Abstract
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,以该润滑脂总重量为基准,包含如下组分:82~90.6%的合成基础油、9~16%的皂基稠化剂、0.2~1.0%的抗氧剂及0.2~2.0%的金属减活剂。本发明提供了一种可具有优良的高低温性能、润滑性、胶体安定性、氧化安定性,与橡胶相容性良好,可适用于汽车液压制动系统皮碗与金属间的润滑的汽车液压制动系统润滑脂。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂(lubricating grease),稠厚的油脂状半固体。用于机械的摩擦部分,起润滑和密封作用。也用于金属表面,起填充空隙和防锈作用。润滑脂主要由矿物油和稠化剂调制而成。绝大多数润滑脂用于润滑,称为减摩润滑脂。减摩润滑脂主要起降低机械摩擦,防止机械磨损的作用。同时还兼起防止金属腐蚀的保护及密封防尘作用。润滑脂的工作原理是稠化剂将油保持在需要润滑的位置上,有负载时,稠化剂将油释放出来,从而起到润滑作用。
一般的汽车液压制动系统主要由制动踏板、真空助力泵、制动总泵、制动液、制动油管、ABS泵总成、制动分泵和车轮制动器组成,为确保制动系统的稳定运转,系统皮碗与金属间的润滑效果起着很大的影响。
针对市场需求,需要一种可具有优良的高低温性能、润滑性、胶体安定性、氧化安定性,与橡胶相容性良好,可适用于汽车液压制动系统皮碗与金属间的润滑的汽车液压制动系统润滑脂。
发明内容
鉴于以上问题,本发明提供了一种可具有优良的高低温性能、润滑性、胶体安定性、氧化安定性,与橡胶相容性良好,可适用于汽车液压制动系统皮碗与金属间的润滑的汽车液压制动系统润滑脂。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
本发明中一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,以该润滑脂总重量为基准,包含如下组分:82~90.6%的合成基础油、9~16%的皂基稠化剂、0.2~1.0%的抗氧剂及0.2~2.0%的金属减活剂。
进一步的,所述合成基础油为聚醚基础油与癸二酸二辛酯的混合物。
进一步的,所述的聚醚基础油可为环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的均聚物,或任意比例环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的共聚物中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步的,所述聚醚基础油在40℃运动粘度为100~260mm2/s。
进一步的,所述皂基稠化剂为硬脂酸锂皂、12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂中的一种或两种混合物。
进一步的,所述抗氧剂为二异辛基二苯胺、丁辛基二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺、防老剂RD中的一种或多种混合物。
进一步的,所述金属减活剂为苯骈三氮唑、噻二唑衍生物中的一种或两种混合物。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种可具有优良的高低温性能、润滑性、胶体安定性、氧化安定性,与橡胶相容性良好,可适用于汽车液压制动系统皮碗与金属间的润滑的汽车液压制动系统润滑脂。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,以该润滑脂总重量为基准,包含组分及重量比中如下:聚醚基础油SDM-04A 30.0%、聚醚基础油SDM-05A 52.8%、癸二酸二辛酯3.0%、硬脂酸锂皂粉6.5%、12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂粉7.0%、二异辛基二苯胺0.5%、苯骈三氮唑0.2%。
将约1/3的聚醚基础油与全部皂基稠化剂加入反应釜中,在搅拌、加热条件下缓慢升温至165℃,恒温搅拌5min,停止搅拌;加入约1/3的聚醚基础油,继续搅拌、加热升温至约210℃使体系成真溶液,持续搅拌3min,停止加热与搅拌;再加入余下的聚醚基础油,搅拌10min;出料,降温至约110℃;加入所有添加剂,搅拌混合均匀;继续降温至60℃以下,进行研磨。
实施例2
汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,以该润滑脂总重量为基准,包含组分及重量比中如下:聚醚基础油SDM-05A 79.7%、癸二酸二辛酯5.0%、12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂粉13.8%、防老剂RD1.0%、苯骈三氮唑0.2%、噻二唑衍生物0.3%。
将约1/3的聚醚基础油与全部皂基稠化剂加入反应釜中,在搅拌、加热条件下缓慢升温至160℃,恒温搅拌10min,停止搅拌;加入约1/3的聚醚基础油,继续搅拌、加热升温至约210℃使体系成真溶液,持续搅拌5min,停止加热与搅拌;再加入余下的聚醚基础油,搅拌15min;出料,降温至约110℃;加入所有添加剂,搅拌混合均匀;继续降温至60℃以下,进行研磨。
实施例3
汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,以该润滑脂总重量为基准,包含组分及重量比中如下:聚醚基础油SDM-04C 36.9%、聚醚基础油SDM-05A 40.0%、癸二酸二辛酯8.0%、硬脂酸锂皂粉13.5%、二异辛基二苯胺0.5%、防老剂RD 0.5%、噻二唑衍生物0.6%。
将约1/3的聚醚基础油与全部皂基稠化剂加入反应釜中,在搅拌、加热条件下缓慢升温至161℃,恒温搅拌8min,停止搅拌;加入约1/3的聚醚基础油,继续搅拌、加热升温至约210℃使体系成真溶液,持续搅拌4min,停止加热与搅拌;再加入余下的聚醚基础油,搅拌12min;出料,降温至约110℃;加入所有添加剂,搅拌混合均匀;继续降温至60℃以下,进行研磨。

Claims (7)
1.一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,以该润滑脂总重量为基准,包含如下组分:82~90.6%的合成基础油、9~16%的皂基稠化剂、0.2~1.0%的抗氧剂及0.2~2.0%的金属减活剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,所述合成基础油为聚醚基础油与癸二酸二辛酯的混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,所述的聚醚基础油可为环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的均聚物,或任意比例环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的共聚物中的一种或多种混合物。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,所述聚醚基础油在40℃运动粘度为100~260mm2/s。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,所述皂基稠化剂为硬脂酸锂皂、12-羟基硬脂酸锂皂中的一种或两种混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为二异辛基二苯胺、丁辛基二苯胺、N-苯基-α-萘胺、防老剂RD中的一种或多种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车液压制动系统润滑脂,其特征在于,所述金属减活剂为苯骈三氮唑、噻二唑衍生物中的一种或两种混合物。
