背景技术
蚊虫是与人们生活与健康关系密切的卫生害虫,也是“四害”之一,具有种类多、分布广、繁殖快的特点。一方面,它们通过叮咬、骚扰等方式影响人们的生活;另一方面,它们是一类重要的传播疾病的媒介生物,能够传播包括登革热、疟疾、伤寒、鼠疫、丝虫病等在内的多种疾病,是目前世界上严重威胁人们生命健康的因素之一。
蚊虫的防制是预防和控制蚊媒疾病的重要手段。有史以来,人类与蚊虫之间的斗争从未间断。人们用许多方法与蚊虫进行斗争,特别是近一个世纪以来有机合成杀虫剂的发展和使用,推动了蚊虫防制工作取得长足的进步,对蚊媒疾病的控制起到了至关重要的作用。总体来说,控制蚊虫的策略主要是降低幼虫、成虫的种群密度及减少蚊虫与人的接触。我国政府早在70年代就提倡“以环境治理为主的综合策略”,但在实际实践中,使用化学杀虫剂、杀蚊幼剂(生长调节剂或微生物杀虫剂)、化学驱避剂等方法来防制蚊虫。
长期以来,人们主要依赖有机磷、拟除虫菊酯类化学合成杀虫剂来防止蚊虫侵扰和控制蚊媒疾病的传播,取得了较好的防制效果。但是,过度依赖化学杀虫剂进行蚊虫防制已经导致的一系列问题也不容忽视,如蚊虫抗药性、杀虫剂残留、环境污染、对人畜的毒性等问题。
随着人们对健康和环保的日益关注,尤其是卫生杀虫剂是在人们的生活和居住环境中使用,与人体有直接的接触,因而对其安全性的要求更高更严格。由此可见,研究和开发新的蚊虫防控剂已成为迫切需要,而从天然植物资源中寻找具有杀虫或驱避活性的天然物质正在受到研究者越来越多的关注。
近年来,植物源杀虫剂由于具有低毒性、低残留、与环境兼容性好等优点而受到研究者的普遍重视。植物源农药一般被认为是潜在的化学合成农药替代品。植物精油是一类对人相对安全的物质,通常被广泛用作食品和饮料的香料和调味剂,美国食品药品监督管理局认为植物精油类农药对人类和环境的不利影响非常小,并且一些精油化合物已经被美国环境保护局作为食品级成分免于登记,这为精油产品的开发和市场推广提供了便利条件。作为一类在自然界中资源较为丰富的植物源物质,植物精油具有复杂多样的生物活性及对非靶标生物毒性低等特点,在农业病虫害、储粮害虫、卫生害虫防控等领域受到研究者越来越多的关注,但是植物精油的活性较差,精油的成分较复杂,并且容易挥发,制剂加工较困难,使用过程中易受环境因素的影响,稳定性较差,生产不易标准化。
大量的研究表明,植物精油能干扰昆虫的生理代谢及生物行为,表现出毒杀、熏蒸、驱避、引诱、拒食、增效、抑制生长发育等活性。合理的从植物源物质中寻找天然活性物质开发一种现代新农药,在卫生害虫防治领域的应用越来越受到人们重视。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:针对过度依赖化学杀虫剂进行蚊虫防制导致的如蚊虫抗药性、杀虫剂残留、环境污染、对人畜的毒性,而植物源杀虫剂的活性较差,精油的成分较复杂,并且容易挥发,制剂加工较困难,使用过程中易受环境因素的影响,稳定性较差,生产不易标准化的问题,提供了一种蚊虫防控剂及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种蚊虫防控剂,其特征在于,所述蚊虫防控剂包括下述重量份原料:
10~20份拟除虫菊酯,10~20份引诱剂,15~25份山鸡椒油,20~30份肉桂油,25~35份香茅油,1.5~2.0份吐温-80,6~10份单硬脂酸甘油酯,2~3份硬脂酸,1~2份羊毛脂,3~5份山梨醇,1.0~1.5份三乙胺,12~15份去离子水。
所述拟除虫菊酯为氯氟醚菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、七氟甲醚菊酯、甲氧卞氟菊酯和四氟苯菊酯中一种或多种。
所述引诱剂由1~2重量份牛眼菊提取物,1~2重量份乳酸,2~4重量份3-辛醇,10~20重量份荆芥精油复配制成。
所述牛眼菊提取物为牛眼菊破碎打浆后经无水乙醇提取干燥制得。
所述的一种蚊虫防控剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)取牛眼菊洗涤干净后装入碎浆机中破碎打浆,得牛眼菊浆液;
(2)取牛眼菊浆液加入无水乙醇中超声提取30~40min,过滤得滤液,滤渣重复超声提取2~3次,合并滤液减压蒸发浓缩至浸膏状,得牛眼菊提取物;
(3)取牛眼菊提取物、乳酸、3-辛醇、荆芥精油混合均匀,得引诱剂;
(4)取拟除虫菊酯、引诱剂、山鸡椒油、肉桂油、香茅油、吐温-80,升温至40~45℃,搅拌20~30min,得复配精油;
(5)取单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、羊毛脂、山梨醇、三乙胺,加入去离子水中,加热至80~90℃搅拌1~2h,冷却至30~40℃,再加入复配精油,搅拌20~30min,得蚊虫防控剂。
本发明与其他方法相比,有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明通过牛眼菊提取物、乳酸、3-辛醇、荆芥精油复配成对蚊虫具有引诱效果的引诱剂,同时利用山鸡椒油、肉桂油、香茅油等植物精油协效增强拟除虫菊酯,制得兼具有强击倒活性和强致死活性的熏蒸效果复配精油,再以单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、羊毛脂、山梨醇、三乙胺包裹,通过与缓释技术相结合,能够有效减缓植物精油挥发,延长植物精油的蚊虫防控时间;
(2)本发明通过植物精油协效增强拟除虫菊酯,与天然植物精油相比,蚊虫防控性能好,具有延缓抗性、低毒和高选择性等特点,且安全环保、温和、刺激性小、气味清新且高效持久。
具体实施方式
取牛眼菊洗涤干净后装入碎浆机中破碎打浆,得牛眼菊浆液,取100~200g牛眼菊浆液加入300~600g无水乙醇中,以300~400r/min搅拌20~30min,再以300W超声波超声提取30~40min,过滤得滤液,滤渣重复超声提取2~3次,合并滤液后置于旋转蒸发仪上,在40~50℃下减压蒸发浓缩至浸膏状,得牛眼菊提取物,取1~2g牛眼菊提取物,1~2g乳酸,2~4g3-辛醇,加入10~20g荆芥精油中,以300~400r/min搅拌20~30min,得引诱剂,取10~20g拟除虫菊酯,10~20g引诱剂,15~25g山鸡椒油,20~30g肉桂油,25~35g香茅油,1.5~2.0g吐温-80,以120~160r/min搅拌升温至40~45℃,搅拌20~30min,得复配精油,取6~10g单硬脂酸甘油酯,2~3g硬脂酸,1~2g羊毛脂,3~5g山梨醇,1.0~1.5g三乙胺,加入12~15g去离子水中,加热至80~90℃搅拌1~2h,冷却至30~40℃,再加入复配精油,以200~300r/min搅拌20~30min,得蚊虫防控剂。

对照例:重庆某公司生产的蚊虫防控剂。
实验证明:采用药液浸养法测定了毒杀活性:80mg/L浓度下试虫24h死亡率为95.0%;
采用三角瓶密闭熏蒸法测定了熏蒸击倒和熏蒸致死活性:熏蒸处理5h的LC50为0.28uL/L;
采用“Y”型嗅觉仪测定了空间驱避活性:0.2uL剂量下在“Y”型嗅觉仪中对蚊虫20min内的驱避率为100%;
采用模拟现场法,测定了有效成分的药效:1h蚊虫击倒率和24h蚊虫死亡率均为100%,达到农药卫生用杀虫剂药效评价标准(气雾剂)的A级标准。
由此可知,本发明制备的蚊虫防控剂高效、安全、环保,具有较好的市场化潜力,很好的开发价值和应用前景。

Claims (5)

1.一种蚊虫防控剂,其特征在于,所述蚊虫防控剂包括下述重量份原料:
10~20份拟除虫菊酯,10~20份引诱剂,15~25份山鸡椒油,20~30份肉桂油,25~35份香茅油,1.5~2.0份吐温-80,6~10份单硬脂酸甘油酯,2~3份硬脂酸,1~2份羊毛脂,3~5份山梨醇,1.0~1.5份三乙胺,12~15份去离子水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种蚊虫防控剂,其特征在于,所述拟除虫菊酯为氯氟醚菊酯、四氟甲醚菊酯、七氟甲醚菊酯、甲氧卞氟菊酯和四氟苯菊酯中一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种蚊虫防控剂,其特征在于,所述引诱剂由1~2重量份牛眼菊提取物,1~2重量份乳酸,2~4重量份3-辛醇,10~20重量份荆芥精油复配制成。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种蚊虫防控剂,其特征在于,所述牛眼菊提取物为牛眼菊破碎打浆后经无水乙醇提取干燥制得。
5.如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的一种蚊虫防控剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:
(1)取牛眼菊洗涤干净后装入碎浆机中破碎打浆,得牛眼菊浆液;
(2)取牛眼菊浆液加入无水乙醇中超声提取30~40min,过滤得滤液,滤渣重复超声提取2~3次,合并滤液减压蒸发浓缩至浸膏状,得牛眼菊提取物;
(3)取牛眼菊提取物、乳酸、3-辛醇、荆芥精油混合均匀,得引诱剂;

(5)取单硬脂酸甘油酯、硬脂酸、羊毛脂、山梨醇、三乙胺,加入去离子水中,加热至80~90℃搅拌1~2h,冷却至30~40℃,再加入复配精油,搅拌20~30min,得蚊虫防控剂。
