本发明涉及到一种建筑用材,是一种具有遇火不
燃烧的沥青、油毡。它的生产方法是在沥青内施加碳
酸氢钠等防火阻燃耐温化工药品制得不燃烧沥青,
而油毡的毡毯则是以石棉、碳纤维为主要原料,并且
在油毡的层面上涂刷有阻火耐温涂液层。
Description
本发明涉及到一种建筑用材,是一种遇火不燃烧的沥青及油毡。
现有的沥青是以石油或煤焦油经提炼取得,就阻燃性能它不含任何阻燃物资;反之它确具有益燃烧物资,有着极强列的燃烧效果。而油毡则是采用益燃烧沥青为主要原料制造而成,所以它也成为益燃烧油毡。
沥青及油毡两者都是建筑材料,而切是两种用途广泛使用量大的建筑用材。一旦它们失火就很难扑灭,从而给使用者带来另一种无可挽回的经济损失。
本发明的任务是提供一种不燃烧的沥青,油毡,它能够遇火不燃烧,有着一定的阻燃灭火功能。
本发明的任务是以如下方法来完成的,在沥青液内加入碳酸氢钠和其它具有阻燃功能的化工药品,制取不燃烧沥青。之后采用石棉、碳纤维制造出油毡的毡毯,再取特制的不燃烧沥青为原料生产出不燃烧油毡。

不燃烧沥青生产配方一:
容器一个、沥青50公斤,碳酸氢钠4公斤,碳酸盐1公斤,增塑剂0.1公斤,干燥剂0.1公斤,碳酸氢钠和碳酸盐要求标准在200目、其目数越大效果越高。
把沥青放入容器内加热熔化,停火降温在不停搅动中陆续加入碳酸氢钠、碳酸盐、增塑剂、干燥剂。
不燃烧沥青生产配方二:
沥青50公斤,钛白粉3公斤,碳酸钙2公斤,氨基树脂2公斤,增塑剂0.1公斤,干燥剂0.1公斤。
把沥青加热熔化,停火降温在不断搅拌的情况下先后施入增塑剂、干燥剂、钛白粉、碳酸钙、氨基树脂。
如果在使用当中发觉经以上配方生产出的沥青防火效果不太理想的话,只需要提高化工药品的施放量而不再增加沥青就能产生高度的不燃烧沥青。
不燃烧油毡外涂液配方一:
钛白粉16、氯化橡胶液8、增塑剂15、硼酸锌2、碳酸钙17、溶剂50、松香水10、乙醇(工业)4、淀粉20、纯酚醛树脂10。
不燃烧油毡外涂液配方二:
淀粉20、氯化橡胶20、有机硅树脂5、溶剂40、氨基树脂15、钛白粉15、醇酸树脂8、增塑剂15。
上述两组药品除乳液或胶脂外,将其它药物混合置球磨机或其它研磨机进行研磨,过200目筛,而后全部药品混合,调和即成该产品。
参照附图1,制造生产不燃烧油毡的毡毯(1)时要减少其它原料的用量,以石棉、碳纤维来代替,不少于毡毯(1)的30%为益。并采用不燃烧沥青生产配方生产的沥青(2)涂在毡毯上,其生产工艺过程及设备同现有产品无所改变。半成品油毡制成后再使用不燃烧油毡外涂液喷涂或刷涂在沥青(2)的外层1-2次,此层作为阻火耐温涂液层(3)。为防止油毡层次间相互重叠对粘贴一起需要在阻火耐温涂液层(3)面上施加滑石粉之类的干粉作为施粉防粘层(4),到此完成油毡(5)的全部生产过程。
Claims (4)
1、一种建筑材料沥青、油毡,特别是可以用来防火的沥青,油毡,该油毡(5)是以毡毯(1)、沥青(2)和阻火耐温涂液层(3)组成,其特征是毡毯(1)有采用石棉、碳纤维防火材料,沥青(2)是内加入有阻燃耐温物品的沥青,并且还增设有阻火耐温涂液层(3)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的油毡,其特征在于毡毯(1)是采用耐火温材料制造。
3、根据权利要求1所述的油毡,其特征在于沥青(2)是采用不燃烧沥青生产配方生产出的沥青。
4、根据权利要求1所述的油毡,其特征在于增设的阻火耐温涂液层(3)是采用不燃烧油毡外涂液配方生产出的涂液。
