本发明涉及一种抑菌清爽型洗头膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着当代社会生活节奏的加快，人们受到生活环境和生活压力的影响，很多人出现头油、头痒、头屑多等多种头皮问题，目前市场上的抑菌止痒洗发水多用硫磺、酮康唑等，这些化学物质虽然具有止痒抑菌的作用，但是对头皮刺激性较大，长期使用反而在化学成分的刺激下受到更深的伤害，加重各种头皮问题。
此外，头部真菌或细菌感染的癣症是一种常见的慢性皮肤病，其特征是出现大小不等的丘疹，红斑，表面覆盖着银白色鳞屑。头部癣症虽不直接影响生命，但是对身体健康和身心健康有直接影响。
随着生活水平不断提高，人们对头部皮肤护理方面也提出了新要求。传统方法通过化学试剂抑菌止痒只能是起到短期的缓解作用，长期来看，抑菌和止痒效果并不是很好，因此有必要提供一种抑菌范围广、有效抑制真菌和细菌，对头皮的无毒、无害、无刺激洗发膏，养护头皮，安全解决头皮问题。
发明内容
针对背景技术中提及的问题，本发明的目的之一是提供一种抑菌清爽型洗头膏。
本发明的目的之一是提供一种制备上述洗头膏的方法。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种抑菌清爽型洗头膏，其特征在于，所述洗头膏的主要成分为：ε-聚赖氨酸、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、氯化钠、海藻酸钠、明胶、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、1，3-丁二醇、乳酸薄荷酯、维生素E和水。
优选地，以每200g洗头膏计，所述各成分的含量为：ε-聚赖氨酸0.3-5g、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠1-5g、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐1-5g、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA 2-9g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-7g、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5-5g、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1-5g、氯化钠1-3g、海藻酸钠0.1-0.5g、明胶0.1-0.5g、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠2-5g、1,3-丁二醇1-7g、乳酸薄荷酯1-5g、维生素E 2-6g，用水补充足至200g。
优选地，所述洗头膏还含香精。
更优选地，每200g洗头膏计，所述洗头膏含香精2-4g。
上述洗头膏的制备方法，包括：
(1)将海藻酸钠加入水中，形成海藻酸钠凝胶液；
(2)将明胶加入水中，形成明胶凝胶液；
(3)维生素E先用乙醇溶解，再与水混合，然后除去乙醇，得到维生素E水溶液；
(4)将ε-聚赖氨酸溶于水，得到ε-聚赖氨酸溶液；
(5)将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、氯化钠、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、1,3-丁二醇和乳酸薄荷酯溶于水中，得到溶液I；
(6)将海藻酸钠凝胶液、明胶凝胶液、维生素E水溶液、ε-聚赖氨酸溶液和溶液I混合，补水搅拌，得到所述洗头膏。
优选地，步骤(3)采用水浴法蒸除乙醇。
优选地，在步骤(6)中加入香精。
本发明的有益效果
1、抑菌范围广、能有效抑制真菌和细菌，对头皮的无毒、无害、无刺激洗。
2、本发明温和无刺激，吡咯烷酮羧酸钠和1,3-丁二醇具有优良保湿性，提高头部皮肤抵抗力，更好地护理头部皮肤，乳酸薄荷酯清凉效果持久。
3、不仅能用于治疗头部真菌和细菌感染所致的皮肤癣症，还能用于日常预防。
4、本发明洗头膏容易制作，成本低，适合批量生产。

实施例1
(1)称取海藻酸钠0.1g，加入到装有5m1蒸馏水的烧杯中，60℃水浴加热，边加热边搅拌，静置让其充分溶胀，形成海藻酸钠凝胶液，待用。
(2)称取明胶0.1g，加入到装有5m1蒸馏水的烧杯中，60℃水浴加热，边加热边搅拌，静置让其充分溶胀，形成明胶凝胶液，待用。
(3)称取维生素E 2g于无水乙醇中溶解，然后将醇溶液倒入15ml蒸馏水中搅拌，80℃恒温水浴6min除去溶液中的乙醇，冷却至室温形成维生素E水溶液，待用。
(4)称取ε-聚赖氨酸0.3g加入10ml蒸馏水中，常温条件下充分搅拌，得到ε-聚赖氨酸溶液，待用。
(5)分别称取月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠1g、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐1g、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA2g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3g、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5g、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1g、氯化钠1g、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠2g、1,3-丁二醇1g、乳酸薄荷酯1g，加入30ml蒸馏水中，加热使其溶解得到溶液1，待用。
(6)将海藻酸钠凝胶液、明胶凝胶液、维生素E水溶液、ε-聚赖氨酸溶液和溶液1混合，加入香精2g，补加蒸馏水至200g，充分搅拌，直到形成细腻均匀的抑菌清爽洗头膏。
实施例2
(1)称取海藻酸钠0.3g，加入到装有7m1蒸馏水的烧杯中，70℃水浴加热，边加热边搅拌，静置让其充分溶胀，形成海藻酸钠凝胶液，待用。
(2)称取明胶0.3g，加入到装有7m1蒸馏水的烧杯中，70℃水浴加热，边加热边搅拌，静置让其充分溶胀，形成明胶凝胶液，待用。
(3)称取维生素E 4g于无水乙醇中溶解，将醇溶液倒入20ml蒸馏水搅拌，85℃恒温水浴8min除去溶液中的乙醇，冷却至室温形成维生素E水溶液，待用。
(4)称取ε-聚赖氨酸2g加入13ml蒸馏水中，常温条件下充分搅拌，得到ε-聚赖氨酸溶液，待用。
(5)分别称取月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠3g、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐3g、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA5g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5g、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵2g、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯3g、氯化钠2g、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠3g、1,3-丁二醇4g、乳酸薄荷酯3g，加入40ml蒸馏水中，加热使其溶解得到溶液1，待用。
(6)将海藻酸钠凝胶液、明胶凝胶液、维生素E水溶液、ε-聚赖氨酸溶液和溶液1混合，加入香精3g补加蒸馏水至200g，充分搅拌，直到形成细腻均匀的抑菌清爽洗头膏。
实施例3
(1)称取海藻酸钠0.5g，加入到装有10m1蒸馏水的烧杯中，80℃水浴加热，边加热边搅拌，静置让其充分溶胀，形成海藻酸钠凝胶液，待用.
(2)称取明胶0.5g，加入到装有10m1蒸馏水的烧杯中，80℃水浴加热，边加热边搅拌，静置让其充分溶胀，形成明胶凝胶液，待用。
(3)称取维生素E 6g于无水乙醇中溶解，将醇溶液倒入25ml蒸馏水搅拌，90℃恒温水浴10min除去溶液中的乙醇，冷却至室温形成维生素E水溶液，待用。
(4)称量ε-聚赖氨酸5g加入15ml蒸馏水中，常温条件下充分搅拌，得到ε-聚赖氨酸溶液，待用。
(5)分别称取月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠5g、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐5g、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA9g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱7g、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵5g、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯5g、氯化钠3g、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠5g、1,3-丁二醇7g、乳酸薄荷酯5g，加入50ml蒸馏水中，加热使其溶解得到溶液1，待用。
(6)将海藻酸钠凝胶液、明胶凝胶液、维生素E水溶液、ε-聚赖氨酸溶液和溶液1混合，加入香精4g加蒸馏水至200g,充分搅拌，直到形成细腻均匀的抑菌清爽洗头膏。
洗头膏抑菌性实验：
表1为上述制得的洗头膏的抑菌效果
1：实验材料：由实施例1、实施例2、实施例3制备得到的洗头膏。
2：供试菌的制备：在无菌室的超净工作台中，分别将白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌接种至牛肉膏培养液中在28-30℃进行常规培养。
3：实验方法：
采用琼脂打孔扩散法，将添加有琼脂的牛肉膏培养基灭菌处理后倒入无菌培养皿中，待其凝固后用无菌移液管吸取100μL白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和绿脓杆菌供试菌加到培养皿上，涂布均匀，每个菌种做三组。涂布完毕后，用外径2mm的灭菌不锈钢打孔器在培养基上打孔。分别取实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的洗头膏50μL注入孔中，空白对照组注入50μL无菌水，然后分别置于30℃下培养24h,量取抑菌圈直径(抑菌直径mm计)，以3次平均值为抑菌圈直径。
由表1可知，本发明实施例制备的洗头膏对白色念珠菌的平均抑菌直径大于13.0mm，对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均抑菌直径大于12.0mm，对大肠杆菌的平均抑菌直径大于13.0mm，对绿脓杆菌的平均抑菌直径大于14.0mm，由此可知，本发明制备的洗头膏抑菌作用明显。

2.根据权利要求1所述的洗头膏，其特征在于：以每200g洗头膏计，所述各成分的含量为：ε-聚赖氨酸0.3-5g、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠1-5g、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐1-5g、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA 2-9g、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-7g、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.5-5g、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯1-5g、氯化钠1-3g、海藻酸钠0.1-0.5g、明胶0.1-0.5g、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠2-5g、1,3-丁二醇1-7g、乳酸薄荷酯1-5g、维生素E 2-6g。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的洗头膏，其特征在于：所述洗头膏还含香精。
4.根据权利要求3所述的洗头膏，其特征在于：以每200g洗头膏计，所述洗头膏含香精2-4g。
5.权利要求1所述洗头膏的制备方法，包括：
(1)将海藻酸钠加入水中，形成海藻酸钠凝胶液；
(2)将明胶加入水中，形成明胶凝胶液；
(3)维生素E先用乙醇溶解，再与水混合，然后除去乙醇，得到维生素E水溶液；
(4)将ε-聚赖氨酸溶于水，得到ε-聚赖氨酸溶液；
(5)将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵盐、棕榈仁油酰胺DEA、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、乙二醇二硬脂酸酯、氯化钠、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠、1,3-丁二醇和乳酸薄荷酯溶于水中，得到溶液I；
(6)将海藻酸钠凝胶液、明胶凝胶液、维生素E水溶液、ε-聚赖氨酸溶液和溶液I混合，补水搅拌，得到所述洗头膏。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于：步骤(3)采用水浴法蒸除乙醇。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法，其特征在于：在步骤(6)中加入香精。
