Abstract
本发明公开了耐磨面料,从上至下依次包括针织层、面层和底层,复合面料底层的外表面区域均匀分布有凹下区域,面层的内表面区域均匀分布有与凹下区域相对应的凸起区域;底层外表面和面层内表面通过按压紧密相连,面层外表面覆盖针织层。本发明的这种具耐磨面料,不需要使用粘合剂进行粘合就可以形成耐磨面料,解决了一般的面料粘合度不高,容易松散的问题,也可以解决熔融法制作工艺复杂且存在一定安全性的隐患;本发明的多层针织层的产品外观比较坚韧,具有纺织品的感觉,耐磨及制作成本低,提高了面料的美观度和装饰性,本产品底层采用绒布,具有一定的保暖作用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及耐磨面料,尤其涉及耐磨面料,属于纺织面料领域。
背景技术
服装面料是我们日常生活中最熟悉的物品之一,除皮革和无纺布外,一般的面料通常是单层由经纬交织或针织而成。目前公开了保暖复合面料,它包括基布层、海绵层和绒毛的三层结构,而三层节后的复合是基布层与海绵层由点状粘结点相粘结,海绵层与绒毛由发泡粘结层相粘结,发泡粘结层中有无规律分布的通气空洞,该面料具有提高保暖性,可用作保暖服装面料。
关于层叠复合织物,目前是采用各种不同的纤维纱线包括染色纱线形成的色织、提花、平纹或印花针织物为基布,用高聚物软质泡沫材料为芯材,用网状尼龙骨架材料为底布,用焰熔法复合组成,压缩性和尺寸稳定性较好。
上述面料均是层层叠结构,层与层之间都是经过高分子材料粘合而成的,通过不同的材料的叠加和各层粘合成一体的面料市场上已经能够出现较多,各种各样的性能和优点也随之而成,但是面料的层层结构需要考虑粘合剂的粘合问题,一般的面料粘合度不高,容易松散,熔融法的制作方法又是有些复杂,且安全性存在一定的隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供耐磨面料,以解决上述现有技术中尚未解决的难题。
本发明采用的技术方案为:耐磨面料,从上至下依次包括针织层、面层和底层,其创新点在于:所述复合面料底层的外表面区域均匀分布有凹下区域,面层的内表面区域均匀分布有与凹下区域相对应的凸起区域;所述底层外表面和面层内表面通过按压紧密相连,面层外表面覆盖针织层。
进一步的,所述针织层为表面是隆起的编织层。
进一步的,所述面层为纤维面层。
进一步的,所述底层为起绒布底层、拉绒布层或植绒布层。
进一步的,所述针织层为单层或多层。
进一步的,所述多层针织层的层数为22层。
有益效果:本发明的这种具耐磨面料,不需要使用粘合剂进行粘合就可以形成耐磨面料,解决了一般的面料粘合度不高,容易松散的问题,也可以解决熔融法制作工艺复杂且存在一定安全性的隐患;本发明的多层针织层的产品外观比较坚韧,具有纺织品的感觉,耐磨及制作成本低,提高了面料的美观度和装饰性,本产品底层采用绒布,具有一定的保暖作用。

实施例1

其中,针织层为单层针织层,针织层表面是隆起的编织层,面层为纤维面层,底层为起绒布底层。
本实施例的这种耐磨面料,外观比较坚韧,具有纺织品的感觉,耐磨及制作成本低,提高了面料的美观度和装饰性,具有一定的装饰性。
实施例2

本实施例的这种耐磨面料,22层针织层的外观更坚韧,具有纺织品的感觉,耐磨性更好,制作成本低,提高了面料的美观度和装饰性,具有一定的装饰性;本实施例产品底层采用绒布,具有一定的保暖作用。

1.耐磨面料,从上至下依次包括针织层、面层和底层,其特征在于:所述复合面料底层的外表面区域均匀分布有凹下区域,面层的内表面区域均匀分布有与凹下区域相对应的凸起区域;所述底层外表面和面层内表面通过按压紧密相连,面层外表面覆盖针织层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述针织层为表面是隆起的编织层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述面层为纤维面层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述底层为起绒布底层、拉绒布层或植绒布层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述针织层为单层或多层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的耐磨面料,其特征在于:所述多层针织层的层数为22层。
