技术领域
本发明涉及中药制剂技术领域，具体涉及一种治疗颈椎腰腿痛及中风后遗症的外用黑膏药。
背景技术
颈、肩、腰、腿痛、风湿关节炎、颈椎病、肩周炎、骨质增生、腰肌劳损、跌打损伤、腰椎间盘突出等疾病，其发病主体主要是青壮年( 20～50岁) ，平均年龄 40 岁左右，并有低龄化趋势，文献报道，我国颈椎病的发病率为17.3%，腰椎间盘突出症的发病率已达15.2% ，肩周炎发病率为2～5％，在世界卫生组织公布的“全球十大顽症”中，颈椎病排序第二，腰椎间盘突出症为危害人类健康的“第二杀手”，病程长、迁延不愈、并发症多、复发率高的特性，尤其是因腰椎间盘突出而丧失工作能力的人口比例持续上升，给患者、家庭、社会带来极大负担。
目前治疗方法有物理疗法，外用药，内服中药、非抗体类抗炎止痛药，手术疗法，但各种疗法均有弊端，物理疗法只是局部治疗，而不能从整体上进行调整，效果不够理想；内服药毒性大，不宜久服；手术疗法，创伤大，危险性高，患者不易接受。所以，迫切需要疗效确切，毒副作用小，宜于长期使用的药物，因此人们需要开发更多有效的配方，本发明提供了一种使用方便，疗效确切，价格低廉，有较好治疗作用的一种外用药膏及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种治疗治颈椎病、肩周炎、治疗腰椎间盘突出、腿痛及跌打损伤、腰腿痛、中风后遗症、风湿性关节炎及腰肌劳损的外用膏药，以增加治疗腰椎间盘突出的药物品种，使之能够为人们的健康服务，提供了一种治疗颈椎腰腿痛及中风后遗症的外用黑膏药。
本发明采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的：一种治疗颈椎腰腿痛及中风后遗症的外用黑膏药，由A、B、C三组制方组成，A组药由B组药和C组药组成，A、B、C三组药既可以合成制膏，还可以分开制膏；
其中A组由38味药组成，其组分及质量配比为： 荆芥15～25，防风1～18，千年健15～25，当归5～15，鸡血藤4～12，肉桂4～12，苍耳子3～12，木瓜6～15，透骨草20～40，追地风3～12，元胡1～5，桑枝6～15，海风藤20～40，石南藤20～40，羌活3～12，独活3～9，红花3～12，赤芍3～9，桃仁3～9，川芎10～22，白微1～6，去油的乳香2～10，去油的没药2～10，牛膝1～9，丁香2～10，冰片10～30，三分三0.1～5，生马钱子6～15，生川乌1～6，生草乌1～6，生南星1～6，五加皮1～6，细辛0.3～2.5，干姜1～6，杜仲1～6，三七0.2～4，无患子0.2～4，樟脑15～35，单位为份；
B组由25味药材组成，其组分及质量配比为: 荆芥15～25，防风1～18，千年健15～25，当归5～15，鸡血藤4～12，肉桂4～12，苍耳子3～12，木瓜6～15，透骨草3～10，追地风3～12，元胡1～5，桑枝6～15，海风藤20～40，石南藤20～40，羌活3～12，独活3～9，红花3～12，赤芍3～9，桃仁3～9，川芎10～22，白微1～6，去油的乳香2～10，去油的没药2～10，牛膝1～9，丁香2～10，单位为份；
C组由13味药材组成，其组分及质量配比为:冰片10～30，三分三0.1～5，生马钱子6～15，生川乌1～6，生草乌1～6，生南星1～6，五加皮1～6，细辛0.3～2.5，干姜1～6，杜仲1～6，三七0.2～4，无患子0.2～4，樟脑15～35，单位为份。
本治疗颈椎腰腿痛及中风后遗症的外用黑膏药的制备流程为：
①原材料预处理：取配方的38味药材分别洗净，用热风烘干，所有药磨成60目粉末；
②药料的提取：取荆芥，防风，千年健，当归，鸡血藤，肉桂，苍耳子，木瓜，透骨草，追地风，元胡，桑枝，海风藤，石南藤，羌活，独活，红花，赤芍，桃仁，川芎，白微，去油的乳香，去油的没药，牛膝，丁香放入8000～33000ml麻油或豆油中泡7～9天后置锅内，加热并不断搅拌，用文火炸枯使诸药成炭直至药料炸至表面深褐色内部焦黄为度，此时温度可达220度，炸好后可用铁丝筛捞去药渣，去渣后的油为药油；
③炼油：取上述纯药油继续熬炼，待药油温度上升到320度后改用中火；炼油的火候：一是看温度计，达到规定温度；二是看油烟，开始为浅青色，渐为黑而浓，进而为白色浓烟，无风时白烟直上；三是看油花：沸腾开始时，油花多在锅壁周边附近，当油花向锅中央聚集时为度；四是看滴水成珠：取少许药油滴于水中，不散开成珠状为度；
④下丹：药油炼成后，离火下丹，一般500克油可加200克左右黄丹，黄丹在下前先干燥并过100目筛，少量加黄丹，用竹筷边加边搅动，一定要向同方向搅拌；搅成粘稠的膏体，膏药不粘手，拉丝不断为好，过硬则老，过粘则嫩；搅拌均匀后立即倒入冷水中浸泡十五天，每天换水二次去火毒；
⑤摊膏药：取下丹后的油膏稍加温至100度左右兑入冰片，生马钱子，生川乌，生草乌，生南星，五加皮，细辛，干姜，杜仲，三七，无患子，三分三，樟脑细粉拌匀，用竹筷团起，随纸布大小，以竹筷点纸布之中心作顺时针摊一周，密封保存备用。
本发明的外用黑膏药的使用方法是外敷，每次取制成的膏药贴患处。
有益效果：本发明提供的黑膏药见效迅速，疗效明显，无毒副作用，使用方便，有舒筋活血，温经散寒，袪风止痛，调和气血等功效，为治疗颈椎病、肩周炎、治疗腰椎间盘突出、中风后遗症、腿痛及跌打损伤的外用膏药，见效迅速，疗效明显，无毒副作用，使用方便，适用于治颈椎病、肩周炎、治疗腰椎间盘突出、腿痛及跌打损伤、腰腿痛、风湿性关节炎、中风后遗症、骨质增生及腰肌劳损的缓解和治疗。
