The high-efficiency bag type dust collector for purifying and treating industrial waste gas has the advantages that the dust collection mechanism enables the filter cloth to be kept in a moist state, dust is convenient to adsorb, the filter bag is prevented from being blocked due to flying of the dust, compared with the existing dust collection mechanism, the dust collection mechanism is convenient to clean the filter cloth, in addition, the guide plate is driven to lift through the guide mechanism, the dust suspended in the shell is close to the moist filter cloth, the dust adsorbed on the surface of the filter bag is reduced, the air circulation is favorably kept, the dust collection efficiency and the practicability of equipment are improved, compared with the existing guide mechanism, the guide mechanism can dredge the filter bag during operation, and the air circulation speed is further improved.

As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the flow guide mechanism includes a flow guide plate 18, a slide rail 19 and a lifting assembly, the lifting assembly is located on an inner wall of one side of the casing 3 far away from the air inlet pipe 4, the slide rail 19 is U-shaped, two ends of the slide rail 19 are fixed on an inner wall of the other side of the casing 3, the flow guide plate 18 is horizontally arranged, the flow guide plate 18 is sleeved on the slide rail 19, the lifting assembly is in transmission connection with the flow guide plate 18, the flow guide plate 18 is provided with two through holes, the through holes correspond to the filter bags 9 one by one, and the filter bags 9 are located on inner sides of the.

The PLC controls the first motor 20 to start, drives the screw rod 22 to rotate under the supporting action of the bearing 21, and the screw rod 22 acts on the guide plate 18 through threads, so that the guide plate 18 can move up and down along the direction of the slide rail 19.
Preferably, in order to dredge the filter bag 9, a plurality of brushes 23 are arranged on the inner side of the through hole, the brushes 23 are uniformly distributed on the inner side of the through hole, one end of each brush 23 is fixed on the inner wall of the through hole, and the other end of each brush 23 abuts against the filter bag 9. Preferably, in order to assist in supporting the frame 14, a plurality of support shafts 30 are provided in the housing 3, the support shafts 30 are uniformly distributed below the frame 14, and the support shafts 30 are fixed in the housing 3.
