The structure of the cylinder body 1 is shown in figure 1, the cylinder body 1 is made of corrosion-resistant materials, the material density is required to be greater than the seawater density, and the cylinder body can naturally sink in the seawater. The bottom of the cylinder body 1 is open, the top of the cylinder body is provided with an end cover 3, and the end cover is provided with an inlet and an outlet 4.
The structure of the net drum 2 is shown in figure 2, the diameter requirement of the net drum 2 is consistent with the outer diameter of the drum 1, a net cover is arranged at the bottom of the net drum 2, a flange 5 is arranged at the top of the net drum 2, the edge of the flange 5 and the net drum 2 body are sewn together to form a rope threading channel, a closing-up rope 6 is arranged in the flange 5, and the end part of the closing-up rope 6 is penetrated out by a gap reserved during sewing the flange.
When the cylinder body 1 is combined with the net cylinder 2, the net cylinder 2 is sleeved outside the cylinder body 1, the net cylinder 2 tightly holds the cylinder body 1, an end cover at the bottom of the net cylinder 2 seals the bottom opening of the cylinder body 1, and in order to ensure that no gap exists between the end cover at the bottom of the net cylinder and the bottom edge of the cylinder body 1, as shown in figure 1, the edge of the bottom opening of the cylinder body 1 is slightly bent inwards to form a smooth inverted edge 7. The flanging 5 on the net drum 2 is positioned at the top of the drum body 1, and after the closing rope 6 is tensioned, the opening at the top of the net drum 2 is closed and the inlet and the outlet 4 are blocked.
By adopting the abalone culturing device with the structure, the inner environment of the barrel 1 is relatively dark, the requirement of abalone on light can be met, meanwhile, the attaching area of the abalone can be effectively increased because the barrel wall of the barrel 1 is in a complete state, and the seawater inside the barrel can be always in an exchange state through the end cover at the bottom of the net barrel 2.
The following describes a using method of the abalone culture device provided by the embodiment, and the steps are as follows: 1) Feeding the cylinder body 1 into the net cylinder 2 until a net cover at the bottom end of the net cylinder is tightly attached to the bottom end of the cylinder body, and tightly holding the cylinder body 1 by the net cylinder 2; 2) Throwing abalone fries into the barrel 1 from an inlet and outlet 4 at the top end of the barrel, reasonably determining throwing density according to the volume of the barrel, tensioning a closing-up rope 6, contracting a net edge at the top of the net barrel and closing the inlet and outlet 4; 3) Sending the culture device and abalone fries in the device into a culture sea area, and fixing the end part of a closing-up rope 6 on a culture raft frame, wherein the culture device and the abalone fries are submerged in sea water; 4) Seawater enters the barrel through a net cover at the bottom of the barrel until the barrel is filled with seawater, and abalone seedlings are automatically transferred to the inner wall of the barrel and attached to the inner wall of the barrel; 5) When the seaweed feeding device is used for feeding, the closing-in rope 6 is loosened to expose the inlet and outlet 4, seaweed is fed into the barrel through the inlet and outlet, after feeding is finished, the closing-in rope 6 is tensioned again and locked, and the inlet and outlet 4 is plugged; 6) Along with the flow of seawater, the seawater in the barrel is continuously exchanged through the net cover, and meanwhile, excrement and residual algae generated by abalone are discharged through meshes on the net cover; 7) After the cultivation is finished, loosening the closing-up rope, taking the barrel out of the net barrel, pouring out the finished abalone, cleaning the barrel and the net barrel, and preparing for the next use.
Example 2 this example was further modified on the basis of example 1.
In the abalone culturing device provided in embodiment 1, the inlet and outlet 4 is tightened and plugged by the net edge at the top of the net barrel 2, but in the use process, it is found that when the closing rope 6 is tightened, a certain gap exists between the net body at the top of the net barrel 2 and the periphery of the inlet and outlet 4, and the abalone can climb out of the gap due to the existence of the gap, so that the abalone is positioned between the net barrel 2 and the upper half part of the barrel 1, and the inlet and outlet plugging fails. In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in this embodiment, a sealing device is added to the abalone culture device provided in embodiment 1.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the sealing device comprises a cylindrical barrel 8 with a closed bottom end, the diameter of the cylindrical barrel 8 is consistent with that of the inlet and outlet 4, and the top end of the cylindrical barrel is provided with an end disc 9.
Referring to fig. 4, a cylinder 8 is located inside the cylinder 1, and when the closing rope 6 is tightened, the top net of the net cylinder tightly holds the end disk 9.
In the embodiment, after the inlet and outlet 4 is sealed by the sealing device, the abalone can be ensured to be always in the barrel 1 and not climb out.
As shown in fig. 3, in order to increase the water replacement speed in the cylinder 1, a plurality of through holes 10 are provided in the wall, bottom and end plates of the cylindrical drum 8. Meanwhile, in order to ensure that the closing-in rope 6 can firmly hold the end disc 9, as shown in fig. 3, a concave groove 11 is formed in the periphery of the side surface of the end disc 9.
The operation method of the cultivation device provided by the embodiment adds the steps of mounting and dismounting the sealing device on the operation method provided by the embodiment 1, namely, the cylindrical drum 8 stretches into the cylindrical drum 1 through the inlet and the outlet, the end disc 9 covers the upper part of the inlet and the outlet 4, after the closing rope 6 is tensioned, the end disc 9 is held tightly by the net edge at the top of the net drum, and the inlet and the outlet 4 are completely plugged through the cylindrical drum 8 and the end disc 9; when feeding, loosening the closing-in rope 6, pulling out the cylinder 8 to feed, and inserting the cylinder 8 into the inlet and outlet 4 and tensioning the closing-in rope 6 after feeding.
As shown in fig. 5, the sealing device provided in this embodiment includes a falling object 12 and a wrapping film 13, the falling object 12 is wrapped and fastened by the wrapping film 13, the falling object 12 is located inside the cylinder 1, the tail of the wrapping film 13 extends out from the inlet and outlet 4 at the top of the cylinder, and the wrapping film 13 is held tightly by tightening the closing rope 6 and utilizing the net edge at the top of the net cylinder.
In this embodiment, the falling object 12 may be a stone block, a metal block, or the like, and the wrapping film 13 may be a polyethylene film. The inlet and outlet 4 is blocked by the wrapping film 13, so that the technical problem of abalone climbing can be solved, and the device is simpler and more convenient to manufacture.
The usage of the abalone culture device is basically the same as that in embodiment 2, and will not be described in detail in this embodiment.
According to the abalone culturing device provided by the three embodiments, 1, the barrel is mesh-free, the effective attachment area of abalone is increased, and the barrel is easy to clean; 2) The abalone residue bait, the silt and the like attached to the net drum are easy to clean; 3) The effective utilization area of the whole device is large, and the height of the device is lower than that of the current three-layer or four-layer abalone culture cage with holes, so that the raft-type suspended water layer is shallow, and the physical strength and time of operators are saved.
The foregoing description of the preferred embodiments of the invention is not intended to be limiting, but rather is intended to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the spirit and principles of the invention.
