Referring to fig. 1 to 12, the present embodiment is a wood turning lathe based on a programmable controller, which includes a base 11, a spindle box 12 fixedly installed on an upper portion of one end of the base, a tailstock 13 movably installed on the base and far away from one end of the spindle box, a turning tool base 15 movably installed on the base and between the spindle box and the tailstock, a tool rest 152 movably installed on the turning tool base along a width direction of the base, a turning tool fixedly installed on the tool rest, and a dust collection disk 2 connected to a side surface of the tool rest and located below the turning tool.
The dust collector also comprises a primary filter 3 connected with the dust collecting disc through a dust collecting pipe and a secondary filter 5 connected with the primary filter through a pipeline.
The whole dust collection disc is of a rectangular groove body structure, a plurality of round rods 21 along the length direction of the turning tool are mounted in the dust collection disc, and each round rod is positioned on a circular arc line with a concave middle part; the side walls of the dust collection tray at least at one pair of diagonal corners are connected with a dust collection pipe interface 22 for connecting with a dust collection pipe.
The primary filter includes a rectangular case a31 having an open front side, a side cover plate 32 sealingly attached to the front side of the case a, and a discharge pipe a314 attached to the lower end of the right side of the case a.
The left side of the box body a is connected with a primary inlet joint 312 connected with a dust collection pipe, and the upper part of the right side of the box body a is connected with a primary outlet joint 313 used for connecting a secondary filter; the lower end of the box body a and the lower end of the discharge pipe a are connected with supporting legs a 311.

When the primary discharging motor rotates reversely, the feeding screw rod a is driven to rotate and simultaneously moves outwards to the limit position, and the valve body part a is positioned on the right side of the discharging port a, so that the discharging port a is in an open state; when the primary discharging motor rotates forwards, the feeding screw rod a is driven to rotate and simultaneously moves inwards to the limit position, and the valve body portion a is just positioned at the position of the discharging port a, so that the discharging port a is in a closed state.

A liquid level sensor for monitoring the water level in the box body b is installed in the box body b, a water replenishing electromagnetic valve 532 is connected to the water delivery pipe through a three-way joint, and the other end of the water replenishing electromagnetic valve is connected with a tap water pipe.

The signal input end of the PLC is further connected with a second discharging switch used for controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the secondary discharging motor, the second discharging switch is pressed once, and the steering of the secondary discharging motor is changed once.
When the liquid level in the box body b is lower than a set value, the PLC controls the water replenishing electromagnetic valve to be opened, and when the liquid level in the box body b is higher than the set value by more than 3%, the PLC controls the water replenishing electromagnetic valve to be closed.
The PLC controller can be selected according to requirements, such as Siemens PLC SIMATIC S7-1200.
The pitch of the external threads on the output shafts of the first-stage discharging motor and the second-stage discharging motor is 1-1.5 times of the diameter of the output shaft; the external thread is a left-handed thread, and the thread blades on the feeding screw rod a and the feeding screw rod b are in a left-handed structure.

The top of the secondary filter is also provided with a demister 7, the bottom of the demister is connected with an air inlet pipe 71, the air inlet pipe is connected with the outlet end of the centrifugal fan, and the upper end of the air inlet pipe is higher than the inner bottom of the demister; the inner bottom of the demister is also connected with a drain pipe 72, the inner diameter of the drain pipe is less than 2mm, and the top cover is provided with a liquid return port for inserting the drain pipe; a plurality of defogging pieces 73 are equidistantly installed on the upper portion in the defogger, and the distance between every two adjacent defogging pieces is smaller than 1.0 mm.

the secondary filter comprises a rectangular box body b with an opening at the top, a top cover connected to the top of the box body b in a sealing manner, and a discharge pipe b connected to the right side of the box body b;
the left side of the box body b is connected with a secondary inlet joint which is connected with a primary outlet joint of the primary filter through a pipeline, and the secondary inlet joint is positioned in the middle of the box body b in the height direction; the upper part of the right side of the box body b is connected with a fan joint; the fan joint is connected with a centrifugal fan; the lower end of the box body b and the lower end of the discharge pipe b are connected with supporting legs b;
a longitudinal partition plate is arranged between the front wall surface and the rear wall surface in the box body b, the upper end of the longitudinal partition plate is positioned in the middle of the height direction of the box body b, the right side of the upper end of the longitudinal partition plate is connected with an inclined plate which is lower at the left and higher at the right, a space is reserved between the lower end of the longitudinal partition plate and the bottom in the box body b, and the right side of the lower end of the longitudinal partition plate is connected with a semicircular plate;

a feeding screw rod b is rotatably mounted in the material collecting channel b and the material discharging pipe b, a secondary discharging motor used for driving the feeding screw rod b to rotate is fixedly mounted at the outer end of the material discharging pipe b, and a rotating supporting rod b rotatably inserted with the feeding screw rod b is fixedly mounted on the right side of the longitudinal partition plate;
the lower end of the discharge pipe b close to the outer end part is connected with a discharge channel b, and a discharge hole b is formed in the discharge pipe b corresponding to the discharge channel b; the outer end of the feeding screw rod b is connected with a cylindrical valve body part b, and the diameter of the valve body part b is matched with the inner diameter of the discharge pipe b; a double-helix external thread is formed on an output shaft of the secondary discharging motor, and the valve body part b is in threaded connection with the output shaft of the secondary discharging motor;
when the secondary discharging motor rotates reversely, the feeding screw rod b is driven to rotate and simultaneously moves outwards to the limit position, and the valve body part b is positioned on the right side of the discharging hole b, so that the discharging hole b is in an open state; when the secondary discharging motor rotates forwards, the feeding screw rod b is driven to rotate and simultaneously moves inwards to the limit position, and the valve body part b is just positioned at the position of the discharging hole b, so that the discharging hole b is in a closed state;
a plurality of spray pipes are equidistantly arranged at the top in the box body b from the inner wall of the left side of the box body b to the middle part of the inclined plate; the lower ends of more than two spray pipes positioned on the rightmost side are provided with strip-shaped water spraying seams along the length direction for forming a water film when spraying water, and the lower ends of other spray pipes are uniformly provided with spray holes for spraying water mist when spraying water;
one end of each spray pipe extends out of the box body b, the outer end parts of the spray pipes are communicated in parallel through a water conveying pipe, a spray water pump for pumping water from the box body b is installed at the lower end of the box body b, and the water outlet end of the spray water pump is connected with the water conveying pipe;
a circular ceramic filter plate is arranged at the bottom in the box body b corresponding to the position of the water spray pump, and a circular brush holder used for scraping and washing the upper surface of the ceramic filter plate is rotatably arranged at the upper end of the ceramic filter plate; the brush holder comprises an inner connecting ring and an outer connecting ring which are concentric, and a plurality of scraping blades which are arranged at equal angles and are integrally connected between the inner connecting ring and the outer connecting ring, and the outer ends of the scraping blades extend out of the outer connecting ring; a brush holder driving head used for pushing the outer end of the scraping blade to move so as to drive the brush holder to rotate is formed at one end of each material pushing plate close to the rear wall of the box body b;
a liquid level sensor for monitoring the water level in the box body b is installed in the box body b, a water delivery pipe is connected with a water supplementing electromagnetic valve through a three-way joint, and the other end of the water supplementing electromagnetic valve is connected with a tap water pipe;

the signal input end of the PLC is also connected with a first discharging switch used for controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the primary discharging motor, and the first discharging switch is pressed once, so that the rotation direction of the primary discharging motor is changed once;
the signal input end of the PLC is also connected with a second discharging switch used for controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the secondary discharging motor, the second discharging switch is pressed once, and the steering of the secondary discharging motor is changed once;
when the liquid level in the box body b is lower than a set value, the PLC controls the water replenishing electromagnetic valve to be opened, and when the liquid level in the box body b is higher than the set value by more than 3%, the PLC controls the water replenishing electromagnetic valve to be closed.
