecting shafts, limiting fixing rings, auxiliary material limiting rings and loading and unloading handles.
The three-hole connecting plate is rectangular and is connected to the rear end of the upper portion of the supply connecting side plate 5220, and a rectangular connecting groove is formed in the rear end of the upper portion of the supply connecting side plate 5220 and communicated with four first threaded holes. The first end of the three-hole connecting plate is provided with four second threaded holes which correspond to the first threaded holes one to one, are accommodated in the rectangular connecting groove and are fixedly connected to the feeding connecting side plate 5220 through the second threaded holes; the second end of the three-hole connecting plate is sleeved on the outer edge of the rolling connecting shaft. Hole hub connection piece is provided with first feed hole groove connection structure, and first feed hole groove connection structure includes: the connecting shaft accommodating hole is communicated with a strip-shaped open slot, and the strip-shaped open slot is vertically communicated with a fastening threaded hole. After the rolling connecting shaft is accommodated in the connecting shaft accommodating hole, the fastening bolt is screwed into the fastening threaded hole, so that the strip-shaped open slot which is loosened originally and convenient for the rectangular connecting shaft to be inserted is gradually narrowed, and the hole-shaft connecting block is further used for clamping and fixing the rectangular connecting shaft. In addition, two first countersunk head threaded holes are further formed in the hole shaft connecting block and are used for fixedly connecting the three hole connecting plates, so that the three hole connecting plates are not only sleeved on the rolling connecting shaft, but also fixed on the rolling connecting shaft.
Furthermore, one side of the connecting shaft accommodating hole, which is planar, is provided with a limiting plane, the other part of the connecting shaft accommodating hole is provided with an arc, a through hole which is approximately cylindrical is formed, and the shape of the rolling connecting shaft is matched with that of the connecting shaft accommodating hole and is cylindrical, one side of the rolling connecting shaft is provided with a plane. The setting of locating plane 4900 can strengthen the stability of connection of hole axle connecting block and rolling connecting axle, prevent that the rolling connecting axle is rotatory.
Spacing solid fixed ring and auxiliary material spacing ring respectively are provided with two, form the auxiliary material that two sets of symmetries set up and roll limit structure, and two sets of auxiliary materials are rolled up and are remained one in the middle of the limit structure and be used for placing the rolling space that the auxiliary material was rolled up, and the auxiliary material that is close to three hole connecting plates is rolled up limit structure for the following first auxiliary material of short-term, and the auxiliary material that deviates from three hole connecting plates is rolled up limit structure for the following second auxiliary material of short-term.
The limiting fixing ring is sleeved on the outer edge of the rolling connecting shaft, and the shape of the limiting fixing ring projected from the upper part after installation is convex (due to the existence of the middle shaft hole, the cross section of the limiting fixing ring is not convex, so the projection shape is described here). That is to say, spacing solid fixed ring comprises macrocyclic and ringlet two parts, and macrocyclic part is used for laminating and connects the auxiliary material spacing ring, and the ringlet part has seted up the fixed orifices for through round pin axle or loading and unloading handle fixed connection in roll connecting axle. The limiting fixing ring and the auxiliary material limiting ring in the first auxiliary material roll limiting structure can be respectively called as a first limiting fixing ring and a first auxiliary material limiting ring; the limiting fixing ring and the auxiliary material limiting ring in the second auxiliary material roll limiting structure can be respectively called as a second limiting fixing ring and a second auxiliary material limiting ring for distinguishing. The first roller 5250 is rotatably connected to the upper rear end of the supply connection sideplate 5220 on the side near the upper front end thereof with its axis parallel to the rolling connection shaft, that is, the first roller 5250 has the same level as the rolling connection shaft. The first roller 5250 is composed of an inner fixed shaft fixedly connected to the feeding connecting side plate 5220, an outer rotating cylinder rotatably sleeved on the outer edge of the inner fixed shaft (the inner diameter of the outer rotating cylinder is slightly larger than that of the inner fixed shaft), an end connecting cover fixedly connected to the inner fixed shaft at the middle portion and an outer rotating cylinder at the outer side, that is, the outer side of the end connecting cover rotates synchronously with the outer rotating cylinder. The second barrel 5270 and the third barrel are identical to the first barrel 5250, and the present invention is not described herein. The first material receiving plate 5260 is fixedly connected to the front end of the middle portion of the material supply connecting side plate 5220, and the material receiving plane of the first material receiving plate 5260 is parallel to the front end surface of the middle portion of the material supply connecting side plate 5220. Preferably, the first material receiving plate 5260 has a rectangular shape, and one of two short-side end surfaces thereof is fitted to the supply connection side plate 5220, and two long-side end surfaces thereof are perpendicular to the supply connection side plate 5220.
In a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, the feed member 5200 further includes: width regulation structure, width regulation structure includes: two are seted up in the type of calligraphy open slots of first holding plate 5260 up end both sides along long limit direction, and sliding connection has two types of calligraphy sliders in the type of calligraphy open slot, and the up end of a few types of calligraphy sliders is provided with a locating screw hole to be connected with a locating component through the locating screw hole, locating component includes: positioning bolt, positioning bolt adaptation in location screw hole, nearly style of calligraphy slider up end still the laminating is provided with a set nut, and the set nut cover is located the positioning bolt outer fringe. The screw rod downwardly extending of positioning bolt is provided with a compression pole, and the outer fringe cover of compression pole is equipped with a compression spring, and the below of compression pole is provided with a pretension piece, and a pretension open slot has been seted up to pretension piece upper end, and the bottom of compression pole can be dismantled and be connected with a holding ring, and the holding ring is located pretension open slot (type), and compression spring then is located under positioning bolt's the screw rod between terminal surface and the pretension piece up end.
When the specification of the auxiliary material belt changes and the distance between the two n-shaped sliding blocks needs to be adjusted, only the positioning bolt needs to be screwed, so that the positioning ring can not be attached to the bottom surface of the pre-tightening opening groove any more, the positioning ring is driven by the force generated by the reset of the compression spring to support the pre-tightening block to separate the pre-tightening block from the first material bearing plate 5260, at the moment, the n-shaped sliding blocks can slide along the convex-shaped opening groove at will, after the positioning ring is adjusted to a proper position, the positioning bolt is screwed reversely, the pre-tightening block is attached to the first material bearing plate 5260 under the pushing of the positioning ring, and the n-shaped sliding blocks are fixed on the first material bearing plate 5260.
Preferably, the upper end surface of the first material supporting plate 5260 is provided with a plurality of vacuum absorption holes arranged at intervals, so that the auxiliary material belt can slide downwards and ensure a certain degree of flatness under the vacuum absorption action, i.e. move downwards in parallel.
The second barrel 5270 is fixedly coupled to the middle front end of the supply connection side plate 5220, and the second retainer plate 5280 is fixed to the upper surface of the lower front end of the supply connection side plate 5220, it can be seen that the horizontal heights of the first barrel 5250, the first retainer plate 5260, the second barrel 5270 and the second retainer plate 5280 are gradually reduced. A gap enough for the auxiliary material belt to pass through is reserved between the driven pinch roller and the driving pinch roller 5310. The two ends of the driving pressing wheel 5310 are rotatably connected to the feeding connection side plate 5220 and the feeding support side plate 5230, respectively, and one end of the driving pressing wheel passes through the feeding connection side plate 5220 and then is connected to the paper collecting power assembly and is driven by the paper collecting power assembly to rotate. An O-shaped groove is formed in the rear end of the middle portion of the supply connection side plate 5220, and the delivery shaft passes through the O-shaped groove and is connected to the delivery power assembly and is driven by the delivery power assembly to rotate. The delivery shaft is composed of a fixed shaft end, a rotating shaft and a clamping elastic part, and the fixed shaft end is fixedly connected to the feed connection side plate 5220 (preferably, an abrasion-proof backing plate is further fixed between the fixed shaft end and the feed connection side plate 5220 to prevent the fixed shaft end from being abraded, so that the use cost can be reduced). The rotating shafts are cylindrical and are rotatably connected with the fixed shaft ends. One end of the clamping elastic piece is inserted and connected between the rotating shafts, the other end of the clamping elastic piece is free, the clamping elastic piece is made of elastic materials, when the auxiliary material belt clamping device is used, the clamping elastic piece is pulled to one side away from the rotating shafts, a gap is formed between the clamping elastic piece and the rotating shafts, then one end of the auxiliary material belt penetrates through the gap, and after the auxiliary material belt clamping device is used, the clamping elastic piece is released, so that the auxiliary material belt is automatically reset to clamp the auxiliary material belt. The paper collection power assembly comprises: the driving mechanism comprises a rotating motor, a first driving wheel, a first driving belt, a second driving wheel, a third driving wheel, a second driving belt and a fourth driving wheel which are connected in sequence. A rotating motor is fixed to the upper rear end of the supply connection side plate 5220, and the rotating motor is located below the first drum 5250. The first driving wheel is fixed on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor, the second driving wheel is fixedly connected with a third roller, the first driving belt is connected between the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel, the third driving wheel is coaxially connected with the second driving wheel, the fourth driving wheel is connected with the paper collecting shaft, and the second driving belt is connected between the third driving wheel and the fourth driving wheel. The positions of the driving wheels are not described in detail, and they are necessarily arranged according to the parts that need to be driven by the driving wheels, which is a common technical means for those skilled in the art.
Further, a proximity sensor is arranged above the second material bearing plate 5280, and the proximity sensor is used for sending a signal to the control center after detecting that the auxiliary material reaches a specified position, and then the control center controls the rotating motor in the take-up and support power assembly to stop rotating, and controls the labeling mechanism 6000 to move to the position above the auxiliary material to adsorb and separate the auxiliary material from the auxiliary material belt.
Before the auxiliary material feeding mechanism 5000 is started, the auxiliary material belt is rotatably sleeved on the rolling connecting shaft of the auxiliary material roll rolling frame 5240, and then one end of the auxiliary material belt is clamped on the paper delivery shaft after sequentially passing through the first roller 5250, the first material bearing plate 5260, the second roller 5270, the second material bearing plate 5280, the third roller and the paper delivery pinch roller set 5300. After the auxiliary material belt is started, the paper collection power assembly drives the first roller 5250, the second roller 5270, the third roller, the paper collection pinch roller set 5300 and the paper collection shaft to rotate, auxiliary materials are adsorbed and separated from the auxiliary material belt by the labeling mechanism 6000 at the tail end of the second material bearing plate 5280, and then the spare auxiliary material belt continuously rolls and contracts on the paper collection shaft.
As shown in fig. 9, the labeling mechanism 6000 includes: labeling bracket assembly 6100, X-axis moving assembly 6300, Y-axis moving assembly 6500, Z-axis moving assembly 6200, rotating assembly 6400, and auxiliary material adsorbing assembly. The auxiliary material adsorbing assembly is fixedly connected to the Y-axis moving assembly 6500, the Y-axis moving assembly 6500 is fixedly connected to the rotating assembly 6400, the rotating assembly 6400 is fixedly connected to the X-axis moving assembly 6300, the X-axis moving assembly 6300 is fixedly connected to the Z-axis moving assembly 6200, the Z-axis moving assembly 6200 is erected on the labeling support assembly 6100, and the labeling support assembly 6100 is detachably connected to the housing above the rear electric appliance cabinet.
The right bracket set 6120 is composed of a second bottom fixing plate, a second middle supporting frame, a frame plate reinforcing rib, a second connecting rib plate, a second upper connecting plate and a bracket sliding guide rail. The second bottom fixing plate is rectangular, and a second fixing threaded hole is respectively formed in four corners of the second bottom fixing plate and is fixedly connected to the shell above the rear electric appliance cabinet through the second fixing threaded hole. The second middle supporting frame is welded into an H shape by two longitudinal supporting rods and one transverse supporting rod, the widths of the longitudinal supporting rods and the transverse supporting rods are the same as the width of the second bottom fixing plate, and the cross sections of the longitudinal supporting rods and the transverse supporting rods are in a shape like a Chinese character 'hui'. The lower ends of the two longitudinal support rods are welded and fixed on the upper end face of the second bottom fixing plate, and a first reinforcing rib is welded between the outer side faces of the two longitudinal support rods and the upper end face of the second bottom fixing plate. The second upper connecting plate is rectangular, the width of the second upper connecting plate is the same as that of the second bottom fixing plate, and the length of the second upper connecting plate is twice that of the second bottom fixing plate. two products to be labeled respectively pass through a feeding groove which is gradually narrowed, and in the process, the placing direction of the products to be labeled is corrected until the products reach the head end of a material conveying groove;
two products to be labeled are respectively conveyed to the tail end of the conveying chute from the head end of the corresponding conveying chute;
secondly, the product to be labeled is transferred to a labeling platform in the labeling center by the process positioning device:
the screw rod adjusting mechanism drives the middle connecting mechanism, the longitudinal displacement mechanism, the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move towards the direction of the feeding platform until the first adsorption mechanism reaches the position above a product to be labeled;
the longitudinal displacement mechanism drives the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move downwards until the distance between the first adsorption mechanism and the product to be labeled is enough to enable the first adsorption mechanism to adsorb the product to be labeled;
the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism comprise a first negative pressure source, a sucker fixing frame and a sucker component; the number of the sucker fixing frames is two, each sucker fixing frame is correspondingly connected with one T-shaped connecting block, and the sucker fixing frames are in a long strip shape; the number of the suckers is four, two suckers are in a group, and each group of suckers is correspondingly fixed on a sucker fixing frame; the middle part of the sucker fixing frame is provided with a strip-shaped sucker fixing groove, and the sucker fixing groove vertically penetrates through the sucker fixing frame; the sucker component comprises an upper end limiting nut, a lower end limiting nut, a nut connecting column, a connecting guide column, a spring, a hexagon nut, an air pipe quick connecting piece, a plastic sucker and a sucker fixing column; the lower end surface of the upper end limiting nut is attached to the upper end surface of the sucker fixing frame, so that the sucker component is limited to move downwards; the upper end surface of the lower end limiting nut is attached to the lower end surface of the sucker fixing frame, so that the sucker component is limited to move upwards; the sucker component is fixedly connected to the sucker fixing frame by combining the sucker fixing frame and the sucker fixing frame, so that the product to be labeled is prevented from shaking when being sucked; the nut connecting column penetrates through the sucker fixing groove and is used for being in threaded connection with an upper end limiting nut and a lower end limiting nut; the connecting guide column is movably connected below the nut connecting column, and the hexagonal nut is fixedly connected to the outer edge of the lower end of the connecting guide column; the spring is sleeved at the outer edge of the connecting guide post, the upper end of the spring is attached to the lower end surface of the lower end limiting nut, and the lower end of the spring is attached to and supported on the upper end surface of the hexagon nut; when the sucker component moves downwards and the plastic sucker contacts with a product to be labeled, the spring is compressed, and the connecting guide column, the hexagon nut, the air pipe quick connector and the sucker fixing column move upwards to serve as buffering;
the first adsorption mechanism adsorbs two products to be labeled and then is reset to the original height under the drive of the longitudinal displacement mechanism;
the screw rod adjusting mechanism drives the middle connecting mechanism, the longitudinal displacement mechanism, the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move towards the direction of the discharging platform until the first adsorption mechanism reaches the position above the labeling platform;
the longitudinal displacement mechanism drives the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move downwards until the distance between the first adsorption mechanism and the labeling platform reaches a preset value;
the first adsorption mechanism loosens two products to be labeled and then resets to the original height under the drive of the longitudinal displacement mechanism;
thirdly, fixing the product to be labeled by the labeling platform:
a first displacement clamping assembly in the labeling platform pushes a first product to be labeled to move towards a second clamping block until the first product to be labeled is close to the long edge of the second clamping block and is attached to the first side of the second clamping block; meanwhile, the second displacement clamping assembly pushes the first product to be labeled to move towards the first clamping block until the first product to be labeled is close to the short edge of the first clamping block and is attached to the first clamping block; meanwhile, the third displacement clamping assembly pushes the second product to be labeled to move towards the second clamping block until the second product to be labeled is close to the long edge of the second clamping block and is attached to the second side of the second clamping block; meanwhile, the second displacement clamping assembly pushes the second product to be labeled to move towards the first clamping block until the second product to be labeled is close to the short edge of the first clamping block and is attached to the first clamping block;
step four, an auxiliary material feeding mechanism in the labeling center provides auxiliary materials:
an auxiliary material roll rolling frame in the auxiliary material feeding mechanism accommodates and limits the auxiliary material roll left and right;
the blank winding tape at the opening of the auxiliary material roll sequentially passes through the first roller, the first material bearing plate, the second roller, the second material bearing plate, the third roller and the paper collecting pinch roller set and is clamped between the rotating shafts of the paper collecting shaft and the clamping elastic part;
the paper collecting power assembly drives the paper collecting shaft to rotate, so that the auxiliary material roll is wrapped on the outer edge between the rotating shafts from the opening inwards, and the auxiliary material roll is driven to rotate on the auxiliary material roll rolling frame;
a proximity sensor above the second material bearing plate sends a signal to the control center after detecting the auxiliary material;
fifthly, a labeling mechanism in the labeling center obtains auxiliary materials:
the labeling mechanism comprises: the labeling support assembly, the X-axis moving assembly, the Y-axis moving assembly, the Z-axis moving assembly, the rotating assembly and the auxiliary material adsorption assembly; the auxiliary material adsorption component is fixedly connected to the Y-axis moving component, the Y-axis moving component is fixedly connected to the rotating component, the rotating component is fixedly connected to the X-axis moving component, the X-axis moving component is fixedly connected to the Z-axis moving component, the Z-axis moving component is fixedly connected to the labeling support component, and the labeling support component is detachably connected to a shell above the rear electric appliance cabinet of the labeling machine; the Y-axis moving assembly includes: a first Y-axis moving member and a second Y-axis moving member; the auxiliary material adsorption component comprises: a first auxiliary material adsorption part, a second auxiliary material adsorption part, a third auxiliary material adsorption part and a fourth auxiliary material adsorption part; the first Y-axis moving part is fixedly connected with the first auxiliary material adsorption part and the second auxiliary material adsorption part and is used for driving one of the first auxiliary material adsorption part and the second auxiliary material adsorption part to descend when the other one of the first auxiliary material adsorption part and the second auxiliary material adsorption part ascends; the second Y-axis moving part is fixedly connected with the third auxiliary material adsorption part and the fourth auxiliary material adsorption part and is used for driving one of the third auxiliary material adsorption part and the fourth auxiliary material adsorption part to descend when the other one of the third auxiliary material adsorption part and the fourth auxiliary material adsorption part ascends;
the first auxiliary material adsorption part and the third auxiliary material adsorption part are arranged in parallel, when the size of the auxiliary material is suitable for using one auxiliary material adsorption part, either one of the first auxiliary material adsorption part and the third auxiliary material adsorption part is used for adsorbing the auxiliary material, and the other one of the first auxiliary material adsorption part and the third auxiliary material adsorption part is idle; when the size of the auxiliary material is suitable for using the two auxiliary material adsorption components, the auxiliary material adsorption components and the auxiliary material adsorption components descend to take materials simultaneously;
the second auxiliary material adsorption part and the fourth auxiliary material adsorption part are arranged in parallel, when the auxiliary material size is suitable for using one auxiliary material adsorption part, either one of the second auxiliary material adsorption part and the fourth auxiliary material adsorption part is used for adsorbing the auxiliary material, and the other one of the second auxiliary material adsorption part and the fourth auxiliary material adsorption part is idle; when the size of the auxiliary material is suitable for using the two auxiliary material adsorption components, the auxiliary material adsorption components and the auxiliary material adsorption components descend to take materials simultaneously;
the control center controls the paper collecting power assembly to stop running, and simultaneously controls the Z-axis moving assembly and the X-axis moving assembly in the labeling mechanism to drive the rotating assembly, the Y-axis moving assembly and the auxiliary material adsorption assembly to move towards the direction of the second material bearing plate until the auxiliary material adsorption assembly reaches the position above the second material bearing plate;
the first Y-axis moving part in the Y-axis moving assembly drives the first auxiliary material adsorption part in the auxiliary material adsorption assembly to move downwards to a preset position;
the first auxiliary material adsorption component forms negative pressure adsorption auxiliary material through an external negative pressure source;
the first Y-axis moving part in the Y-axis moving assembly drives the first auxiliary material adsorption part in the auxiliary material adsorption assembly to ascend and reset; meanwhile, the paper collecting power assembly is restarted and drives the paper collecting shaft to rotate until the proximity sensor detects the auxiliary materials again;
the rotating component drives the Y-axis moving component and the auxiliary material adsorption component to rotate 180 degrees;
a first Y-axis moving part in the Y-axis moving assembly drives a second auxiliary material adsorption part in the auxiliary material adsorption assembly to move downwards to a preset position;
the second auxiliary material adsorption component forms negative pressure adsorption auxiliary material through an external negative pressure source;
sixthly, correcting the pose of the auxiliary material adsorbed by the labeling mechanism by a CCD visual positioning device in the labeling center:

the Y-axis moving assembly drives the auxiliary material adsorption assembly to move downwards to attach the auxiliary material to the second product to be labeled;
eighth, the labeled product is transferred to a discharging platform by the process positioning device:
the screw rod adjusting mechanism drives the middle connecting mechanism, the longitudinal displacement mechanism, the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move towards the direction of the feeding platform until the second adsorption mechanism reaches the position above the labeled product;
the longitudinal displacement mechanism drives the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move downwards until the distance between the second adsorption mechanism and the labeled product is enough for the second adsorption mechanism to adsorb the labeled product;
the second adsorption mechanism adsorbs two labeled products and then is reset to the original height under the driving of the longitudinal displacement mechanism;
the screw rod adjusting mechanism drives the middle connecting mechanism, the longitudinal displacement mechanism, the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move towards the direction of the discharging platform until the second adsorption mechanism reaches the position above the discharging platform;
the longitudinal displacement mechanism drives the first adsorption mechanism and the second adsorption mechanism to move downwards until the distance between the first adsorption mechanism and the labeling platform reaches a preset value;
the first adsorption mechanism loosens the two labeled products and then resets to the original height under the drive of the longitudinal displacement mechanism;
and step nine, conveying the labeled product to the outside of the labeling machine by the discharging platform.
