Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The infusion set of an injection medicine bottle with a medicine bottle function according to the present invention includes:
a discharge port 20 provided at the outlet 12 of the infusion bag container 10; and
an inlet 30 provided at the inlet 14 of the infusion bag container 10,
the injection port 30 includes:
an injection needle unit 40 having an injection needle 44 provided vertically above an injection needle holder 42 welded to the inlet 14 of the infusion bag container 10;
an inner cap 50 coupled to the needle holder 42 of the needle unit 40, accommodating the injection needle 44 therein, and having a sealing film 52 for piercing the sealing film when the injection needle is lowered;
an outer cap 60 moving up and down coaxially with the inner cap 50 and accommodating an injection medicine bottle 70 inside upside down; and
the seal ring seat 90 is vertically movably coupled to an upper portion of the seal film 52 of the inner cap 50, and a lower portion thereof is sealingly coupled to the inlet cap 72 of the injection medicine bottle 70 and the seal film 52, and centrally receives the seal ring 80 having a vertical through hole 82.
A sealing film 52 is formed inside the inner cap 50 to close the inner diameter, and the sealing film 52 includes: a projection 53 projecting upward and recessed downward when the seal ring seat 90 is pressed;
an annular plate portion 54 which is an annular plate provided above the projecting portion 53; and
the hemispherical projected portion 55 is projected so as to be inserted into the vertical through hole 82 of the seal ring 80 at the inner diameter portion of the annular plate portion 54.
The seal ring seat 90 includes: a tapered portion 96 receiving the shoulder portion of the injection medicine bottle 70, provided with a vertical guide 92 of a concave or convex shape vertically on the outer surface, guiding injection from the lower end of the body portion 94 vertically moving with the inner cap 50 to the inner cap 50;
the bottom plate 98 is supported by the annular plate 54 at the lower end of the tapered portion 96, and has a projection insertion hole 97.
The vertical guide 52 is formed in a vertical recessed or protruding shape on the outer surface of the body portion 94 of the seal ring seat 90, and a movement guide 56 in a protruding or recessed shape is formed at a portion of the inner lid 50 corresponding to the vertical guide 92, and is connected to the vicinity of the rim of the seal film 52.
The needle holder 42 of the needle unit 40 includes: a tubular conduit bracket 45 welded to the inlet 14 of the infusion bag container 10; a supporting plate 47 coupled to an upper end of the tube holder 45 and supporting a needle head 46 having a needle through hole 48 penetrating the needle tube 43; a combining dam 49 is formed protruding at an upper portion of the rim of the support plate 47 in such a manner as to be combined with the inner cover 50.
The infusion set of an injection medicine bottle with a medicine bottle function is characterized in that the lower end of the inner cap 50 fixed to the outer diameter of the coupling dam 49 and positioned at the inner diameter of the outer cap 60 is formed integrally with a horizontal ring 57 for supporting the C-shaped clamp 100.
The C-shaped clip 100 opens the inlet in a horizontally separated manner around the outer diameter of the inner cap 50 between the lower end of the outer cap 60 and the upper portion of the horizontal ring 57 when pulled outwardly. It is preferable to provide a pull ring protruding toward the opposite side of the open portion in the middle portion of the C-shaped clip 100 to facilitate separation, but other forms may be employed in which a pulling function is performed, such as a ring or a protrusion.
The bottom surface between the combining dam 49 and the injection needle 44 is formed with an inclined surface 49a inclined downward so as to face the circumference of the injection needle 44, and an inclined through hole 49b is preferably formed around the inclined surface 49a and the injection needle 44.
The tube holder 45 and the needle holder 42 of the needle unit 40 of the present invention are hermetically welded to the inlet 14 of the infusion bag container 10. Since the welding technique itself is a known technique, a case where welding is simply performed will be described.
The support plate 47 of the needle holder 42 of the present invention and the horizontal ring 57 of the inner cap 50 are also welded. Although hook bonding or screw bonding may be used, a fusion bonding method is preferably used for providing sealing properties in the case of pharmaceuticals.
In the present invention, an infusion solution is injected into an infusion bag container 10 to form a discharge port and an injection port, and the discharge port 12 and the inlet 14 are sealed by welding.
When the pull handle grasping the C-shaped clip 100 is pulled horizontally toward the opposite side of the open portion in use, the C-shaped clip 100 is separated to expose the lower end portion of the inner lid 50 and the horizontal ring 57. At this time, a space is generated corresponding to the height of the C-shaped clip 100, and thus, when the outer cover 60 is screwed to rotate, the outer screw 58 of the inner cover 50 is screwed to the inner screw of the outer cover 60, and the outer cover 60 is lowered.
When the outer cap 60 is lowered, the injection medicine bottle 70 accommodated in the outer cap 60 is simultaneously lowered, the injection medicine bottle 70 and the inlet cap 72 perform a sealing action, push open the packing 80 having the vertical through hole 82 at the center, and the packing 80 pushes open the packing seat 90 to rotate, but the vertical guide 92 is provided on the outer surface of the packing seat 90, and the vertical guide 92 is engaged with the movement guide 56 of the inner diameter portion of the inner cap 50 in a concave-convex manner, so that the vertical guide 92 is vertically lowered. At the initial coupling, as shown in fig. 3, the hemispherical projected section 55 is protrudingly inserted into the vertical through hole 82 and the projected section insertion hole 97 of the bottom plate 98. Thus, while the seal ring seat 90 is vertically lowered, the bottom plate 98 of the seal ring seat 90 pushes down the annular plate portion 54 to start the recess of the projecting portion 52. At the same time, the tip of the injection needle 44 is fixed and pierces the hemispherical protrusion 55, and then the injection needle 44 pierces the inlet cap 72 of the injection vial 70, resulting in the state shown in fig. 4. Thus, the drug solution in the injection vial is naturally supplied through the injection needle hole 43 of the injection needle 44 and mixed with the infusion solution through the injection needle through-hole 48.
The use of other infusion needles to discharge into a blood vessel of the body through a discharge port of the outlet 12 is a well known technique and the description of the discharge is omitted herein.
Even if the transfusion liquid in the transfusion container is moved to the space between the sealing film 52 and the support plate 47 through the injection needle hole 43 of the injection needle 44 when the transfusion container is not placed vertically but placed horizontally during transportation or storage, the bottom surface of the support plate 47 forms the inclined surface 49a and the lower end of the inclined surface 49a forms the inclined through hole 49b communicating with the inside of the transfusion container when the transfusion container is placed vertically, and the transfusion container returns to the original position inside the transfusion container again.
